When I started writing 'In the depth of the woods', I'd never read a story about werewolves and knew nothing about the topic. And writing a horror story is definitely not my usual genre! But after forty five chapters and a lot of research, I feel like I've learned something at least. I still haven't read any werewolf stories though, and I probably never will. And horror is still not a genre I'm used to. But we all learn by walking, right? And just like Skylar found her way out of the woods, I found my way through this story. Unusual or not, it is what it is and I appreciate everyone who took their time to read.

"You're giving away the sect master role to someone so that you can go away from your sect-master duties and court that female cultivator from other sect?! Are you serious sect master?!" "Yes." Instead of a more serious tone of what the Moonlight Sword Sect cultivators imagined and portrayed by the other cultivators to be, they were instead opposite of that. Instead, they were casual, free from worries and most importanty— carefree with no sign of ending. It was as if they were like a joke, despite being one of the most feared sect across the cultivation and mortal world. Follow the cultivators of the Moonlight Sword Sect as they experience the changing world with their carefree lifestyle.
