"Sister Ye Jin." Tae smirked and I shake my head.
"No, don't think about that Kim Taehyung. At this point breaking up with her boyfriend is already good enough. Do not try to kill the nun. Not that fast." I warned him as my eyes dilated and he back away slightly. "Geez relax, Jungkook. I'm only going to meet her to talk. I never mention anything about killing her. I am just going to go there and talk. Who knows I might find something interesting about Na Ra." Tae said and somehow that does not convince me. Like I said, he is the psychotic one. "If you kill her, I'll punish you Tae." I warned him. He raised both of his hands. "Mark my words, Dark lord. I won't kill her." He then left to exit using the private elevator.
I walked out of the room and head back to my office. Na Ra is still doing her work. I look at the time and it is 10:45 am. I got up from my seat and get ready for the meeting session. "Na Ra..." I called her using the intercom. "Yes Mr Jeon?" She replied. "Get ready for meeting." She look up and turn to look at me and smile. As soon she got up from her seat, I grabbed my things and leave my office. "Bring your bag along since we going back to my place for lunch right after this meeting." She nods and we head our way to the meeting room. As we stepped into the elevator. Na Ra seems quiet. She's been flustered the moment I arrived in the office. Probably the effect of last night dream.
"Are you not feeling well again Na Ra?" I asked and she looked up immediately shakes her head. "Uh no! I'm feeling fine, Mr Jeon." She said as she then look away and then startled slightly when the elevator bing and arrived at the meeting room level.

The effect and aura of Mr Jeon Jungkook is really powerful cause as soon as he walks into the meeting room, the head of departments stop talking and they rise to bow and greet him. "Good morning all." The chairman greeted and he begin to sit at his seat. "Please update me about your departments and the project?" Jungkook said as he unbutton one of the blazer button.
I could not focus on the meeting as my mind keep thinking about the dream. This has reach the level of annoying honestly. Come on Na Ra, focus. I was not aware of the situation around me until Jungkook had to snap his finger in front of my face. "Na Ra... attention please." He said sternly and I bite my lower lip and bow my head slightly to him. "Sorry Mr Jeon..." I apologize before focusing back on the meeting. Once it is over, I was packing up when Jungkook stops me. "Is there anything bothering you?" He asked and I look at his hand that is holding my arm. "No..." I lied. "Yes there is." He said as he pulled me close. Now our face an inch away.
"From morning till now you barely making eye contact with me. If you did you tend to look away immediately." I struggle to release myself from his grip. "Jungkook let me go. People will see and tend to spread rumors." I plead and he still didn't let me go. "If they want to spread rumor, let it be a worth one." He cupped both side of my cheeks and run his right thumb gently along my bottom lip before he leans close to kiss me. Just then his phone buzzed and he groans in frustration. He let go of me and take out his phone from his pocket.
"What do you want cockblocker?" He cursed and I widened my eyes. "Yeah I'm on my way home for lunch. I just end the meeting." He said and with that he hang up. "Shall we get going?" He asked and I nod my head. "Who was that?" I asked and walked out of the room with him. "Cockblocker? Jimin..." he smirks and then we head our way down to the basement. It is kind off frustrating to be teased by him honestly but I'm glad he did not kiss me or else god forbid on what will happen next. The elevator stopped and a few of the employees coming in and they greeted Jungkook. One of them is Mi Rae's friend, Eun Bi.

"Hi Na Ra! We going out for lunch you want to join us?" She asked and when I was about to answer Jungkook interrupted me. "Sorry ladies but she's having lunch with me. " Now he sound like that possessive boyfriend. "Oh? Well that is fine..enjoy your lunch." The girls starts to giggle as they left the elevator. "I'll have lunch with them tomorrow." I said and Jungkook chuckles. "No one goes to work on Saturday plus you'll be on your way to Gwangju by lunch time tomorrow."
Here I am standing in front of the church. To be part of a cult member, church is like hell for me. I was greeted by a nun who is in her late forties. "Good afternoon, son. How may I help?" She asked and I look at her, smiling warmly. "I'm looking for sister Ye Jin." I said and she nods. "That is me. And you are?" I held out my hand. "I'm Vante." Well why not right?
"I'm actually here to ask about the volunteering work here that happens every weekend. I overheard my friend Na Ra talking about volunteering at this church." I lied obviously. "Well Na Ra... everyone loves her especially the children at the orphanage. She used to be one of those children until she graduated from High School and left for college." Now we talking about her. "Oh? She grew up here?" The nun nods and she actually walk me through. "I'm not sure if you know about this, her mother is still alive but she settle down in Jeju after leaving Na Ra here. The reason was to protect Na Ra plus she could not afford to take care of her during that time. But Na Ra being the angel that she is, she still keep in contact with her mother up till now." Oh this is getting interesting.
"Do you have any photos of baby Na Ra? Maybe I can use it for her upcoming birthday." This dumbass nun really brought me to the office. "Take a seat son, I'll be back with few of Na Ra's photos." I settled down and look around. How irony can they be? Asking donations for the orphanage and hospital but yet the office and church designed like a palace. What a dirty act. Sister Ye Jin came back with a box with the label name Kim Na Ra.
"I keep on reminding Na Ra to take back her things but she said she just want to leave it here till she settled down and have her own house and family." The nun takes out an album and hand it to me. There were baby photos of Na Ra, toddler ones and even elementary and high school photos. "Ah here it is! I've been looking for it everywhere. A photo of newborn Na Ra with her mother. Her mother left it here for her." The nun said as she pass it to me. When I looked at the photo, I frowned slightly. Sweet Devil Lucifer. This woman in the photo, I've seen her before. I tried to recall till it hit me hard like a wave.

Collection of Short Stories?
I lied it's even less than a short story more like a collection of disparate situations. Also you can read this completely out of order. There is no connection between the chapters. Read any that interest you.

I will not be eaten
Litchi is your ordinary Royal Road addict. She can’t resist the call of a new chapter even when she needs to work. Because of too many new responsibilities she promises one week without reading. Sadly, she cracks in three days, because of an Azarinth Healer notification. Taking out her phone she starts avidly reading. It’s just a small promise, she will try it another time. Nothing should happen. Say that to the goblin that tries to eat your face, Litchi! You should keep your promise! She was used to food jokes on her name but it seems that this time her destiny is to be eaten. ---- Hello future reader! I didn’t find a new good isekai so why not create my own? I am an RR addict and amateur writer (in French) and today I decided to publish a story. You will have my eternal gratitude for any advice or constructive comments on the story! One of my objectives is to have developed characters, duo or trio make a fantastic way to character growth. So, I will try to create a deep relationship between a few of them. The first few chapters have a lot of combat, but other characters will soon arrive. Those first few chapters are made to build tension and create Litchi's first motivations. This story has the plot written to the end and important characters already shaped. This story is short in comparison to the majority of RR fantasy stories. Update every two days until I have no more chapters in my pocket. Average chapter length: 2200 words Warning: The grammar can be bad, IMPORTANT CHARACTERS CAN (Will) DIE, contain philosophical conversation as the characters stumble upon morals dilemmas. I hope I will see you soon in the comments and thank you in advance for reading Litchi’s journey. Have a nice day! :)

The God Complex
Alon wishes to be remembered—to stamp his existence on this cruel world, to engrave the fact that "he was here" into the very Earth. This is his sole purpose; To be important. For what greater reason is there to exist if not to be remembered? People are special. People aren’t... Your actions in this life define how those left behind remember you. Once you die, you’re reborn and live on, if only for a time; The grander the actions in this life, the longer your second one becomes. Alon knows this better than anyone, and he will live in the minds and hearts of everyone in Krestelen longer than anyone that has come before. Krestelen is a place long forgotten by those outside its walls; known by most as the Cursed City of The Dead, with the Lower Tier of the City being abandoned by the Upper Tiers after an inexplicable Fog blanketed the entire sector thirty-four years ago. This Fog adds those unfortunate enough to be caught within it into the legions of Vacant roaming the empty streets of the city: A creature that has seemingly lost all reasoning and sanity, to wander around the streets crying into the palms of their hands as they beg for help, to be freed from their condition. This is the place that Alon, and the Gang led by his mentor Casian, shall steal the very source of what gives those in power—the rightfully ruling family, the Deramore's—their ability to live in luxury as those below in the Lower Tier struggles to survive. They will forever be cast into the annals of the history of this cursed place—for better, or for worse.
