I woke up to my alarm ringing from way across the room, it was loud as hell.

Seems like today it was more louder than any other day.

I groaned while climbing out of the bed.

Today would be the day that I re-open my store here in Atlanta for my clothing line.

Last month Lontrell and I got divorced.

The judge ordered that I regain ownership of my own clothing line and each one of the stores that I own for it along with my warehouse.

He also ordered that we share custody of each one of our children, and that since Lontrell and I shared mostly everything I take ownership in cars that I bought.

Even if they were bought for him.

Did I take them back?

No, but I bought myself something new, the Trackhawk that was just released before the new year started.

My house isn't as big as the house we were living in as a family.

It's a townhome.

Although it did cost me a lot, it was very worth it.

It's a three bedroom and three bath.

I'll find some way to make enough room for the kids if they'd like to come spend a night, but in the mean time mama gotta make some more money first.

For this whole month, I'm booked up for hostings.

All I know is that it's finna go up from here.

This morning before my grand opening, ima go see my children and then ima head where the money resides.

I turned my alarm off before going to the bathroom and brushing my teeth.

As I was brushing my feet, I felt something furry rub across my leg scaring the fuck out of me.

Once I looked down I saw my puppy, Everest.

She was a White Magic Samoyed puppy, beautiful as hell to.

I had bought her so that I wouldn't be lonely here in this house alone.

Almost forgot her ass was even here.

"Heeeey girly"I cooed while petting her.

I believe she was hungry so I headed into the kitchen and gave her something to eat before going to get in the shower.

Once I was out of the shower, I had got dressed into a regular black shirt and a pair of black leggings.

I did a little curling to my hair and I went ahead and did my makeup.

Since my fat ass was thinking about breakfast I texted Lontrell and asked him if the kids had ate already or not.

He messaged me back immediately saying that they didn't so I told him that I'd bring something.

As far as us co-parenting, we're great.

Lontrell does his part and I do mine.

He never tries to overstep his boundaries being that he knows what he did and that he deserved for me to divorce him.

I cry about it sometimes because I actually loved this man to death.

Most of the time I was so desperate for his love and for him not to hurt me that I'd do anything for him.

It just kills me to know I married a monster, had kids by this monster, loved this monster unconditionally, but I won't ever do it again.

It's gonna take a while to completely get over his stupid ass but once I finally do, I ain't going back.

As soon as I had finished getting ready, I headed outside to my car and went to a donut shop.

I rang the doorbell as I stood outside of Lontrell's house.

"Cominnnngggg!!!"I heard Sam yell before she came to open the door.

"Mommmmy!!!"she exclaimed while jumping on me.

"Girl you better move your big ass before I drop these damn donuts!"I said to her before she got off of me.

"You bought us donuts! How sweet!!"she exclaimed as we walked into the house.

As soon as I got down the hall memories began to flow through my head.

I'm not even gonna lie, I missed this place like crazy.

This felt more like home to me than my new house.

I'm proud that I even found a better place to live in besides living under the same roof with my ex-husband, but my house just get really boring and lonely sometimes.

"Where's everybody else?"I asked Sam.

"Dad's getting Skylar and Le—"

"SIENNA COME GET THIS FUCKING LIZARD OUTTA MY ROOM!!!"I heard Shiesty yell and I laughed.

"Coming!!"Sienna yelled while running downstairs and into his room.

"Well there's Sienna, Landon is at the basketball court, and I'm right here"

"Which basketball court?"

"One at a gym somewhere"she shrugged.

"Could've just said he was at the gym!"

"My bad, but how are you mommy?"

"Mommy's doing good baby, how are you?"

"I'll be even better if you let me come with you to your grand opening"she said while grabbing a donut.

"No because then I'll have to bring all of you and I'm not doing that!"

"Mhm well when can I come spend the night at your house?"

"Sam, I don't know right now okay?"

"Well can you figure it out? I miss you mommy!"she said while hugging me and laying her head on my chest.

"I miss you too baby but after today and tonight I'm going to be booked up for work"

"Mama there's gotta be one day that you don't work for this month"

"If that day ever comes then I'll let you know, but you won't be the only one at my house. You're brother's and sister's are gonna be there also!"

"Mmcht. Okay never mind"

"Sam don't be like that, I'm their mother also!"

"Okay okay!"

"Is that Skyla!? Is that my baby Sky-eye!?"I cooed as Skylar walked in here.

She walked over here to me and I picked her up.

"Hey ma-ma! You look so pretty!"I exclaimed while playing with her hair.

She had a ponytail and a bang.

"Dad you did that?"Sam asked him while pointing to her hair.

"Yea look good don't it?"He responded while walking in here with Leon and Sienna.

"Yea but you could've just put a little bit more of the hair outside of her ponytail for her bang"

"'But!?' Your ass is a hater, just gimmie my credit!"he said and I laughed.

"It looks good"I said while putting Skylar down.

I looked at Leon who was rough housing Sienna in the living room.

"Leon why are just jumping all over her head like that!?"I asked him as I walked into the living room and grabbed him.

He screamed and I held him in the air.

"Hey Bubba, did you miss me!?"I cooed while placing him on my hip.

"I missed you!"I cooed while tickling him.

"Aren't their birthday coming up?"Sienna asked me.

"Yep!"

"Are they going to have a party?"

"No not this year, we're just gonna have family over here and celebrate"

"Mama you said that at the last party we had and everybody was here!"Sam said.

"I'm serious this time!"I said while putting Leon down.

"You wanna pay for the rentals, food, and decorations?"Lontrell asked her.

"Hell nah"she said and I looked at her.

"Girl you better watch your damn mouth!"

"I was just playing mama damn"she said and I picked up one of Leon's stuffed animals and threw it at her.

"Okay well mama has to go, I was just coming to see my babies for a little bit"

"You're leaving already!?"Sam asked me.

"Yes I have to go get ready for my grand opening!"

"Mmcht mama can I please go!?"Sam asked me again while getting on her knees in front of me.

"No Samaria!"

"You must've forgot that you had dance practice!?"Lontrell asked her.

"Wait what time is it?"she asked us while looking around.

"It's finna be eleven"Lontrell said and she hurried upstairs.

"Okay kiddos I'll see y'all later"I said while going to hug and kiss each one of my babies.

He thinks I didn't notice but I kept seeing Lontrell taking glances at me.

A bitch was glowing, and he was already starting to miss it.

Before leaving I stood at the bottom of the stairs and yelled goodbye to her.

Once I left their house I headed back to mines to get dressed.
