(A month Later)

It's been a month since Darius woke up and it has been really weird for me. He was discharged two weeks ago and I don't know because I've always wanted to get rid of him or because he's showing me love like before and I have to do the same when I don't really feel the same.

"Aislinn" Oh gosh not again for fudges sake I just woke up. I looked at him with a take smile and he hugged me from behind. He was remembering things gradually from some photos which were in his room. I've been working at his company since you know and Dad went back to the office since he's better now but I didn't tell him about Mariah and Danica's deeds for one he is already filing for a divorce already so why do I need to make it worse or better.

"Yes?" I asked.

"I want to get out today. Just the two of us like the old times" he said.

"You mean like a date?" I asked and he grinned.

"Yes like a date" he said kissing my neck. No Darius don't go th- oh geez he went there.

"You know we can't because we have to look after the kids" I said in a whisper but no it decided to come out as a moan instead.

"My parents will look after them. They say they miss them so they will pick them up from school" he said.

"I don't think it's a good idea" I said and he shook his head and kissed my neck again.

"Just this once Ash just like the old times and the kids said there is a party they have to attend tonight what's the name of the kid again yeah Adrian yeah it's his birthday today and they are having a birthday party for him tonight so we can go. Please Ash let's go" He said and I nodded.

"Okay just this once and it won't happen again" I said and he nodded kissing me.

I pulled away and walked into the bathroom. I took my bath quickly and wore a black and white checked suit with a black shirt in it paired some white sneakers

I rushed to Ezlynn and Alessia's room and they weren't in the room. I went downstairs and found them having breakfast. I wanted to make breakfast for them but thanks to Darius I couldn't because he made it for them.

"Hey good morning" I said pecking their foreheads.

"Good morning Mommy" They both said pecking my cheek.

"Hope you had a good sleep last night?" I asked and they both nodded telling me about the dreams they had last night.

"Here's your breakfast Madame" Darius said and I rolled my eyes at him before thanking him and digging in. I never knew he could cook. He never cooked for me so how come he knows how to now?

"Well Mommy Adrian is having a birthday party tonight and we wanted to go can we go pretty please grandma and grandpa said they will take us there and will be with us pretty please" Alessia said.

"Sure you can go right Aislinn?" Darius asked and I glared at him before nodding.

"Yes! Thank you mommy you are the best" Alessia said with a smile and I smiled back. Fuck! I'm getting late.

"I have to go I have an important meeting in ten minutes I'll see you guys later bye have fun at school" I said pecking their foreheads each.

"Aren't you forgetting something?" Darius asked.

"Oh yeah right my breakfast thanks for packing it. Bye have fun" I said taking it and dashing out.

"I was talking about a kiss not breakfast" I rolled my eyes after Darius said.

"Aislinn wait" Darius said and I stopped and turned to him.

"What now?" I asked 

"I want us to go on a date tonight. It's been a really long time since we went on one. Come on agree to it" Darius said and I checked my watch and I was running late.

"Fine whatever bye I have to go now" I said dashing out.

I got to the office and thankfully I had two minutes remaining so I went straight to the conference room. I gave my bag to my assistant on the way in and she took them to my office and came back immediately and we entered and I was quiet shocked seeing who it was.

"Jax?" I asked in shock and he smiled at me lightly.

"Ash. It's been a really long time since we met." Jax said and hugged me lightly. Jax and I had a thing back when I left and we ended things after a year because he believed I wasn't over Darius which was a lie because I sure am over him. Jax is the perfect guy a girl could ask for but I guess we were never meant to be.

I nodded at him lightly and we took our seats and began the meeting which ended after two hours. We wanted to collaborate and create a new design for the upcoming machines we were about to bring out and Dad thought he was the best person and if I had known it was him I would have contacted him myself immediately I was told. MY Dad sure knows what is best.

"It's been a really long time Aislinn why don't we catch up tonight at dinner what do you say?" He asked and I smiled at him and nodded.

"Sure" I said and he nodded.

"When do you get out of work so I'll pick you up afterwards?" He asked.

"At five" I said and he nodded hugging me and pecking my cheek before leaving and I smiled. I really missed him. I wish we never ended things how we left it.

Jax picked me up at exactly five and we left for his home and talked a bit before going to the restaurant where we had dinner and laughed at some memories we shared back then and. We visited some places which were opened at night and I actually forgot all about my problems and he dropped me home when it was almost midnight.

Darius was still awake when I got home and I expected him to be asleep but he wasn't. He looked up at me diverting his attention from his laptop screen and he went back to what he was typing acting like he didn't even see me and he didn't even respond to my greeting. Whatever it's not like I wanted him to greet me.

I took my bath and wore my pyjamas and he was now sitting on the couch with a blanket around his legs with his laptop on his lap. Okay what is wrong with him not that I'm complaining he is sleeping on the couch or something.

"Will you be sleeping on the couch tonight?" I asked and he shook his head. I guess I don't have the bed to myself tonight. I lied down and picked up my phone and there was a text from Ame asking me about my whereabouts. I replied and shut my phone off and charged it and fell asleep immediately.

I woke up and looked to my side and Darius wasn't there and I looked at the couch and he wasn't there too. I checked the time and it was on a few minutes past three. I closed my eyes and slept again maybe he is going for a glass of water or something but why do I even care I'm only waiting for him to regain his memory so we can get divorced.
