You gave a loud hiss as one of the bandages tightened around your arm. You had no idea that the wound would be hurting so badly, but judging at the size and depth, it was probably normal. When finished with the last bandage you gave a loud sigh, throwing your head back and wondering what to do next.
Well, there really wasn't anything you could do.
You've seen Rayne... That's something but... You had no idea how to continue on. You were stuck, extremely utterly stuck right now. You had no idea if the other girls were alive and well, but you couldn't go and look for them right?
It wasn't such a smart idea in this condition, but who knows how long you will last? You took a good look at yourself in the mirror, examining every single detail of your body. A feeling of exhaustion and depression washed over you as you noticed the state you were in.
Your body needed time to heal. All the reserves were down to zero, your body had little to no power left in order to get those wounds all fixed up again. Your resistance was so damaged that any infection would lead to a certain death...
If you didn't have one already.
Your eyes shifted towards your hand, which was carefully placed in the splint. You doubted that one would ever heal perfectly, if it would heal at all. However you still had one hand left, and it was probably more than enough right now.
More than enough to help you survive.
You couldn't help but to notice that the whole 'talk' with Jeff had done you some good. If you could call it that. It was nice but above all in your favor to know more about the killer, to have a small look inside his mind in order to predict him better.
He seemed really confused...
You shook your head, brushing your hand through your hair as you made your way towards the door. The wounds on your legs were doing better. Rayne was right when she said you needed a bath. Aside from the psychopath deciding to bathe with you, it really did do you some good.
Your hand reached for the handle, opening the door and switching off the light as you saw Jeff still laying there. However this time his eyes were dull, still... His chest was heaving up and down in an almost peaceful matter and you knew that he was sound asleep.

Probably extremely tired from all the talking.
You slowly walked over to your side of the bed, slipping in without waking the killer up. Not because you though it would be nice, but more because you were afraid of what he would do once you had woken him from his peaceful slumber.
You grabbed the covers and dug yourself underneath it. Shaking a little from the sudden chill creeping up your spine. Your eyes were tracing the small drops rolling off of the window. It was raining and storming rather roughly and you almost felt the cold seeping into your bones.
Closing your eyes you realized how tired you were, how much you craved some sleep.
It wasn't until long before you fell into a deep slumber.
~~
"Lalala la laaa la." Clenching your eyes shut you heard a faint, soft sound. A melodic voice singing an unknown yet familiar song. It was the only sound heard, reverberating through your mind, through your soul.
"La la la la laaaa la." You shook your head, trying to get the sound out of your mind but you couldn't. Your eyes shot wide open, seeing that you were nowhere near Jeff's room. Instead you were lying on a cold, harsh and dark floor.
You immediately shot up, searching around for whatever had caused you to be here. You saw nothing. Absolutely nothing but a dark corridor. It reminded you of the corridor downstairs, in the basement. It wasn't exactly the corridor of the maze.
"La la la la laaaa la." Again... That sound. You slowly sat up, eyes scanning the area for any door to be seen... But you only saw blackness. Gulping slightly you began to move, into the direction you thought the sound was coming from.
Well, not that there was anywhere else to go.
"La la la la laaaaa la." The sound of the singing was coming closer. Your feet began to walk faster, your pace speeding up as you were wondering what the sound was. Drawn towards the sound like sailors to the singing of sirens.
It felt as if your feet were walking on their own, while your heartbeat fastened. You wanted to know what was behind that sound, how such sounding innocence was still intact in a place like this. Eyes frantically searching around for any sing or source of the sound you made your way through the dark hallway.
It was just one, long and dark road ahead of you.

Your fingertips traced the cold outlines of the stone wall. It was your grip, your support to keep to walking the right direction. It was as if the darkness was splitting up, as if one wrong move would lead you to swarm into an internal maze.
Wandering like many others, never to be found again.
"La la la la laaaa la." You started running now. Anything to get towards that sound, anything to get further away from the darkness. The darkness which was kissing your skin, which was cradling your very weak being... Giving all you got you shot over the cold tiles, feeling the warmth and comfort of an ending near. Of the innocence near.
There was no fatigue, no sweat, no sore muscles or wounds which prevented you from flying over those stones. Only you, the sound and the darkness.
Suddenly the darkness ended abruptly, seeing as you were running straight towards a stone wall. All you could do was brace yourself, covering your head with your arms as stopping in time was impossible. You were really flying towards that wall.
With a loud thud you slammed through the stone, however there was no pain or even pressure felt. Just the freedom of escaping that dark corridor and falling down to where gravity was pulling you from. You did feel the wind on your skin as the room was tumbling.
Tumbling all around.
With a harsh smack you came to a halt, your head dizzy, but yet again... No pain or discomfort felt.
" La la la la laaaaa la." Taking in a deep breath you casted up your head, glaring over your arms to where the sound came from.
There, right in the corner of a small, dark room, sat a little girl.
At least, you thought it was a little girl.
You tried sitting up, gathering the strength in order to look up a little more. Being on your hands and knees now you watched the back of what looked like the young girl.
" La la la la laaaa la." The sound was close, extremely close. She had to be the source of the sound, there was no doubt about it. Slowly crawling towards the girl you began to see more and more of her figure.
Stained and bloodied brown hair reached till her back as the pink dress she wore was torn and dirty. Her hands were moving, as if she was playing with something. Her voice boomed through the room, making it sound even louder than it actually was.
You couldn't see her face yet because she was completely turned towards the corner. You breathlessly continued on crawling towards the girl, desperate to know why such a young innocent being would be doing in a house of terror like this.
If she was taken as well you needed to save her.
Coming almost as close as you could you reached your hand out to touch her, not daring to say anything. It was as if you were afraid, as if you were still unsure that this being was real. It couldn't be. Children were most likely immediately killed by these sick killers...
Unless one of them had a nasty habit.
However, when your hand was an inch apart from touching the young girl she immediately stopped playing. Her arms hung at her sides as her head began to hang low. You stopped, pulling your hand back a little and watching what was happening to the small child.
She then pulled her knees to her chest as her back started bobbing up and down.
" P-p-please... Don' t... T-touch me." Your eyes widened as you could only stare at the girl in front of you. Her voice was soft... Innocent... Youthful.
"H-Help me." You opened your mouth in order to say something, to comfort the little child... But nothing came.
" I want you to go-wake up." Your mind was racing with confusion as you stared at her. Her soft voice had asked you to wake up, but you had no idea what she was talking about.
" Wake up." You furrowed your eyebrows as you tried to reach out for the girl again, wanting to draw her attention or comfort her.
" Come on, (Y/N), wake up." The soothing sound of her voice had changed drastically. Her voice was deeper, darker now. Full of hatred, insanity... Lust?
" Alright you little fuckhead, you'll wake up or I'll make you." That wasn't the calm and easy voice you had heard before. Instead it sounded more familiar, more masculine more like...
Jeff.
