《grass whistle ~ poetry》Come Come Crow

Summering grill, black and white,

With a wooden sprout, protruding out,

Holding a holed plate tight roped

For the crow to have lunch and din

Violent Ashoka, just a fake,

And indican Mangifera green and raw,

Half plucked, clickingly sour,

Crow you're welcome to my grill

There you go! Actually, there you come,

What's a scree for a mountain?!

Are all your caws my grandma's laughs,

You caw too seldom to fit the criteria

Shining black on a black sky

robbed of a roti by a fox?

Eat your belly full, raven's kin

And send my regards to the anscestral lands

*Traditionally, crows are fed food to remember a dead anscestor, we did that often when my grandmother passed away
