Ariel's POV;

I slowly walked to Jared's home office. I rarely come here because it was the place he could stay without seeing my face. But now there is no going back, I've made up my mind to leave him.

I knocked on his door twice, "come in" his voice that I rarely hear called. I walked in, he glanced up, immediately he saw it was me he went back to doing paper works. "What do you want?" He said harshly almost making me flinch. This is it, I told my self. Closing my eyes, " I'm going to reject you" I said so quietly, I almost thought he won't hear me.

That caught his attention... "What are you talking about?" He said standing up slowly ... "what I mean is that I am leaving you for good and I know what you are going to say next...but I need an heir?.. well I've got you covered because I just found out am pregnant" I assured him. "Why?" He asked.

Did he just ask me why..why? ...I laughed humorlessly.

"Jared, you and I know that we are both not happy. You are certainly not what I expected. I deserve to be happy and I am sick and tried of waiting on you when I can have happiness with someone else. To cut the long story short, what I am asking is that you should just bare with me because in 5months I will be out of your life for good, and that is a promise" I finished trying not best not to get emotional... I immediately left his office, leaving him stunned for the first time.
