"Darius" I called and he looked at me with a cold expression.

"What do you want Aislinn?" He asked coldly.

"I uh I was uh wondering if you could um take the kids to u-"

"Sure leave me alone I'm getting ready for work" he interrupted me. I continued staring at his back while he wore his shirt.

"What's that mark on your back?" I asked noticing a dark mark like that of a bullet hole.

"None of your business Aislinn " he said putting on his suit jacket.

"Darius I think we uh need to talk like now". I said and he looked at me.

"Talk I'm listening " he said staring at me while putting his hair in a manbun.

"Look I know we are going on a really rough patch with you cheating on me with Mariah and you thinking I cheated with Jax but that's not the point I want to actually know what happened between you and Mariah like I don't get you sometimes when you say you never cheated on me with her and you saying something else about her sleeping with you on-"

"I'm late bye" he just walked past me. He literally walked past me while I was talking. What really happened?

"Hello darling sister" I glared at Mariah.

"I called you here for a reason Mariah now shut it and sit down" I said making her chuckle.

"What do you want to talk about?" She asked taking the seat opposite me.

"I want to talk about you and Darius" I said making her smirk.

"What about us?" She asked.

"I want the truth about you two" I said making her laugh.

"The truth? Sweetheart you already know so why are you asking again?" She asked.

"I know Darius cheated on me but something is not right I know you can answer me so tell me why did you decide to fuck my husband years ago Mariah. Why did you two cheat me like that?" She laughed in my face again.

"Cheat you? That's pretty hypocrite coming from a cheat herself" she laughed taking her bag.

"I have somewhere to be thanks for having me"

"Wait Mariah, what the hell do you mean by hypocrite coming from a cheat herself?" I asked and she looked at me and smiled.

"Take a wild guess" she walked away.

I've never cheated on Darius well except the time I kissed Jax when he lost his memory and I don't remember ever cheating on Darius…ever.

I need to speak to Darius even if he won't listen to me, he has to listen and there must be a reason behind all this.

I got into my car and drove towards Darius' office.

"I'm here to see Darius" I said to the receptionist.

"Do you have an appointment? I'm really sorry Mrs Esposito you can go" I smiled at her walking towards the elevator. I got in and pressed the button for the last floor and in a few minutes I was already there.

"Is Darius there?" I asked his assistant.

"Yes but he has company would you like me to inform him about your arrival Mrs Esposito?" I shook my head walking towards the door. I almost opened but I stopped when I heard my name.

"You have to tell her eventually you know" someone said.

"Why? It doesn't matter Aislinn keeps on acting like I'm the bad guy but clearly it's her pretending that she doesn't remember the shit she did and bullshit pain she put me through because of her being a backstabbing bi, Look let's forget about it I will soon divorce her and seek for custody over Alessia" What?

"Don't you think that's pretty harsh? I mean she literally mended her relationship with Alessia and you are going to separate them again. She's gonna hate Aislinn more"

"That's good then isn't it. Making me seem like the bad guy in front of everyone even Kaesar and now when she's about to go through just a little bit of that you feel sorry for her? What about me then? Do you know how it felt when Alessia blamed me constantly for her mother leaving her? She didn't even know shit about what happened but then she blamed me because I asked Mariah to come around?"

"Darius calm down someone might hear you"

"I can't calm down. Your wife has never cheated on you before!" My eyes widened after hearing that.

I opened the door and entered and Darius and Alex turned to me.

"Tell her to leave Alex. I'm not in the mood to speak to her" Darius said glaring at me.

"Look I don't want to be involved in your marriage shit so I'm gonna go home" you're already involved.

"Darius I think we have to talk" I said once Alex left.

"Leave Aislinn" he said looking out the window.

"Darius" I said walking towards him.

"Leave" he said.

"Darius I-" I touched his shoulder but he pushed my hand away harshly making me fall.

"Fucking leav-" "Oww" he stopped and looked at me.

"Fuck" he said walking towards me.

"I'm fine" I said.

"How can you be fine with your head is cut" he said getting up. Where is he going now?

He came back with a first aid kit and cleaned the cut and I winced every time he used the rubbing alcohol making him apologize. He applied a band aid and got up.

"Leave now" he said walking out of his office.

Now there is only one person who knows me quite well to know if I cheated on Darius or not.

I left Darius' office for Amelie's home. She's the only person who can answer me now.

"Hi" I said once she opened the door.

"Hey what brings you here?" She said letting me in

"We need to talk. Is Alex home?" I asked.

"No he just left as soon as he arrived" she said and I nodded.

"Do you want some tea or anything?" She asked.

"Tea is okay" I said and she nodded walking away and she came back with a cup of tea.

"Thanks you know you shouldn't be working hard" I said stirring the tea.

"Oh gosh tea is not hard to make I can't worry a poor help for something I can make myself" she said.

"I really need to know the truth about something" I said and she scrunched up her eyebrows.

"What?"

"Did I cheat on Darius?" I asked making her eyes go wide.

"W-what?" Why is she stuttering?
