the calm before the storm.
IN THE BEGINNING...
...before the six Singularities and the dawn of creation came the Celestials. Arishem, the Prime Celestial, created the first sun and brought light into the universe. Life began and thrive. All was in balance. Until an unnatural species of predator emerged from deep space to feed on the intelligent life.
They were known as the Deviants.
The universe is plunged into chaos. To restore the natural order, Arishem sent Eternals ─ Immortal heroes from the planet Olympia... to eliminate the Deviants.
Eternals had unyielding faith in Arishem until one mission, led by Prime Eternal, Ajak, changed everything...
"It is time."
Her freshly melted chocolate eyes opened at the vicinity as she was awaken... Anitun is now conscious, an anthropomorphic being, like a vulnerable, clueless infant, eyes blinking one of too many, with little knowledge about who she truly is,
Anitun's mind is simply blank, dull... despondent eyes staring at the ground and not at the unmoving statue of their creator, they could feel eyes on her, but she didn't moved, she doesn't want to, she refused to do so until the golden lining finished dressing her, she looked up and down at her own figure,
Anitun wore a head piece made out of pure azure starlight and a powder blue suit, adorning her figure...
Sinking onto her delicate skin like that dizzying hole of questions circling around her head ─ as round like an angel's halo representing nothing but her innocence and her cluelessness alone...
...was it to make her soft? Fluid? Liquid smooth? If you touch her will she slip out of your grasps? Untouchable? Indestructible? ─ Away from the grasps of all evil in the universe; The garment is to hide her skin, and the concept of her virginal thoughts are to travel deeper than her epidermis, and that will wash away potential corruptness from her sweet, young, soul.
What even are they? Who are they? A false human? An animal? What? Instead of flesh and bones they have metal and wires inside of them? She looked down at herself once again, they are pale, yes, but not too pale, not white enough, not silver enough to be called a man made of metal, with skin shining against the light of the thousand suns.

Anitun decided to back away, trying to get a better view of her new environment, close to the cinnabar coloured statue of her omnipresent god...
...they may have just bumped into it by being too close to it, her hands too adhered to its crystallized shape and texture, Anitun turned their gaze to what has happened to her right hand, red liquid was oozing out of her fingertip, she only stared and stared at the freshly cut skin, getting curiouser and curiouser with what is truly inside of her,
The Domo was eerily silent, and so was her mind until someone had to interfere.
"Is something the matter?" she hears a voice inside her head. "No... Everything is fine." she responds immediately, trying to find who talked to her, across the starship was another Eternal, a being, standing firmly, arms in his back, his gaze fixated at her in a stoic and perhaps... worried expression,
He never went towards her and she also never did. they just looked straight at each others eyes, waiting for the other to do something... he offers Anitun his identity, "My name is Druig,"
They blinked their eyes slowly, contemplating on what to do, but then she simply nodded, walking away, she doesn't care about anything at the moment, not now at least, not even a single question of hers has been answered,
They were about to land on the planet that they will protect and call home from now on... A woman with evergreen clothing placed a hand on her shoulder, "Good luck"
Anitun glanced back at her, she nodded.
The six of them descended, The fighters came first ─ The strength of the Eternals... Anitun was confused that she was considered one, but then she had no time to protest about it, she's already standing at the ground of the new terrain,
"Lend me a hand" The Eternal Ikaris states, flying towards her, Anitun immediately took his hands to hers, her arms glowing a now starlight yellow, like cosmic vines spreading to each of their arms, making the Eternals' physiology slightly shake from the enhancement given to him by her,

"Thank you" he says and then swiftly flies away from the Eternal who barely processed what actually happened, and towards one of the grotesque creature with rickety black substance and filthy bones for wings,
Anitun was too caught up, making her distracted and confused on who to attack and who to aid, not knowing where to settle her attention and her abilities,
"Focus, beautiful" Druig speaks inside their mind once again. she closed her eyes and took a sharp breath, "Okay, fine" Anitun replies... he answered no more, and anitun couldn't really see him since he is still inside the ship, but she could feel the smile that appeared on his face,
Ikaris opens his eyes and greater impact of cosmical energy beams came out of his blue orbs, pointing it towards the Deviant, pushing it farther and to the ocean,
Anitun then seals it with a wall made of the oceans' water, not too little and not too gigantic, depriving it from moving and to never fly back to the shore no longer, Ikaris blasts it again when he's got the signal from Anitun to strike it, killing the creature this time,
The same goes for the other Eternals, they wiped them all out ─ Their bonds had confused Anitun, it was a wonder how the Eternal Thena's hands collided with Gilgamesh's, smiling knowingly at eachother... while the Eternal Makkari and the Eternal Kingo signs about the both of them doing great with eliminating the Deviants,
Anitun simply watched them, she's the odd one out... not correlating with any of them and what they were doing,
Domo, their spacecraft appears out of thin air, revealing it's exquisite structure in front of the beings they protected ─ The Thinkers, the power of the Eternals... finally descending with a platform that the Eternal Phastos probably made,
All of them stood proudly in front of the mere organism that they call a human... feets on the terracotta ground ─ They were clearly unapproachable, confused and perhaps... threatened by the Eternals' presence, pointing their frail spears to the Eternals' prominent figures... yet they still stood in front of the humans who are yet to evolve from their ways of living,
Druig, who was just beside Anitun reaches his hand out, in which Anitun looks back at, cerulean orbs glowing a luminescent yellow, beautiful compos mentis eyes calming down the humans,
The Eternal Sersi glanced at the Prime Eternal Ajak for reassurance, and with a single nod from her, Sersi stepped forward, giving a boy a peace offering, turning something into a blade of royal blue and gold,
And with the Eternals by their side they will thrive, evolving to be better or worse or to be mundane... with the Eternals they will be guarded, away from the endangerment of the Deviants,
The Eternals congregated together in a perfect circle, smiling and talking to each other for the success that they did...
...excluding Anitun, who just stood there, nodding at them faint-heartedly... yet she's a good addition to the arrays of the extraterrestrial guardians, nobody had said it but it was pretty obvious with the way the others were looking towards her,
Druig speaks inside her mind yet again, "You did great."
Anitun glanced to him, "I did?"
"Most definitely, beautiful" He gave them a nod, and a solemn smile that was almost invisible.
The sun is about to set, and the moon is about to rise,
Druig stares at Anitun, studying and observing her every move, auburn sunlight kissing her delicate skin, she looked like love under this lighting,
And he already knows about the white of her pale skin, and the black of her hair... but does he want to know about the black of her heart? The dark of the devastating nights she is about to cause? ─ The dark of her mind planning to escape what she thinks is a prison of a body?
Yet she did great, she'll do well... right?
okay but writing this was fun, anyways. druitin >>> everything else in this cruel and unfair world that we live in.

A Beginner's Guide to Napping, Sunbathing, and Slaughtering Your Prey
Fang is a simple cat. Fang likes napping in the sun. Fang does not like being called Chairman Meow. Fang likes his belly being scratched for precisely 17.329 seconds. Fang does not like being punted between dimensions. Fang likes hunting and killing defenseless wildlife. Fang does not like mysterious blue boxes that appear out of thin air. Fang is having a Very Bad Day. A few things to note: Fang is a cat soul in a cat body, and that's not going to change any time soon. No cat girl evolution or possessed puppet or any of that. The slice of life tag is there for a reason. There is no epic tale here, only a cat doing cat things in a (hopefully) interesting setting. The game elements are pretty light, mostly there for flavor, so don't expect a huge amount of crunch. Nature is cruel, and cats are crueler than most.

Does Hell Have an Adventurers' Guild?
I have decided to try out a different style. I cannot say much at this point, the story is mostly fantasy/romance and will evolve as I go, but it will involve an "adventurers' guild" in a demonic setting. MC will be a reincarnator becoming a denizen of hell, I will add vital description as I go. Gore will be used with reason, some bad words here and there and severe explicit or traumatizing content will be announced in advance, but it will not be the focus of the work.
