' man what is it? You have been staring at me for a while now' Nate said moving restlessly in his chair. 'who is this Amelia lady? Give me a detailed profile about her' I said still trying to read him. " Amelia is from the neighborhood pack were Ariel was initially from..she seemed safety in our pack in a hurry like she was running from something. what is strange about her arrival is the guards never saw her cross the border... Like she suddenly appeared here" he said his face set in a frown.

' that is different from what she told me, she said she came from far away..there is something about her. I can't place my hands on but my guts says she knows were my Ariely is' I said trying to think.. what was her aim of being here.

She was hiding something and I need to find out. ' watch her at all time and give reports of her daily movement, she might be hiding Ariel'. I ordered Nate.

Nodding his head ' of course Alpha' he said standing to take his leave.

Ariel

Ivory has been needing more and more attention lately. She was a beautiful baby and she has grown a lot from when she was born..but sometimes I just wish she won't cry so much when she needed me..I had to make so many trips down to the little cleaning closet were I keep her out of side..

Today she started running a temperature and I was panicking..I have given her some medicine and it has reduced but it was still there..I had work and thoughts of taking her with me scared me... what if Jared recognize her and try to take her from me ..but then again I had no one to leave her with and now she is sick I couldn't just leave her with anyone.

Finally making up my mind I strapped her in my baby carrier and put the coat Janzy gave me on.

I made my way to the kitchen on entering the pack house, I just prayed that Jared won't recognize her or ask me too much questions...if wishes were real, I wish he won't come around the kitchen today.

It was sometime close to my time to go home, I still hadn't gotten any information on Jared , all I knew was that the pack members were skeptical about him now and even more afraid.. Rosa spent a good amount of the day cooing at Ivory and then reprimanding me for not being her sooner .

I was almost done with the dishes when Jared walked into the room...I felt my heart skip when I got a smell of him ..he shouldn't be here, he really shouldn't..I felt my hands begin to shake from the idea of being caught. Slowly turning I vowed my head and greeted him ..I could feel his eyes on me and my baby...my nerves were over the roof.

' whose baby is that' he asked ...' mine Alpha' I replied with my head still bowed ..' humm, I never knew you had a baby..why didn't you mention it?' he asked interrogatively... 'it skipped my mind when we first met Alpha and we haven't talked ever since , so I didn't have the chance to tell you..my apologies Alpha' I rushed out.

"That's okay, you may continue with your work" he said leaving. I was so grateful that Ivory was asleep.. maybe this would have turned out bad.. quickly finishing up my task , I left the pack house making sure that no one follow me..today has been such a long day.
