"We're fucked. He rejected these offerings." Namjoon hyung said as we break the circle and I stepped forward to look at the two heart. "I think I know why.." I said as I frowned and look at the boys. "Hyuna lied to me about her virginity. He seem offended by that. This means Hyuna is not safe. She's fucked not us." I said as I throw both her parents heart into the fire pit and watched it burn. "Such a waste. Killing her own parents and end up nothing." Yoongi said as he dragged the dead bodies one by one and bring it to the fire pit too.
"We are not going to eat them?" Tae asked and Yoongi shake his head. "Rejected offerings are not meant to be consume. Unless you want to die. Come and help me cut their body parts into pieces and throw it in the fire pit.." Yoongi said and immediately Hoseok, Tae and Jimin helped him out.
I'm feeling better right now and I don't think reporting sick is a good idea. When I came home last night from Jungkook's place, I noticed Hyuna had already left the place. She took all her things with her and left an envelope with money inside. On the envelope, she wrote 'SORRY'. The amount of money she gave me was enough for three months groceries. Well I decided to not take it. In fact, I will bring it to Grace Church this Sunday and donate it to the Children orphanage that is under the church organization instead. I placed the envelope in the drawer and grabbed my handbag leaving to work.
Once I'm at work, Mi Rae greeted me cheerfully. "Ah Na Ra! How are you feeling? Namjoon oppa told me you're sick." She left the reception counter just so she can give me a hug. I returned it warmly. "I'm fine. Just you know... period cramps and migraines. But I'm fine now." I replied her with a smile. "Anyway, there is a carnival happening here this weekend. Join me and the rest of the girls." Mi Rae offered and I immediately declined. "I'm sorry Mi Rae. I always volunteer at Church and Orphanage during the weekend. Maybe some other day." She pouted and I sighed. "Maybe I will try to request to have an early time off." I said and she smiles widely. "Yay! Hope you can join us." I simply nod and head my way up to the office.

Jungkook have not arrived yet and I take the time to go through his schedule and finish up the work I've tend to neglected during my off day yesterday. A few files on my desk that is requested to be send to Jungkook for approval. While I was organizing the documents accordingly, I heard the elevator bing and immediately stand up when Jungkook stepped out of the elevator. "Good morning Mr Jeon." I bow slightly and he stopped in front of me. "Are you feeling better?" He asked and I nod. "Yes sir. Much better. I will send in your tea and some documents for you to sign right away." Jungkook smile and he then entered his office.
I got up and make the tea for him and placed two sugar cubes at the side. While the other hand hold a stack of documents for him to sign. I tucked the documents under my arm and knock on his office door. "Come in." He said and I stepped in placing his tea first followed by the documents. "They need your approval." I said as I stand and wait for him to say something. "I will be in the office the whole day today. Yoongi will send us lunch. Have lunch with me here." He said and I could feel myself flushed. "Actually Mi Rae invited me for lunch today." I told him and he frowned. "Then cancel it. Tell her you going to have lunch with the chairman. I'm sure she can't argue on that." He said arrogantly.
"This Sunday, I need you to accompany me to a charity event gala at Gwangju. We will be leaving Seoul on Saturday. An organization requires me to be there since I am a huge donor for the orphanage and hospitals." Oh no. This is bad. "But Mr Jeon, I have volunteering work at the church on the weekend." I said and he immediately snapped. "Cancel it. That is my order. You can leave now." With that I nod slightly and left his office room.

Once I get back to my seat, I texted Mi Rae and told her that I can't join her for lunch. Will make it up to her some other time and also about this Saturday outing to the carnival. Mi Rae tend not to argue when I mentioned the chairman's name. I then continue with my work and not realizing that it is almost lunch time. Yoongi arrived and he just walk past my counter and straight away head to Jungkook's office. A few minutes later he left without saying a word. Why is he being so cold towards me suddenly...
Today, I thought of focusing on my investigation rather than Na Ra. I head down to the lab and immediately look for Mr Song. "Did you manage to find the markings?" I asked as I put on the glove and mouth mask. The man nod his head. "Yes. Right over here." He lead me to the mortuary and pulled out the dead bodies. "Both have same markings at the back of their ankle. Like a knife carving. Sung Hoon ah, this investigation is creeping me out honestly. I got the chills just by doing autopsy on these victims. Somehow the room temperature dropped when I checked them." Mr Song said as he gently showed me the markings. Same like Lee Yoon Seok. An inverted cross.
Probably Kihyung is right. This could be a cult doing. We are dealing with a vicious murderer. "By the way have you seen Kihyung?" I asked. "Nope. Probably he is not in yet." Mr Song replied and I immediately leave the lab. I head back upstairs and noticed how my team mates are in a chaotic state. "Sir! We need to go now, another body has been found few blocks away from here." One of my team mate said. Another case in the broad daylight? I grabbed the things I need for investigation and immediately left.
We drove our way to the crime scene and as usual, there are crowds everywhere and even reporters. "Oh my god! What a tragic way for such young man to die.." I heard people start to talk about this dead body. Some even had to close their eyes and look away. "Please make way... excuse me." I said and the team mates tried to control the crowd. There is a puddle of blood and it is still dripping. As I look up slowly, I saw a man being tied on the pole. His legs is facing upwards while his head is down below. His hands was nailed against a wooden plank in a wide spread position. His throat was slit opened which explains the blood flow. However, this victim's body was not rip open like the other victims. I stepped closer to look at the victim's face. I squat onto the same level and immediately back away from the body, causing me to be seated on the ground. My knees are weak right now as I recognize the victim immediately.

The Hunt
Cecily's blade swung, hitting its mark as always. The man's arm fell to the cold grass of the prison with a familiar thud. He let out a blood curdling scream. A warning to the rest. Stay away, the Hunter is here. That's the name they'd given her, the Hunter. After she cut off the man who tried to rape hers masculinity, they stayed away. She'd made it clear anyone who tried to touch her would be hunted and slaughtered. Cecily kneeled down, pushing the man's face into the dirt so she could use his back as a seat while she trifled through his belongings. "You're hurting my ears," she told him, no remorse in her voice. "Quiet down before I really do kill you."The man but his lip, well aware that she wasn't lying. Sobs shook him, making for an uncomfortable seat. She, however, didn't particularly feel the beed to kill him. It happened, not often, but it did. "Oh, hush up," she hissed, taking out a bag of rations with her metal hand, "it doesn't hurt that bad."With her good, human hand, she dropped the plastic bag of food into her own bag. She pushed up, off the man back. As she was about to walk away, bag slung over her shoulder, brushing against her autumn colored braid, she turned back to him. "Consider yourself lucky," she said, no hatred in her voice, there never was. "Consider yourself lucky that you didn't do anything stupid. And even luckier if one of the scum bagged criminals in here feel a little light in their hearts and help you. Consider yourself luckier if you die there."With that, her old black and white Nike sneakers carried her off into the brush of the huge prison.
