I have a neighbour who lives with their very senile mother. Even though she's very old, at times her daughter will give her freedom to walk along the corridor at night. So when she does that, her favourite house would be mine to visit. She loves to stand in front of my house and just stare blankly into my house.

If I was there, I will talk to her. If she's in a good mood, she will talk back if not she would just ignore me and just stare at my face blankly. This goes on every night, the latest would be about 9pm.

So what happened was, one day this senile mother of my neighbour passed away. Something creepy happened to me after that..

One night, i was watching tv alone in the hallway. The only light there came from my tv. My husband and my son were in their rooms fast asleep. It was already about 11pm at night when suddenly, there was a loud knock on my front door.

"THUD THUD THUD!"

"Who could that be?" i asked myself.

As i placed my hand on the door knob, i started to feel the goose bumps all over my body. I opened the door slowly but there was no one around. All I feel was the night breeze which was really nice on that particular night so I left the door open, allowing the cold air to enter my house.

I continued watching the tv but after a while, I realized that...someone was peeking into my house! I quickly put on my glasses and this time, I saw who it was! It was my late senile neighbour, standing right in front of my door!

I screamed my lungs out! My son came into my rescue and asked me what happened. I told him to quickly close the door. After that incident, I don't dare to sleep late or watch the tv alone at night. Thank you
