So quick info... I will be uploading two chapters tonight.. Yeyy😁...anyway I will be having a lot of tests to write next week, so I won't be able to update for the whole of next week and that's why I'm adding two chapters tonight.. Thanks for understanding..enjoy

Ariel

I felt a bit dizzy as I opened my eyes, for a minute I tried remembering what happened and it all came back.. My breath seized... My baby! I quickly reached out to check if I still had the tiny bump that had developed over the weeks ..it was still there, I felt myself smile... Oh God, thank you so much..

I still needed assurance though that my baby is okay, as I turned to press the button to call for a nurse or doctor, I saw... Jared??... What was he doing here?

When I came to his pack newly, I use to have frequent panic attacks and because Derek wasn't there to help it was worse... For a while it was almost as if the hospital was my room.. Not once in those times did Jared come to see me.. It was hard for me then.. I craved his love but I never got it... It was Lily who took care of me then.

Cleaning my eyes to make sure I wasn't imagining things, but he was still there.. Tapping him..i waited for him to wake up... He looked up at me and smiled?? What the hell is happening! " Jared? " I asked to make sure it was truly him.

He stood up and was by my side all of a sudden..i was sincerely surprised.. " how do you feel Ariel?.. Do you feel any pains or discomfort ...don't worry my love I will take care of you and our pup.. You want water.. Of course you will" he said turning to get me water.. All the while I stared at him blankly, part of me wanted to believe that he was finally caring for me but I knew it was all because of the baby.. If not why will he be here.. He never came for me before.

" why are you here Jared? " I asked halting his steps. Turning, he looked at me confused " what do you mean... I'm here to take care of you and our pup my love" he said.. The feeling of sadness and anger nearly consumed me in that moment .. " get out" I said angrily.

" what?..why i--" he started asking surprised but I interrupted him with a humorless laugh.. "you are asking why Jared... Really!!.. You never came to visit me in the hospital all those times.. Not even once Jared.. I waited and hoped you'd come even if it was just once" I sobbed .." but you never did and I tried to understand why my own mate would hate me so much but I never did, I never knew what I did wrong.. What I would have given to see you there those times even if it was once...maybe if now was then I would have been so happy because I would have known you came for me but now I'm so mad.. All it took to get you to be with me in the hospital was having the pup in danger " I said already weeping, I hated it.. I was letting him see how much he hurt me, how much he had meant to me.

His eyes were glossy as he looked at me " Ariel... I'm so sorry. I --" he tried apologizing but I was having non of it. " No... I don't want to hear it.. Get out Jared" I yelled at him.. A tear dropped from his eyes and his faced looked so pained and I almost felt guilty. Turning my back to him "just go Jared please " I whispered with a chocked sob.

I heard a quiet sob behind me but I didn't look back.. After a while I heard him move towards the door and then heard the door close..

I sobbed bitterly.. I just wish he was actually here for me.. Because he loved me.
