《Komahina Angstpril》Songs For The Fallen

The sand crunches up between his toes as he makes his way across the small section in the corner of the beach towards the water, body being shielded by the public by these huge fucking boulders. He sighs, trying to ignore the weight of the guitar slung over his shoulder as he looks for a smaller rock with a dry top that he could sit on.
He runs his fingers over one for approval before sitting down, slinging his instrument around so that it was now resting on his lap. He gazes out at the angry, crashing waves that match the mood of the dark grey clouds above perfectly, heart heavy with grief.
How long had it been since he found that note in their bedroom? Since he raced down to the bridge only to find two shoes neatly lined up, a small keychain in the right one? And how long until he's over it. . ?
Their body is somewhere down, down, down, under the water. Is it even still intact? Will the pressure and the water damage it quicker or what?
The living one sighs, strumming the instrument several times idly, staring at nothing and anything all at once. Gradually his strumming picked up the pace, playing the opening chords to his dead lover's favourite song.
Eventually he starts to sing the lyrics, softly at first before slowly gaining more confidence and singing out to the open waters, wondering if his deceased partner could hear him from wherever he is.
Once he's finished he plays another song. And then another and then another after that, until he's been there for an hour, completely immersed in the music. He hoped they liked the songs but the rain was coming.
He stands up, swinging his guitar back and waving slightly at the water, feeling incredibly stupid but again like he had to.
"I'll be back another time," He murmurs, "I hope your mind is at peace now at least. . .love you."
And with that, they turn and make their way back up the pathway, heading for home.

Magician's Pact
A young boy with a special key finds himself caught up with an old wizard, an ancient prohpecy, and a possibly conspercy. This sounds like the sort of thing most childern would love to be a part of, but there are just three small problems. The first is that he is not the hero. Someone already got that role. The second is that he isn't a wizard. He is a Magician which complicates things. The third is that there might be a chance that the whole 'problem' might be comming from his end. Personally he never understood (or interacted with) the 'secret' magical world, but that becomes a problem when the magical world apparently has what his role is supposed to be according to their ancient book... and they are not to happy about him not matching their book. Still it shouldn't be to hard right? All he has to do is go to a school, learn some wizard magic, make sure nobody takes his key... also avoid dying. Thankfully he has had a lot of expereince with that last part and a bunch of Twig Twirling childern can't be too dangerious? Right?
