He gently sat me down on his office chair and put on his laptop... "What are you doing" I asked curious.. "showing you the truth...I know you might not mean it but your trust for me no longer run deep and I really need you to believe me this time..my whole life depends on this " he said softly..

His words shook me...he was so sincere and intense I was so sure that if I didn't believe what ever he wanted to show me ..then he would really do something crazy to himself...

When he was done, I looked at the screen of the laptop and discovered that I was to watch a cctv recording. I watched as he moved around his office in his daily alpha duties.....however getting to the midsection of the afternoon I saw when he for scrutinizing a ring ....a diamond ring ....an engagement ring .

this was something we never saw.... I never saw it.... he actually wanted to propose to me!.... close to the evening time I saw Nate walk in and what I had actually heard was him confessing his true love for me but I had misunderstood the situation.

it was all wrong ....I got it all wrong .....I should have believed him ....I should have stayed . For the first time in my distrust of him, I felt so guilty for putting him in so much pain ..for separating a father from his daughter just because I couldn't trust him due to our past.

I didn't even know I was crying until was full-on sobbing....I kept on whispering "I'm sorry.. I'm so sorry" to him... Taking me into a arms he whispered sweet nothings into my ears trying to console me... trying to tell me it was alright and there we all stood, a broken family finally fitting all the pieces together.

We cried in each other's arms like we were babies... Finally letting go of all the things that has hindered our happiness for so long..... wiping my tears with his free hand ... "let's start afresh... let's go back to where it all began... we can make it right again. I can't give you up Ariely, I've fallen in too deep to just leave it here.... I'm ready to overlook our past.. all I want is a bright future with you and our baby girl and any other child you're willing to give me in the future. I wasn't joking when I told you I loved you ...please ...please give me... give us the chance to start all over" he begged

It wasn't something I wanted to think twice upon ...I love this man and I was willing to try again .."let's do it let's start all over ...I love you, I always have and I don't think I'll ever stop ...I'm tired of the pain and the endless sadness and I just want to be happy with you.. only you" I said smiling a teary smile up at him..

Chuckling with tears in his eyes... He kissed me ...a kiss that told me now that we wanted to be happy together there was no stopping our happiness.
