《Infectious Intent (M. Yandere x F. Reader)》The Wettest Turmoil

A/N: As usual, I would recommend putting the video on loop.

Both of them collided to the cement floor. She heard a groan come from him, but she knew that he would recovered in the next second. (F/n) pushed herself off of him before she rolled to her left. Instantly, she grabbed the two sides of the chain and went to wrap them around his neck. Before the metal could even touch there, his left hand shot out and grabbed hold of the item. A nightmarish giggle echoed throughout the room.

Sparks flared in his pale eyes, and a horrific grin painted his lips. "You would use the same chain that my grandfather had utilized on me?" He giggled and locked his eyes with hers. She froze with pure terror. "I suppose that it's better than my father's nails." His hand gripped the metal more before it snapped in half.

Her heartbeat increased exponentially before it couldn't do so anymore. Almost, she fell back out of trepidation. "But, I'm not a little kid anymore." He giggled again, but it was more high-pitched than the last one. "A toy like that is simply too weak, my partner." The creature emphasized every letter of the nickname before his left hand shot out towards her.

Speedily, she jumped back and almost tripped on herself. She backed up towards the stairs out of instinct. The creature remained on the ground, but he only appeared more frightening. It looked as though death was climbing out of the depths of the earth towards her. What managed to terrify her more, though, was the fact that she just had failed. Her parents ... Her parents ... Her parents!

She started to shake her head; she had reacted too quickly and had signed their death sentences. The creature grinned, understanding perfectly what was going through her mind. He waggled his right index finger. "Now, now, don't get too caught up in that." Slowly, he stood. "I'll overlook that action of yours just now. You only had been playing. Like I had said, that chain only had been a toy."

His soft footfalls steadily advanced towards her. "Still, a toy requires punishment, but I need to inform you of something first before we get to that." She didn't wait around. Before she fully understood what she was doing, she found herself racing up the stairs. (F/n) noted that the trap door was open, which made her ascent all the easier.

Not once did the teen glance back. She didn't wish to be reminded of the stairwell in the tunnels. That had been even more torturous. The teen, however, did hear his footsteps behind her. Her feet moved faster, and she raced out into the natural light. Both of her eyes darted around.

In front of the door remained the table, but she saw that one of the windows had been opened. She foolishly had forgotten to lock them, but she could use that as an escape now. The cabin in the end had turned into purely a trap. No solution was given to her. Yes, she had learned more about the creature but at what cost? After the mountains, she just should've kept running, but her cursed curiosity and determination to kill him had outweighed that decision. Mentally, she swore before she took off towards the window.

As if he anticipated her next move, he raced towards the window. Before she step closer, he was right in front of her. She felt paralyzed until he reached out for her. Her feet carried her quickly back before she spun on her heel and ran for the bathroom. There was still the mirror. It was a long shot, but it could work. Could she risk failing again, though? The teen doubted that he would overlook a second try, but she could possess the glass as a means to protect herself. That wasn't killing him unless she struck a lucky hit.

Behind her, he continued to come. Her breath was ragged, and her body ached from the exertion. It was remembering all of the pain that Krista had put it through, and that, unfortunately, slowed her legs down some. The bathroom was in sight, however, and she practically threw herself towards it. She landed on her hands and knees.

When she glanced behind her, the creature almost was in the room with her. Hurriedly, she kicked the bathroom door shut and locked it. The doorknob jingled, and she heard him giggle. "(F/n), you can't fit through the window in there, and how long do you think this will last?" His giggle became louder. "We've played this game before, and it never ends in your favor."

No response came from her. Instead, she quietly picked herself up and headed for the medicine cabinet. Her hands gripped the sides, and she tried to rip it from the wall even though she knew that it wasn't loose. Annoyingly, it didn't budge. Both of her eyes turned back to the glass before they went to her fists. She shook her head. There had to be a better way. The doorknob jiggled again.

Heart racing, she looked down. Her eyes landed on the boots. Instantly, she ripped one off and aimed at the mirror. As hard as she could, she slammed the boot into the glass. To her relief, it shattered. At that instant, the doorknob wiggled furiously. "(F/n)! What are you doing?!" She didn't reply. "Answer me!" His voice grew threateningly low.

Reaching down, she grabbed a shard. As the door broke down, she held it behind her and backed into the sink while she held up the blanket with her right hand. Her wide, (e/c) orbs stared up to him, and her hands trembled behind her. His eyes broke her gaze and scanned over the glass before they returned to her. "Set down the glass."

Against most of her mind, she chose not to. "I don't have any."

"Now, you're going to so obviously to lie to me? Well, well, you certainly became more daring than usual." He took a few steps into the room but no more. The creature giggled, but his eyes were menacing. "Drop it."

Again, she refused him. In that moment, she wished further that the blanket around her wasn't red. It only reminded her that she could really be covered in blood soon, and it would be her own. Her heart felt like it would explode with alarm, but the glass was her last present hope against him.

"Fine," he practically growled out. Forcefully, he leaned himself against the entranceway. "I'll tell you that information. Then, you can decide on whether you want to be holding that glass or not." She remained against the sink, and she told herself not to strengthen her grip on the glass. Steadily, she motioned him to carry on.

"I met your parents." Almost, she dropped the glass. Her eyes somehow opened more, and she thought that her heart would shrivel up and die then and there. She didn't even have to ask for him to answer her question. "And, I haven't killed them. They're very much still alive, but that can change as you know." His pale orbs traveled to where her concealed hand was. "I've made a deal with them, and they had been very generous on their end."

Stuttering, she questioned, "H-h-h-h-ow?"

"Your father had sought me out. After I had left that other cabin, I had found him in the woods by the tunnels. He had made an offering to me, and things had gone from there." Her vision seemed to fade in and out while her mind tried to process what he was saying. Both of her legs grew weak, and she fell to the floor. The blanket fanned out around her while her legs avoided other glass shards.

Gazing to her, he smirked. "Yes, I had been quite shocked too. More amused, though." He giggled, and his anger gradually was subsiding. Her weakened position before him really calmed him down. "Would you like to know the details?"

Giving no signal to him, he assumed the positive. "Here are the conditions." He adjusted himself to be more comfortable against the wall. "I return you to your parents so that they can have you back." By a little, her head lifted up, but his next words erased the hope from her eyes. "But, I'll be with you. We'll live together there, and we can't go outside unless it's guaranteed that no one else is around. This way, everyone will still assume that both of us are dead."

Little by little, she shook her head in disbelief. "Oh, it's quite true. They're willing to let me stay with you as long as you're with them and they know that you're safe. Which is why, they'll also provide me with food. From their clients who are scheduled for cremation, they'll remove their organs before they're burned and give them to me." He grinned. "It'll be like before when I had been living with you!"

"B-b-but ... our deal ..." She tried to search her mind for some reason not to believe him, or some way for her parents to get out of it. "What if they try and kill you too?"

"That's already been arranged also." He giggled and crossed his arms. "If they attempt to kill me and fail, I take you away from them forever. And, I won't be as generous with them as I am with you on that policy, but our deal is still very much in place." His eyes lit up with excitement and fury. "So, what'll it be? If you so much as stand back up with that glass in your hand, I'll take that as a sign that you're going to kill me. Should you not succeed, you know what'll happen."

Breaking eye contact with him, she stared down at her lap. She brought her hand forward with the glass but hid it under the blanket still. Should she risk it? Her parents now knew about him and were willing to let him live in their house with her. They had risked their own lives to talk to him and to get her back. If she struck and didn't kill him, she would destroy their work, and they would learn of it.
