《Bakugou Katsuki x reader one shots》Shapeshifter

(Y/n) growls and breathes heavily from training hard.
The teacher chuckles quietly. "Come now (Y/n) you can do it. A dog is easy enough."
Bakugou walks past and growls to himself. "Easy my ass," he mumbles.
For the past few months Bakugou had walked past the extra doing extra lessons with her teacher.
He notes her quirk was Shapeshift. He thought it was impressive and purely out of curiosity he stuck around sometimes to see her progress.
Shifting was becoming easy for the girl. It didn't take as long for her to shift between things.
Right now she's practicing a dog.
Bakugou took note of her big form and found it very fluffy and squeezable.
"You have a great sense of smell now right?" The teacher questions and the dog nods.
Bakugou shrugs and leaves.
"Great work today. Why don't you get home and rest."
(Y/n) nods and shifts back. She smiles, grabs her back and begins her walk home.
As she walks home she thought she smelt something off in the air so she shifts back into dog form.
Bakugou turns down that road and notices a similar dog to (Y/n)'s shift form.
The girl follows her nose and the blonde follows her.
"What is she doing?" He grumbles to himself.
From the nearby alley two men smirk and grab the dog.
(Y/n) struggles as the men throw her into their car and drive off quickly.
Bakugou's eyes widen and he runs after them.
Of course he uses his quirk to keep up but the car is still speeding away.
"Do they think she's just a regular dog or do they know she's a shapeshifter?" Bakugou mumbles to himself. "I wanna just blow them up but I need them to spill their plan."

So instead of going in, bombs exploding, he sneaks around and listens.
The two men grab (Y/n) who is still in k9 form for now.
She wanted to know what they wanted with her.
"Come now little pet. Turn back to your precious little self." The taller man rubs her cheek gently, with a fake smile on his face.
The other man rolls his eyes. "Hurry up you little bitch."
Obviously he's the impatient one.
(Y/n) does as asked and turns back into herself.
"Quirks like that sell for a pretty penny. We hit the jackpot with you little miss. Now if you behave we won't have to hurt you."
(Y/n) pulls on her restraints, turning her wrists red.
"Stop that. We'd like you in good condition when we sell you." The short man slaps her wrist and walks away.
"Sorry about him. Would you like a drink or something to eat?"
The girl growls. "You're lucky these are quirk suppressant cuffs."
Bakugou clenches his fists and his teeth. "So these bastards wanna sell her for her quirk. Not happening."
"We'll leave you here for a bit then. We got some work to do. Now be a good little pup ok?"
(Y/n) tugs on her restraints a little as she glares at the men. "Go to hell."
The shorter man grips (Y/n)'s hair and pulls back hard. "You better watch it pup. We don't have to be nice, and you don't have to be in good condition. I will fuck you up if you don't behave."
The other man sighs and pinches the bridge of his nose. "Come on, let's go already."
The two men leave, slamming the door loudly.
(Y/n) cries softly as she pulls on her restraints. "I knew it. I will never be able to live my life. People will always use and abuse me for my quirk. No one will love me for me, just the person or thing they make me shift into."

Bakugou frowns as he listens to her. "Use and abuse?" He whispers confused. He shakes his head and comes out of hiding.
(Y/n) looks up quickly at the sound of his running. "Bakugou Katsuki? What are you doing here?"
"I'm rescuing you obviously. Now shut up and hold still." He manages to get the cuffs off and stand her up.
She wobbles and falls in his arms.
"Dammit extra can't you stand?"
"Those cuffs really drained me. I can't..." she trails off as her vision blurs.
Bakugou sighs and picks her up. He manages to carry her out and away from the warehouse.
Bakugou wished he could use his quirk but since she was too weak to hold on he just had to run/ jog away quickly.
(Y/n) buries her face in his chest, squeezing his shirt tightly. "Thank you," she whispers.
He looks down at her and sighs. "Whatever extra. It's my job."
"Technically you aren't a hero yet."
"Yeah yeah whatever. I will be soon. When we get back to the dorms I'll have to tell Aizawa about those guys and have them arrested."
(Y/n) remains silent as he talks to his teacher about what happened.
The raven haired man looks at the girl shocked but she remains staring at her lap. "I'll inform her teacher and parents. Then we can inform the police."
The blonde nods and walks over to the girl. "You can go back to your dorm now. Do you need help there?"
"Don't pretend to care about me. I know you don't. I'll make it back by myself."
Bakugou growls and picks her up, throwing her over his shoulder. "Fuck off extra. Of course I care about you. You could've been sold off or worse. I don't expect you to not be affected. I've been kidnapped before too."
(Y/n) looks at Bakugou quickly then sniffles. "Thank you." She manages to whisper and hugs him in their awkward position.

Child of the Ancients: An Apocalypse LitRPG
It all started in the middle of Dante's nap. He wanted to sleep his life away, but the system denied his request. Instead, it began to transform the Earth, integrating it into the multiverse by granting everyone stats and skills. He was talented, or so the system thought. And that meant he needed to be challenged. After being sent into a deadly cavern, Dante strives for the future he's always desired. But when he learns about the secrets hidden within him, he's shaken to his very core. He wishes for the nightmare to end until something goes wrong. [The world will end in one year.] Instead of everyone receiving a relatively gentle tutorial, the people of Earth are deemed redundant. Dante makes it his goal to save as many people as he can before the world ends, but with billions of lives at stake, he might have to turn into a monster before he can become a hero. Planned updates (2500+ words): M/W/F. 12pm AEST/ 9am EST. M-F during Writeathon. [participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] Author's Note: All system apocalypse novels seem to jump straight over the apocalypse itself, which I find very sad. I don't want this to turn into a typical fantasy novel in about ten chapters. Instead, I hope to explore the destruction of society and how things would look if superpowers suddenly appeared in the real world. Before the real apocalypse happens, of course. There will be base building, and likely romance once things settle down. Also dragons, because they are awesome :)

Fermboi was a man of one ideal: make the weak strong. When his rebellion against the king proved futile, he was given another chance at life. This time, he sought to do nothing after realizing the hopelessness of it all. Aventina wanted to do nothing more than to follow her father’s footsteps. On a retaliation raid against her tribe’s enemies, her brothers perished. Spared by a leader of her enemies, she returned home to find herself the chief of her tribe. Bolahulag, half-civilized and half-barbarian, half-lowborn and half-royal. Raised in his mother’s civilized tent in a sea of barbaric shelters, Bolahulag was hesitant to follow his paternal way of life. After a battle between a civilized king and his father, Bolahulag was sent as hostage to learn the economy and military of the nation his father defeated. Derai knew nothing more than being an orphan, but when a merchant took her in, the world she thought impossible soon became a reality. Monghe, stuck in a school exemplifying strength for most of his life, began to understand what he needed to do in order to be strong instead of weak. Story is mostly about nothing. Fermboi does most of the nothing. Aventina does most of the military things. Bolahulag does a balance of economy and military. Derai focuses on economy. Monghe spitfires what it means to be a typical hero. Hopefully this is enough to give a general idea to people who don’t like going blind aside from the work being purportedly “good.” Who am I kidding, my writing is terrible. I hope it improves though.
