《Infectious Intent (M. Yandere x F. Reader)》The Hungriest Return

A/N: As usual, I would recommend putting the video on loop.
Words failed her. (F/n) tried to take another step back, but fear and shock ruled her body. Her legs collapsed, and she fell back. Even though her arms supported her up, they trembled. She wanted to ask so many questions to try and ease her mind, but they only filed out of her mouth silently.
The door opened fully, and the creature left the space. "Are you really that surprised?" He giggled and placed his hands in the hoodie's pockets. Death encircled him, and she could just spot new dried blood marks on the clothes. "We do have our deal still in place, and I do like our home."
Her hands clenched, and she found that she could speak again, but she didn't. She knew that would break the deal, and her parents would be targeted. Another giggle parted from him. "And, I do like the freezer. It's a shame that not everything could fit in there, but I'm happy that you preserved my food." He stopped a few feet from her and looked her over.
His tongue glided over his lips. "There's a slight problem, however." Involuntarily, she gulped. "Over these last three weeks, I've had a certain craving." An irritated sigh escaped him. "It's been rather annoying. At first, it wasn't so, but it soon ruined my meals."
He stepped forward some more before he took a seat. "No matter what part I ate of the woman, my mind only went back to that craving. I dreamed of it as I ate the officer, and I found myself disappointed every time." His lips formed a frown. "It was really hard having to wait all that time, but I had to make sure that I had given the chief enough time to lower the security around here. And, it paid off. No one knows about our little deal." A giggle parted from him. "Well, two did."
(F/n) didn't need to hear the details. He had eaten the two missing detectives. She bit her lower lip since she knew what he was getting to. Her blood was in the freezer, but he probably wanted a fresh bite. The wound on her midsection had healed, but there was a scar, and she didn't desire another one. "H-how?" she managed to stutter. Stalling him was her best bet for the moment.
"How? How did I survive?" he asked, taking his right hand out and resting his chin on it. He received a nod. "I already told you. I had the two officers." The creature looked around the area and appeared amused. "Do you really want me to tell you more here, though? If your parents walk in ..."

"It's fine. They're outside," she answered quickly. She seated herself more upright. If she went into her room with him, she wouldn't be able to run away as easily. The stairs were her best option since all of the windows were barred. There was still over thirty minutes of sunlight outside. Then again, that whole incident with the police had happened during daylight.
A series of giggles erupted from him. She only scooted away from him. His eyes locked onto her, and he pulled back the hood. He was in the shadows, but she was in the lighter portion of the hall. The creature wasn't even squinting. Had he really adjusted?
"I guess that you've never liked being in a small area with me. Even now, you look like a rabbit about to bolt, but," his eyes gleamed with warning, "I really wouldn't attempt to dart off." He smirked. "I'm starving for you and not for your frozen blood, though; it did taste like ... What is it?" His gaze momentarily shifted from her before it returned. "Ah, it was like a cranberry slushie. Refreshing, but I don't desire that. No, I want a rich, warm dessert. And if you take off, I might just chase after you and let my hunger decide what to do with you."
Freezing, her mind imagined hundreds of awful happenings. "But ..."
"Oh, I won't kill you. It'll just hurt more. I like your company." She was the only one who didn't use the pronoun it for him. He wasn't going to point that out to her, but it was nice that she gave him some respect even though she despised him. Before she could speak, he cut her off. "I know. You don't enjoy mine. That's a given. Anyway, here's what's going to happen."
Standing to his feet, he closed the distance between them. She tried to move back, but he removed his left hand from the pocket. (F/n) stopped soon after. A smirk graced his lips. "Good girl. Now, I can tell you what transpired over the three weeks, and you give me a lovely, fresh bite of you. You can even pick the place. Or, we skip right to dessert, and I decide what I want of you. If you don't answer and move even a little bit, I'll assume that you choose the second option."
Hate was obvious in her (e/c) orbs, but her terror for him won. "The first one."
Grinning, the creature held out his right hand for her. "A smart choice. You even get to stall the inevitable like you wished." Had she made it that evident? Probably, she had. She seemed to be an open book to him, but she wasn't going to take his hand.

Instead, she got to her own feet and pointed towards the living room. "You can tell me there." Her parents wouldn't be able to see them since the window was blocked by the trees that they were by. She wished to test out if he was truly immune to the sunlight.
Quirking a brow, he kept up his grin. "I can always put my hood back on." He leaned down to her height, and she went to take a step back. His right hand latched onto her wrist and tugged her forward. Blood coated his breath, and she knew that it was probably her own. "I know what you're curious about, but I'll let you figure it out as I give you some more details."
Spinning on his heel, he headed back to her room. She pressed her feet into the ground, but he ripped her forward. (F/n) collided against his back, and he halted. The smell of the clothes was horrendous, and she gagged on it. "I did find the clothes that you bought me. I was glad to find that they're all dark. If they had been bright, I would've made you return them. Or," he giggled, "I would've shredded them and paid you back for that inconsideration."
Walking again, he dragged her into her room before he tossed her onto the bed and closed the door. She scurried to the headboard and glared at him. "That's not a nice look for you." He went over to her desk and pulled the chair out. Once seated, he leaned back and pushed some of his bangs from his face. "I can fix that. I did love seeing you with bloody lips." His tongue ran over his lips again. "Ah, I can imagine the taste already."
"You're not touching them. I get to choose the part." She didn't want him kissing her. The thought disgusted her to the core. His lips had touched vile things, and it already sickened her that they would be on her again.
"Yet, but that's a more intimate action anyway." A scowl of his own crossed his countenance. "Some of those who praised me desired that. They wanted to breed with me and prove that some tame creation could come out of it." That did pose a question, though, to (f/n). How was he born? Or, where did he come from?
Before she could utter a word, he continued, "That's not important, though. Onto how I lived for these last three weeks." A grin didn't appear on his lips. His expression turned to being neutral. It was odd viewing it on him, and it unnerved her. "I had planned to come back here after I had finished off the one officer, but I had found the place surrounded. It hadn't help that I had a body wrapped in sheets. I had wanted dessert so badly, but I had forced myself to retreat back into the woods."
Arms draping over the back of the chair, he groaned. "It had been an utter pain to leave you. But, I had discovered a cave up in the mountains. I hadn't returned to my other location since I had wanted to be cautious. I hadn't desired to go on the run and lose you for even longer. So, I had made a camp there and kept the body in the snow so that it wouldn't rot. I had lived off of that officer the entire time and had to clean myself by making a fire and heating up some ice." Another groan escaped him. "It had been awful. Even the tunnels had showers."
"But, what ..."
"You should've figured that out. I had to run quite a distance in the daylight. Even this hood hadn't been able to protect my eyes completely. Even today, I had to come back in the daytime. The night would've been too obvious, and I had seen the bars on the windows. Luckily, your parents had been outside and had left the entrance unlocked."
"T-th-then ..." She didn't wish to think that. It was her only safety. If he could roam the area in the daylight, the town was in even more danger. A shiver trailed up her spine like a deadly snake.
"No. It still hurts. I haven't adjusted to daylight, but I've learned to deal with the pain. If I need to, I can go out during the day." A grin painted his lips, and he stood up. "And, I've even found myself a little gift. I stole it off of an unsuspecting individual. I unfortunately couldn't kill them, or I would've given myself away, but ..." He reached into his right pocket and removed a pair of sunglasses. "These should help me further." The creature put them back in his pocket and eyed her like a meal.
"Now, I've told you what you wanted. Tell me what part I should eat." He stepped closer to the bed, and she wished to curl up into a ball. The fact that he had sunglasses only troubled her more. "Or, do you need some time to consider? I'm willing to give you a few minutes, but that's all. I really have been craving you."
"A few minutes," she replied swiftly.

8 2054Meek
After failing as an apprentice cooper and a town guard, Eli finds his place at the Rockbridge archives. Sure, he's the oldest 'junior scribe,' but he likes the job. And he's good at it, too. Then he completes an apparently-insignificant project, and the brutal reaction shocks him--with consequences that eventually shake the world. Eli gains powers. Rare and inhuman abilities. He progresses slowly, steadily, and not without setbacks. He changes, too. Is he a hero, a villain, a human, a monster? Depends who you ask. Meek is an epic fantasy with elements of progression. The basic magic is simple: five Paths, each with a different powerset. However, complexity arises from combinations, and the protagonist wields a magic all his own. Meek is set in the Valley, the only (as far as anyone knows) human empire that survived a Final Battle against a terrible foe. The Valley is warded against infiltration, but the enemy learned how to warp human souls, to foment discord within. However, another soul is also ... changed. Perhaps even 'warped.' And that soul is starting on a long (long, long) path that might, one day, prove that the Final Battle wasn't so final after all.
