Chapter 41- You're What?!!! (Day 5)

Karen's POV

We were all by the lake taking a dip. Everyone seemed to be having a great time and I was lying down on Gavin's chest.

"Hey bro, want to play some beach ball?" Alexander came over and asked.

"Yeah, sure," he said then slightly got up. He pecked me on the lips then winked at me, "be right back babe." I rolled my eyes at him and laid down again, allowing the sun to soak in my pours.

"Thought he would've never left you alone," Lizzie said as she sat down beside me watching Alexander.

"Uhh...Lizzie, not that I don't respect that you're my brother's mate and everything but can you not stare at him like he's a piece of meat while around me, thanks?" I asked shuddering and she laughed.

"Like you don't do it with Gavin," she retorted.

"Yeah, well he's not your brother, now is he?" I said with a sarcastic smile on my face. She shook her head smiling as well then got all serious.

"Ok, so talk the dirty deets,"

"Deets?" I asked her as I sat up.

"You know? Have you two...got it in since you guys got here?" she asked bluntly, "I know we have---" she was about to say but I cut her off.

"Why in the world are we gonna discuss this?" I asked her while rolling my eyes.

"Because I want to know. You've been completely locked up ninety percent of this trip,"

"I'm not gonna tell you about my sex life, Lizzie," I told her.

"Sex life? What sex life?" a voice from behind me asked. Hayden sat down beside me and looked at me curiously as he waited for an answer.

"What I do is none of your business Hayden," I told him.

"Of course it is, or are you forgetting that I'm older than you?" he retorted.

"By some minutes Hayden!" I protested as I rolled my eyes. Lizzie looked at me with a smirk on her face then looked at Hayden. They both haven't exactly been speaking to each other but....

"Where's Zara, Hayden?" she asked him. He looked at her then pointed over at Natalya.

"Yo, Pierce. Wanna play some ball?" Gavin asked him and he sat behind me. I felt his lips kiss down my neck and I leaned back for his touch. His arm went around my waist and caressed my stomach.

"Still having stomach pains?" he whispered in my ear low enough for only me to hear.

"Not right now," I responded then moaned as he bit my ear slightly.

"Can you not do that while I'm here, it's kind of gross," Hayden complained. I rolled my eyes and I heard Gavin chuckle as he removed his arm from around my waist.

"Can't you leave, Hayden?" I asked him. His eyes landed on me as he smirked.

"Nope," he responded, popping the p. I sighed and leaned back on Gavin.

"Can't you tell him to leave?" I asked Gavin. He laughed at this then looked at Zara approaching us.

"Don't think I'll have to," he said to me.

"Hey guys," Zara greeted then looked at Hayden, "can't you leave them alone?" she then asked him as she sat in his lap. He whispered something in her ear which made her roll her eyes.

"So, what's the plan for today?" Natalya asked as she came over as well, hand in hand with Bryon.

"Well, I think Aunt Becky mentioned something about a football match this evening, guys against girls," I informed them. Of course, all the guys laughed.

"What's so funny?" Zara asked.

"Oh nothing," Bryon replied to her, "the mere fact that you little girls think that you have a chance against us is just really hilarious."

"Oh, is that so?" Natalya turned to ask.

"Don't take it as offense babe, but football is kind of a...guy's sport. You girls, you girls seem to take a better chance and shopping or some girly sport of some sort."

"Well then, we'll see this evening then," I told him in a challenging tone. Bryon only smirked at me.

"We most definitely will," he stated. Everyone started making challenges of the match, but I felt a pang through my stomach. My arms immediately went down there, but I felt something coming up my throat.

"Babe, what's wrong?" Gavin whispered in my ear. I shook my head at him as I got up and rushed to the nearest bathroom. I swung our Cabin door open and went straight upstairs to the bathroom, where I threw up once again.

I was on the bathroom floor, head against the edge of the toilet when I felt my hair being pulled away from my face.

"Thanks Gavin," I immediately said.

"Not Gavin," Hayden's voice rang from behind me, "what's wrong with you?' I tried to stand up but I felt some more vomit coming so I threw my head again. When I was finished I whipped my mouth and stood.

"Nothing's wrong with me, Hayden," I told him.

"Karen, I've been asking that question from last month and that's the same response that I keep getting. Now, I'm going to ask again, what's wrong with you?"

"Nothing's wrong, it's just that..."

"Just that what?"

"Hayden, it's nothing ok," I said and attempted to pass him but he grabbed my arm and pulled me back.

"Karen," he said sternly. I sighed and looked away from him. He called my name again and I looked at him, sighing once again.

"I'm...I'm pregnant,"

"You're What?!!!"

"Hayden will you stop!" I shouted out to him as he walked angrily back to the doc. Once I told him I was pregnant, he got angry and now he's on a man hunt for Gavin. He was full on angry and dead set on kicking Gavin's ass.

Gavin, I called out to him through our mind link.

Are you ok? I was going to get to you as soon as possible, but Hayden said he wanted to talk to you, Gavin responded.

Yeah and now he's coming for YOU!

Coming for me? Gavin asked.

Yeah, I told him I was pregnant and now he's dead set on killing you, I told him and that's when I caught up enough to see Hayden punch Gavin square in the face.

"F*ck," Gavin swore. Hayden kicked him in his stomach while he was on the floor and I cried out at Hayden, telling him to stop. Zara came up behind him and wrapped her arms around him. She whispered something in his ear and he stopped but still glared at Gavin.

"The motherf*cker got my sister pregnant," Hayden growled. Everyone gasped and looked at me, then down at my stomach.

"Alright, alright. What's the problem here?" Uncle Jerry asked as he approached us. No one spoke. Gavin got up and whipped his mouth with the back of his hand and I made my way to him. He wrapped his arm around my waist as soon as I reached him and inhaled my scent to calm him down.

"Are you ok?" I asked him.

"Yeah, I'm fine," he said but I heard the edge of his voice telling me otherwise. I sighed and pulled away from him to look at Uncle Jerry, avoiding Hayden's gaze at all cost.

"I think we should go inside," I stated when I noticed we were dragging a crowd. Aunt Becky nodded and led the way to their cabin. When we got inside, it was just Hayden, Zara, Gavin and I along with Uncle Jerry and Aunt Becky.

"Alright, explain to me what happened," Becky said openly.

"Well, Hayden just came up out of the blue and punched me in the face," Gavin said bluntly. Hayden growled and was about to get up but Zara sat down in his lap.

"Why'd you punch him in the face Hayden?" Aunt Becky asked.

"Because he got your niece pregnant," he answered. Neither Becky nor Jerry was fazed by this.

"And?"

"And he got your niece pregnant!" Hayden growled.

"Hayden, we're werewolves and Gavin is an Alpha, so even if he was using a condom the Alpha Wolf in him would probably take over and tear the condom into shreds," Becky answered.

"She shouldn't even be thinking about sex at this age," Hayden protested.

"Hayden, I'm eighteen," I inputted but he just growled at me. Gavin then growled at him.

"Don't growl at her, have anything to say or do you say it to me,"

"You don't f*cking own her!" Hayden shouted.

"Last time I checked the mark on her neck and the fact that she's now carrying my child most definitely states otherwise," Gavin growled. Hayden stood and stepped towards him, but didn't get far thanks to Zara. Now it was my turn to step in.

"What is your problem lately?" I asked him.

"Move the f*ck out of my way," Hayden said rather rudely. Gavin growled from behind me and Zara grabbed Hayden's arm.

"Hey, that's your sister your talking to," she scolded. His jaw tightened as he looked down at her, but said nothing, and then he looked back at us.

"What's been your problem? From the past month, you've been acting out on everyone. I know you better than anyone and you're standing here shouting at me when you're suppose to be supporting me. Sure, I got pregnant but it's in the werewolf gene. We can't help it, and even worse, Hayden, it's an Alpha and you know that mom had us at eighteen so she wouldn't see the problem," I ranted.

"Nothing is---" he was about to say when I cut him off, as I continued my rant.

"And the worse thing is that you’re no different. Before you met Zara, you used to be free spirited, less angry and hot-headed at times but I have no idea what the f*ck is wrong."

"Probably he's not getting any," a voice from behind me said. I turned around and saw Lucas leaning on the doorpost.

"Now's not the right time, Lucas," Zara said sternly to him but he didn't listen. He only smirked at the pair. I looked at Hayden and saw that his wolf was struggling to come out.

"Oh my....that's it? Because you guys aren't---" I was about to say when Hayden's growl cut me off. Before Zara could stop him, he passed Lucas and went straight through the door.
