Will I be the flesh or the bait that reels them?
Will I be the fruit or the knife that peels them?
Will I be the dagger or the extracted blood?
Will I be the lotus or will I be the mud?
Will I be the acid or the faces burned?
Will I be the milk or the cream that's churned?
Will I be the teacher or the teachings learned?
Will I be the enemy or a friend who's turned?
Will I be the pretty lotus that blooms amongst mud...
