The most frightening experience my family and i ever encountered happened inside my rented flat in Bukit Panjang, Singapore. We had rented this apartment because our new house was still under construction and will only be ready the following year. 

The first 3 weeks things were as per normal until my wife told me that she's been seeing things inside the house when she came home late from work. During that time, my kids and i were fast asleep. The house was in full darkness and she saw a very huge black figure sitting at the dining table in the kitchen! At first she thought it was me but when she turned on the lights, it vanished! 

My children had experienced the same thing too. One night, i found them crying inside their bedroom. They complained that they saw the same thing; a huge black figure multiple times around the house. As for myself, i haven't experienced anything until one night..

I was doing my work in the living room while my wife and children were fast asleep. Suddenly i heard my wife called out my name a few times. I went into the room only to find her crying on the bed. I saw that our comforter was already on the floor. I asked her what happened.

"I called you a few times. After a few minutes, i felt someone pulling the comforter away from me. I thought it was you. The next thing i know was, i felt a very harsh scratch on my left leg.." she pointed out at her left leg.

True enough, there were scratches in bright red on my wife's leg. I was shocked and speechless! I wasn't satisfied with what happened and i knew that somehow my family is in danger if we don't find someone whose good at this to see what's actually going in the house. 

Immediately the following day, we brought someone over to our place. He was a religious teacher recommended by friends. We let our children sleepover at my sister's house for their safety. Just imagine, the religious teacher went into my bedroom and locked himself in. We could hear from outside how he read the prayers and then after 2 long hours inside, he finally came out but there were so many scratches all over his body! If my wife haven't gone through the same experience, i probably won't believe it! 

"I'm sorry but this isn't my fight. This Gatekeeper have been here for too long. It's too strong for me. Please find someone else." he gave up.

I started doing research on how to keep the demons and ghosts away from my houses and found out that most of the sources suggested us to pray daily and read the holy book as well. These 2 are the main key in keeping away unwanted things from entering the house. Till today, this Gatekeeper is still inside my house and we're trying our best to get rid of it.
