"There's so many of them," Hinata huffs, struggling to catch his breath as he tightens his grip on his Hacking Gun, "Do you really think we can hold them all off?"

Komaeda fires at one of the ones that gets too close and grins. "Are you kidding? Of course we can. No one's bested us yet. We've got this."

The brunet sighs loudly. "Whatever you say, Marshmallow."

They both charge, firing rapidly at the beasts as they roar and swipe at them. There's a wide variety of monokumas coming at them as well, beast, bomber, siren, you name it. It seems to be never-ending but the pair seem to be holding up okay. . .

"There's actually too many of them," Hinata shouts, "We've gotta get out of here, there's not enough of us and a lot of them!"

"Okay. . .I'll make an opening." Komaeda grunts back, kicking a monokuma off of his leg and advancing. . .

But then suddenly, one of them jumps on his back, surprising Komaeda. He cries out, startled as he's tackled to the floor and immediately swarmed by monokumas.

"Nagito!" Hajime shouts, running towards him.

"Hajime, no!" The luckster warns desperately, "This is your only chance to get-ah-out of here! Run! Go now and don't look back, I'll be fine!"

"No! Komaeda, I'm not leaving you here to die!" The brunet shouts back, trying to get the monokumas off of Komaeda. . .

"I don't want to die. . ." Komaeda whimpers back.

"You're not," Hajime replies firmly, "I've got you. I-ah!"

A monokuma jumps Hinata this time, knocking the Hacking Gun out of his hand.

"Fuck!"

He screams as one of the monokumas sinks his teeth into Hajime's arm.

"Hajime!"

"Nagito!"

The two reach for each other, but a monokuma grabs Komaeda by the face and twists his head, snapping his neck instantly right in front of Hajime.

"NAGITO!" He shrieks before his vision is filled with only black and white.

"Upupupupu. . ."
