《Protected by BTS》Chapter 46: Jongsuk vs Jungkook

The boys and you had a little too much to drink, more so you and Jimin. You had initially started to take shots with him and Yoongi because Jungkoook had won all of the fights, but now it was a little excessive.
You grabbed another shot on the table but Yoongi had grabbed your wrist. "Aish, that's enough for you. You're probably a light weight and you've already had a lot of drinks."
You pushed him off, "Oppa, I'm fine!" You shrugged him off and took the shot.
"She's going to be an alcoholic." Jin laughed.
"I bet she can't even walk straight." Jimin tested and you took his challenge. You stood up and slowly put one foot in front of the other, heel touching toe.
"Oi! That's cheating!" Taehyung said.
"You're cheating." you retorted back. "Try touching your nose with he tips of your fingers!" You tried to touch your nose with your fingers and missed completely. The boys started to die from laughter and you pouted.
Jimin laughed so hard, he fell off the chair with a loud thud. It all seemed to happen in slow motion and you guys couldn't believe how clumsy he was with chairs, knowing this wasn't the first time for this to happen.
The boys clapped in amusement, continuing to laugh. "Yah! You're calling me a drunk?! Look at him!" You were pointing at the helpless Jimin on the floor.
Finished with his latest match, Jungkook had walked up the stairs to see you guys a drunken mess. "Aigo," He shook his head and tried to help Jimin up. As Jungkook bent down, he tripped on the fallen chair, and fell as well.
"HAHA!" You were having a hard time breathing at this point, laughing too hard. Jungkook pulled Jimin up and sat him on the chair. You and Jimin were hopelessly drunk and Jimin laid on your lap, trying to stop his own dizziness.
"I don't have many fights left so we can go home soon. I guess I'm the hyung now." Jungkook smiled like a bunny and the hyung line rolled their eyes. "I'm basically sober you ungrateful child!" Seokjin defended and Namjoon was ranting in English, something about watering his plants in his office. Yoongi just nodded, knowing he was also pretty drunk and Hoseok was sobering up since he was burning from the asian glow. Taehyung was making sure you and Jimin were alive.

"Cheer me on." Jungkook said lazily as he took the shot of alcohol from your hand and walked down the stairs.
"P-f-fight-ting!" Jimin stumbled over his words. You pat Jimin's head as you watched Jungkook enter the cage. It was hard to focus on the fight, your vision blurring from the alcohol. It was fuzzy but you could make out the two figures, one of them being the familiar Jungkook.
You heard the ring of the bell and saw the two bodies in the ring pummel each other. "JK! Fighting!" Jimin had yelled and sat up abruptly, trying to steady himself. Once again, he fell off his chair and you sighed.
"What is it with this oppa and chairs?" You asked yourself. "The world may never know." Tae said with a heavy sigh, also unsure as to why his friend always lost to chairs. You both then shared a moment of laughter as Jimin whines and pouted.
Then the bell rang once more, indicating the fight had ended. "Wait? Did Jungkook win?!" You asked to your oppas since you weren't paying attention.
Namjoon laughed, since he was still more sober than you, "Yeah, of course he did. Maybe we should go now. It's getting late anyways. You and Jimin are a pretty tipsy too."
Before the both of you could defend yourself, Yoongi reminded everyone, "There's one more fight. Jungkook and Jongsuk, remember?"
You sobered up slightly after remembering what had happened only hours ago. The announcer's voice, which you had blurred out until now, boomed in your ears. "You're going to want to watch this fight folks. Place your final bets, it's going to be a close one! Champions in their own right, we have the infamous Jongsuk and BTS's Jungkook!"
"Is this guy good?" You asked curiously, watching as the man who had harassed you earlier stepped into the cage with Jungkook.
"Yeah. Jongsuk's a really good fighter. I'd say he and Kook are pretty evenly matched." Hoseok confesses.

Below you guys, Jungkook was rewrapping his fists, ready to take his anger out on Jongsuk. He and his family weren't the nicest of guys, but they were powerful. Jungkook knew he'd have to work a little harder in order to take this guy down. Especially after harassing you earlier, his rage for him only festered.
The bell ring and the fight was officially started.
They circled each other, waiting for the other to make their move. Jungkook sizes the man up, searching for any indicating weaknesses, but sadly could only see the crooked nose you had inflicted him earlier. Jungkook was amused at the thought but quickly brushed it away; however, he was still proud of you.
"We wouldn't be in this cage if it weren't for that dongsaeng of yours. What was her name? MiSun-ah? She's quite the woman."
Jungkook clenched his fist, "Go near her again and you won't come out of this cage alive."
Jongsuk laughed, "Oh but what's wrong? I was only trying to show the woman a good time! What's with Bangtan these days, why do you care so much about some chick?" He then quickly decided to attack Jungkook first. Faking an uppercut, he maneuvered his other hand to elbow his side. Jungkook grunted at the impact, feeling a bruise to his ribs coming.
Taking a deep breath to recover, he countered by ducking underneath Jongsuk's next blow and gripped Jongsuk by the shoulder. Compromising him in a position, Jungkook used all of his force to kick Jongsuk to the floor.
Jongsuk quickly kicked to stand up. "Why are you so interested with one of our members anyways?" Jungkook spit out.
"I'll be honest," Jongsuk cracked his neck and went in for another slew of attacks, each of which Jungkook dodged. "She's" punch, "the first," punch, "woman" punch, "to," punch, "reject me."
Jungkook caught each of his punches but was shocked at his response. He froze and Jongsuk took this chance to roundhouse kick him to the floor. Jungkook groaned in pain as he tried to pull himself up.
"Normally," Jongsuk's breathing was labored after all his attacks, "I would think she's crazy or sick. But seeing as she's with you guys, I'm sure there's more to that story. I'm thinking she's your guys' personal plaything." He smirked at his dirty thoughts and Jungkook raged. "You know I thought BTS didn't roll that way. You guys have always been against human trafficking but I guess this MiSun-"
"Oof!" Jongsuk grunted and couldn't finish. Throwing himself at him, Jungkook tackled Jongsuk, trapping him underneath him and throwing punches his way. "We don't condone that and she's not like that to us! Stay the hell away from us! Stay the hell away-!"
Jungkook gasped as Jongsuk used his legs to trap Jungkook and roll away. The men both scrambled to stand up, ready to fight once again. "I always get my way, Jungkook-ssi. Don't make an enemy with my family or else we'll take everything from you guys. And I'll take MiSun for myself. Mark my words."
Jungkook had enough of this guy. He couldn't stand his perverted thoughts and his threats on you and the group was the last straw . Slowly, Jongsuk's face distorted and Jungkook saw a different person standing in front of him.
In Jungkook's mind, he was no longer fighting Jongsuk. His hands shook and he was boiling from anger. Jungkook saw red and in an instant all he heard was the ringing of the bell.
The fight was over.

The watcher of universe and stuff.
The most devastating thing to an eternal being must be boredom. If nothing can change you, how can you yourself change? Sometimes you have to learn that the hard way. I should point out that there are multiple lead characters and they will all have their own personalities and motivations. While the story will focus more on our MC Trey, you can expect multiple POV switches. If you do not like POV switches, this might not be for you. My first book. If anyone will ever read this, be so kind as to leave a comment. Even, if all you say is an insult. As long as I can improve this work by your comment, it's all fine. One thing’s for sure. I will keep writing as if my reader can handle curse words without curling into a little ball and repeatedly saying: "Leave my safe-space alone, you monster". Therefore, you can expect some profanity.

I, Mor-eldal: The Necromancer Thief
As a budding little necromancer, I soon discovered that the world of city people is complicated. When my master kicked me out of the cave, he warned me not to talk about my “dark” magic, because people here don't like the undead. I am not really an undead, I just have a skeleton hand, but it is better to be careful. Anyway, that's not my biggest worry. In the Black Dagger brotherhood, I learn a lot of things, such as illusionist magic, which turns out to be quite handy to survive in this maze of streets: in the Cat Quarter, we have thugs of all kinds that are best avoided. But we also have good people, goodhearted “gwaks”, as we say around here. Little did I know that I would soon be caught up in an infamous traffic that would entangle my life even more. With a mix of lighthearted adventure and picaresque, this story narrates the hectic life of a good-spirited street child and his companions in a medieval urban fantasy setting with some nineteenth-century influences. Updates Mondays and Fridays. This is a Creative Commons By work. It is a translation of a trilogy I wrote in Spanish between 2017 and 2018.
