Anfal opened her eyes feeling her legs getting numb and saw Ibtihaj sleeping on her lap while gripping her hand near his face.

She smiled at the sight trying to conttol pain in his feet due to sitting like this for hours.

Unknowingly a whimper left her mouth and Ibtihaj's eyes opener with jolt and he sat up.

Anfal quickly straighten her legs.

"Ahh... um.. let me see!!"

He said gripping her ankle.

"Ouch!! Easy na!!"

She shouted when he tried to twist her ankle.

He nodded and twist her ankle and a scream left her mouth.

"ALLAHHH!!"

She slapped his arm and he glared at her.

"Look it's ok Now!!"

Ibtihaj said glaring and she felt pain disappearing.

"Woah!! How you did this?"

She asked excited moving her legs up and down.

"That's none of your bussiness!!"

He said standing up.

Anfal pouted at his rudeness and stood up too.

Anfal was about to went out when he called her.

" Yes?"

"Nothing!!!"

He said averting his gaze.

She shrugged and again turned bit again he called her.

" Yes Ibtihaj??"

She said annoyingly.

"Um.. Nothing!! Go!!"

He said moving his hand in hair.

"Your welcome!!!"

She said and Ibtihaj looked at her shocked.

How she knew that I wanted to say this??

Anfal winked at him smilingly and went out flipping her duppata proudly leaving Ibtihaj with opened mouth.

I came back home from warhkise and was going to gym when I heard voices coming from launch.

I went in just to see a crowd.

"What's happening here??"

I asked and Arsh and Burhanturned towards me.

" Your wife happening!!"

Arsh said and birhan and him stood aside revealing Anfal who was crying while rubbing her eyes like a child.

"What happened to her?"

I asked with amusement.

Gosh!! She was looking like cartoon.

"Bhabhi has tooth ache!!"

Burhan said.

"So you must have taken her to dentist."

I said casually.

"Wha t do you think we haven't tried? we are begging her to come with me to dentist but she is not agreeing. Like husband like wife!! Stubborn like cats!!"

Arsh said rolling his eyes and earned a punch from me on his back.

"What is this behaviour Anfal??"

I stepped closer to her.

"What do you mean?? I won't Go!! I have told them numerous times that I am afraid of needles but CAN USMANI BROTHERS LET ME LIVE ON PEACE?? NO!!!"

She shouted in annoyance while I took one step back at her outburst.

Burhan and Arsh exchanged looks.

"Excuse me miss!! If someone is destroying other's peace then it's you with your these awful cries!!"

I said sternly.

She looked at me and I saw that her eyes were puffy and cheeks were all red due to all her torture on her face and eyes.

"Ok I won't disturb you guys anymore!!"

She said and stood up.

I sighed and bent down and scooped her in my arms.

"What the Jahunnum!! Leave me!!"

She wriggled.

"Stay still or I will throw you right away."

I said making my way towards door.

"Where 're we going?"

She asked.

"To the dentist!!!"

I said making her sit on passenger seat.

"No no no!!!"

She started shouting.

I quickly shit her side door and jump on driver seat.

She was about to jump out of car when I locked it from remote.

I held her wrist and turned her towards me.

"Listen miss!! I am not used to bear all these girlish tantrums. If you don't want me to tie your hands thrn stay still!!"

I said gritting teeth.

She looked at me in horror and sat still . I ignited the engine.

She started crying heavily.

Now it was annoying me.

"Allah!! Anfal stop crying women or else people will think I am forcing you!!!"

I said stopping car.

"Then what are you doing if not forcing me??"

She said woth hiccups.

"Do you even know the meaning of forcing ??"

I asked raising brow.

"Yeah!! To make someone do that work deliberately which they don't want to do!!!"

She said and I controlled my laugh.

"Are you for real Anfal?? Do you even know what type of forcing I am talking about?"

I asked and she shook her head.

"Let me tell you then!!!"

I leaned closer to her.

Her mouth fell opened and she pushed me back.

" You are so bad!"

She shouted.

"Tell me something new!!"

I rolled eyes igniting engine again.

Her cries were bursting my ears. I turned music on to avoid her and a melodious tune rang in car.

She kept on listening until that one line and she started singing along loudly.

I jumped out car and opeme her side door.

She looked at me confused and and I pointed at hospital board.

"And here our Anfal is back!!"

I murmured rolling my eyes.

"Come out now or else I will drag you myself and ypu know i can mean it!!"

I said seriously.

She flinched back.

"Allah Anfal why ypu have to be so dramatic? First you weren't sitting in car and now you ren't coming out. Listen!!! I don't habe whole day to waste with you so you better come out!!"

This time I roared in anger.

Sniffing she came out of car and started walking ahead without looking at me.

I locked car and ran after her.

"Duffer!!!"

"Mr. Ibtihaj your wife is all okay now. We had done root canal. She will feel pain for sometime but after that she will be fine."

Doctor said and I nodded.

"Where is She?"

"She is coming with nurse. You can wait outside!!"

Doctor said.

I said and went out.

I was messaging Adnan my man when nurse came with Anfal.

She was holding Anfal's arm.

Nurse that and left Anfal's arm and she leaned on my shoulder.

I asked looking at her but she didn't reply.

I raised brow at nurse.

"Doctor has given her anaesthesia."

Before I could say anything Anfal'sscream interuppted me bursting my ear drums.

I asked annoyingly.

" Look nurse!! You must be thinking that my husband is such a ditch bag?

She said dramatically holding my arm.

"He is such a sweetheart!! You know he loves me toooooooo much!! Isn't it baby??"

She said smiling idiotically throwing her hands in air trying to tell her the width of love and I looked at her as if she had grown horns.

"Isn't it ?? Tell na???"

She pouted jerking my arm.

"Ye.. yeah yeah!! I love you alot!!!"

I smiled forcefully still not believing at my words.

Nurse controlled her smile.

" You know how he proposed me??"

She leaned towards nurse.

"Let me tell you!!"

She left my arm and stumbled.

I stepped towards her but she yanked my hand away.

"He decorated a garden woth yellow lights. Thete were beautifullll flowers. Music!!! Fire works!!!! Yuhuuuuu!!!"

She said smiling and swirling around.

Unkowinlu a smile crept on my lips at her tactics.

"Anfal!!! Watch out!!!"

She was about to fall but I made her stand still by holding her shoulders.

"Did you see? Did you?? How he saved me from falling?? Awwww!!!"

She said pointing at nurse gaining her total attention and ended up pinching my cheeks.

I glared at her and pulled my hair in my head.

"You know what He always gives me a forehead kiss before going to bed. Do you know???"

She again asked nurse who shoke her head smiling.

I facepalmed mysrlf cause I knew what was coming next.

"Baby show her how you kiss me!! Do it Now!!"

She said turning towards me.

"Now?"

I said with wide eyes.

"Yup!!"

She said emphasing on 'p'.

" Dont you think Anfal it's getting too much??"

I raised brow whispering near her.

"Now!!!"

She again ahoyred with determination and I sighed seeìmg that there was no way out except this.

I was sure that sober Anfal would have gone unconscious if she hears speaking herself these words.

She closed her eyes and I leaned towards her.

I pecked her temple quickly and pulled back.

A current ran down my spine as my lips touched her skin.

"Yeyyy!!!!"

She started jumping like kangaroo.

Nurse smiled at her.

"Are you sure sister that you gave her anaesthesia and nothing else??"

I asked nurse with strange expression.

" Yes sir!!!"

Nurse said and burst into laughter.

"Ok Anfal it's enough for today. Let's go home Now!!!"

I said.

"No!!"

She shoke head.

I knew that she won't agree so I bent down and took her bridal style.

"Say bye to sister and we are ģoing!!"

I said to her and she mouthed bye waving her hand.

I then marched towards our car.

"Sit in!!"

"No!!"

She cleared refused.

"Anfal sit in!!!!"

I shouted and she flinched.

Later without saying anything she sat in.

I sighed and jumped in my seat and started car.

Her sniffing was clear.

"Anfal have some fear of Allah!! yar! After annoying the hellout of me you are crying??"

I shouted in frustration.

And she started crying loudly.

"She is such a real definition of drama!!"

I rolled my eyes murmuring.

I remembered that Rehab bhai once said that how much girls love ice cream.

I saw an ice cream parlour at side.

She was crying when I stretched an ice cream tub in front of her.

"Wanna eat??"

I asked and saw a huge smile on her face.

" For me?"

She asked grinning.

"Yeah!! But will give you on one condition only!!"

She was about to take it when I pulled my hand back.

"What?"

"Wipe your tears!!! And stop crying!!!"

I said and she wiped her face and looked at me with hopes.

I gave her tub and spoon and started the car.

I was looking out of window when a spoon came in my view.

I looked at her and she pointed at spoon.

"Take it!!"

She said.

"No need!! You eat!!"

I said casually.

"I didn't add poison in it and besides if you don't want to take it from my hand then you can have it by your own hand. But atkeast have some. You bought it and I don't want to find it fully because it came by your money!!"

She said lowly and placed spoon in tub and placed tub at dashboard.

I looked at her dumbstruck who was fidgeting with her fingers.

I sighed and took one spoon filled woth ice cream from tub and put it in my mouth.

"Now take it!! I have eaten!!"

I said and she nodded taking tub.

After that she didn't say anything but kept on playing with spoon instead of eating.

I put my hand on her and filled a spoon of cream and put it in my mouth with her hand.

"Happy??"

I asked and she nodded grinning and started eating.

I shoke my head and started driving.

We reached home and after working car in porch I was calling Adam my man when she patted my shoulder.

"Yeah?"

I said without looking at her.

"You are a brainless and super idiot jerk!!!"

She said and my eyes snapped towards her.

She stuck her tongue out and ran in.

"This girl..."

I shoke my head in disbelief.

It was 2 in morning when I came home back.

I was going to my room when I heard soft snores.

I peeked through opens door and saw her sleeping soundly with her sheet dangling on edge of her and she was curled up.

I went in and put sheet on her perfectly and she quickly graves it closer to her.

I scanned her face and all thè events of yesterday flashed in my head.

"Show her how you kiss me!!!"

Unknowingly her words rang in my head and a smile crept on my lips.

My heart was craving for it but my brain was on opposite it.

For the first time I betrayed my mind and did what my heart craved for.

I leaned down and pecked her forehead.

To my surprise, she smiled in her sleep.

I shoke my head in amusement and went towards my room sighing.
