Sundrop made it to the room, he smiled at the sight of star as he sat down next to him. A small tear fell out of his face as he kissed star's forehead.
No one's pov:
Everyday, weeks, even a whole and a half months had passed. Star and moon had grown very close during that time. It made Moon very happy. Star eventually told Moon about him being is son. It was quite the shok for moondrop.
He wanted to know more about star and what was going on with sun. But that, Star just couldn't tell him, he was afraid of his mother being punished for him telling moodroo the truth.
Moon understood, but he grew more and more impatient each day.
Slowly, sundrop started malfunctioning. Not only did it happen after hours, but it now affected him during open hours. Sometimes, random parts of his body would fail. Like they would just shut down. If he were carring toys with both arms, one would just stop.
There where times on when he would just shut down completely, he would be playing one moment m, and the other, he would just stay there not moving at all. It sometimes scared the kids. Some got really scared and told their parents. They started complaining about how sundrop scared the kids.
Not only, this, but his memory got so bad that he kept of forgetting everything that had happened the day before. Not only that, has programing started failing too. He would sometimes return the kids to their wrong guardians.
Many other things were wrong with him to the point that the company was thinking of scraping him off. Moon and star had heard the news, Moon got furious and worried about his lover. Star on the other hand, he kept second guessing himself on telling everything to moon. But, he just didnt.

Later that day:
Sun was once again, sent down to works and repairs, but this time, Star had to go along. He hadn't gone there in a long time. So he was scared. He didn't knew why, nothing was going to happen to him, his mother was the one who was gonna suffer. Not him, so why should he be scared.
Star kept on thinking before Sundrop snapped him out of his own thoughts. "Where here..." smiled Sun tired, as they entered.
"Ah! Good you brought Shotting Star! How are you by the way bud?" Said Mark as he bend down at eye level to star's and smiled. Star hid behing Sundrop, "f-fine" he whispered. "Ugh, whatever" shrugged Mark as he looked at sundrop. He gave him a look, in which sundrop understood. It meant it was another day of "Testing" which meant he was going to get tortured.
"S-stay here love, don't shout, scream, or try anything to get me... okay?" Said Sun as he gave Star a small kiss. Star nodded in confusion as to what sun had told him.
Sun walked towards the table, as Mark strapped him on. Star just stood there, Mark then went behind the table on to where he plugged a whire on Sundrop. He hooked the tower end of the cable into a computer he started typing. And that was when Sundrop started glitching out.
Star took a step foward about to yell put to his mother before he was stopped. "No no no... what did sundrop just told you?" Said mark in a moking tone. Star stepped back as he looked down. "That's a good boy, now, just stay there and enjoy the show!"
Suddenly, Sun started glitching out even more, until he let out a horrorfing robotic shreak/scream. Star fell backwards as he backed away. Mark stood up as he laughed. Stam started comming out of sun as he started trying to get off from the restraints.

"I-it worked... It worked!!!" Shouted Mark in glory and happiness as he looked back to his computer. Sun continued to lash out, until he finally stopped moving, and black steam started coming out.
"W-what did you do to him...?" Gasped Star as he slowly got up and walked towards sundrop. "Now now little one, the ŕeason on why I called you here is because I needed an audience. Sundrop here, I've planted a chip, a virus into him." "W-what..."
"yea amazing right! I won't be able to destroy that moondrop, but sunny here, he's kind and gentle, too naive. He has the same strength as him, so hell destroy Moondrop for me" he growled. "The virus will not only do harm to moon, but it will harm the children, with that, he'll get disembled by the company!!" Said Mark as he laughed maniacally.
Star dropped to his knees as he looked up to his mother eyes which were pitch black. Tears started falling down his face. "Oh! No! No! Don't cry, you'll be fine, you will just have to run the while daycare... By. You're. Self."
After that whole thing, they walked back to the daycare and made thir way to the tower. More like stumbled their way there since Sundrop was still kinda out of it. Star placed Sun in his charging area before sitting on the bed.
He was lost, He was gonnna lose his parents. Star just sat there, silently crying. Suddenly he got up and started shuffling around the room trying to find anything sharp.
A while ago he had figured out how to unlock the doors without triggering the security system. He shuffled around only to find nothing. "Shot! Ofcourse there is nothing sharp! This is the daycare!!" He Hissed as he floppled on the bed.

Junkyard Scavenger
Junkyard does not discriminate. This place where rejects gather is impartial to your past. Almost completely cut off from the Overworld, its limited resources put the residents at odds, as they struggle for each scrap they can get their hands on. You can decide to live in peace, but poverty, or try for a chance to leave. If you choose to leave, then be prepared to steal, plunder, fight, cripple, and kill if necessary. Gather items and become stronger. Crush your opponents as you take theirs for your own, and roll the weighted dice. Marco has watched for years how humans treat their lives like gambling chips. He saw delusion, confused with hope, and warnings falling on deaf ears. A million believing they are the one. Because don't you just need a few rare items to be unstoppable? Some EXP to dominate? Just a little luck? Surely, if you keep trying, fate will work out in your favor, no? Marco knows better than that. He's learned that patience is a virtue. He hopes others will listen; that they would learn. In time, things could be better. He plans to see to that himself. But when he meets Jeanne, their values clash. They both desire the same, yet their means differ. One would risk it all on a hunch, the other waits until the perfect moment. Does either understand the consequences of their methods? How does patience fare when time is not your ally? Do not hesitate. Doubt will drag you down. Beware of friend and foe. Because Junkyard does not forgive mistakes. A grimdark LitRPG story that's not just LitRPG, and not just grimdark. Updates about twice a week. Please feel free to leave some feedback. I'll appreciate it very much!
8 316Ode to Fallen Angels
Jericho, the land of humanity, squirms in pain. Magic has been forbidden for so long in this so called "Age of Silence", that all Arcane knowledge has been presumed lost and irrecoverable, and the echoes of God's Will grow fainter with every passing year. The sight of Demihuman caravans is less frequent every day, as the likes of orcs and elves have learned to no longer beg for help from those who despise them. Clearly, they can expect more from the voracious wild lands than from humankind. Many have succumbed to despair, some driven mad by their fruitless efforts to bring back a Golden Age that they only ever read about in books. And in the middle of it all, in an old chapel lost in the Eastern lands, young Gabrielle lives in complete ignorance. She is another orphan living under the mercy of the Church of the Saints; one bearing the mark of evil in her red hair, the telltale sign of a Witch. In an Age of the Silent, the Prejudiced, and the Hateful, she clings to a single hope: that one day, be it in life or maybe after it all ends, she may find herself forgiven of her sin. The sin of being born.

Disclaimer: First attempt at writing and it's a couple years old (as of 2018). Tried too much but hey if you feel like checking it out, do so. The world is at war. The clash between the great Saudi Empire and the Brazilian Alliance is reaching its climax. As the bombs fall signifying the end, many people find themselves in an unknown environment. Confused, naked and unarmed the newcomers are attacked by vicious beasts and must work together to survive in this new unknown world. Note: Short chapters. There are only small elements from VR/RPGs, the focus is definitely on the world and characters and not stats / grinding.
