"Okay so what fucking happened!? How did she end up having a seizure!?"I asked Shun while we stood in the waiting room.

"Ion know, she just fell out and once her head hit the ground she started shaking and spitting up"

I sighed while shaking my head.

"Come on, she'll be fine"Lontrell said while grabbing my hand.

We went to sit down and I laid my head on his shoulder.

"I- I just don't get it like how could she just fall out, out of nowhere like that"

"Ain't no telling. Sam iron probably low and shit just like yours always is. That's exactly why I be telling y'all to take vitamins and eat healthy and shit, but y'all don't listen!"

"Lontrell you're far from healthy your damn self"

"Mmcht. I've been trying Aight, and I've been trynna get y'all to try harder!"

"When Lontrell!?"

"Listen, it ain't about me or you right now. Call and check up on the kids!"he said and I rolled my eyes before grabbing my phone out of my purse.

I called Gladys and she answered.

"How's my grand baby!? Is she alright!? What did the doctors say!!?"

"Mama she's fine. She just had a seizure after falling and hitting her head. Are you all okay?"

"Yes we're okay baby"

"Alright let us know if you all need anything"

"Will do"

"Okay I'll see you all later, I love you"

"We love you too, kiss my baby for me"

"Which one?"I asked her.

"Both of them"she said before we laughed.

"Okay"I said before hanging up the phone.

I sat my phone in my lap before looking up at Lontrell and kissing him.

"They're fine baby"

"Samaria Williams"the doctor said and we each stood up before walking over to him.

"Are you two the parents of Samaria?"

"Ain't that what it look like!?"Lontrell said and I looked at him.

"Yes sir we are her parent's, how's she doing!?"

"Well I'm Dr. Ortiz and Samaria is doing well. Sir you reported that she had fainted which caused her to hit her head before the seizure occurred?"He asked while pointing at Shun.

Shun nodded.

"It seems that she could've fainted due to fear or any other emotional trauma. We couldn't find anything else that would've lead to her fainting. Her health is fine, she has a normal blood pressure, normal blood sugar, and normal heartbeat"

"Okay is it okay if we bring her home tonight or no?"

"Yes ma'am. You'll just have to pick up the prescription that I prescribed for her injury at your local pharmacy. She's to take that every four hours or whenever she's in pain. Do you all have any questions that you'd like me to answer?"

"Um n- no we don't"I said while looking in between Lontrell and Shun.

"Wait. How the fuck could she have fainted due to some emotional trauma or fear!? What the fuck could she have been scared of!? You know, Shun!?"Shiesty asked him.

"Nah all I know is that before she was finna leave, she just fainted then hit her head and had a seizure"

"Aight, 'preciate it doc "Lontrell said before walking around him and going into the room.

"I'm so sorry about that sir, my husband, he's not in a good mood today"

"I understand. You may leave now if you'd like here are some papers I'm gonna need you to sign before you leave. Just sit them on the table in the room before you go"he said and I nodded before going to sit and sign the papers.

"Ima take her to the car, nigga you come on. We need to talk!"Lontrell said while walking out of the room.

Once I got finished signing the papers, I headed to the car and Lontrell was on the phone.

"You ready baby?"I asked him as I got into the car.

"Yea, Chris I'll hit you back in about a hour"

I looked back at Sam who was sleeping in the backseat.

"My poor baby"i cooed while while rubbing her forehead.

Once Lontrell got the car started up we headed home.
