Watching Viri walk away from me replayed in my dream all night and when I finally woke up, my first urge was to go and check her room, it makes sure she was still where she should be.
Groaning I checked the clock, it was too early for anyone else to be up but I knew sleep was no an option so headed for the gym, hoping to work out the kinks in my mind.
As I reached the top of the staircase a door opened behind me and Dom stepped out "You have a gym?" he asked and I nodded, waiting as he joined me before leading the way. Both of us silent as we descended into the basement. "Nice" was all he said before moving off to do his own thing.
I watched his back for a moment before starting my own work out, constantly fighting the need to go harder, lift heavier, just to prove to them I could, we could, look after Veri.
Stopping to grab a water, I take one over to Dom who has just finished an impressive set of lifts.
"Thanks" he said taking a drink before grinning at me, leaning back against the machine, he watched me watching him.
We both jumped to attention when the door banged open and Jet stood there, before shouting back over his shoulder "Found them"
"Whats going on?"
"Viri is up and was worried the two of you had disappeared" he laughs "She has been muttering and glaring at Leo, better get up there and calm her down"
We share a glance before following him back up the stairs where Viri is stood glaring at Leo. "Whats going on?" Dom asked moving past me to join his cousin.
"He... he.." she growled and I could see everyone trying hard not to laugh as she stomped her foot. Her gaze moved to me and I could see her checking me over, was she that worried about her cousins reactions to us, were we at risk.

I moved and pulled her into my arms, dropping a kiss on her forehead before leaning mine against it and whispering "What did he do?" I felt her body lean into mine and grinned down at her.
"He told me Dom was teaching you a lesson and he would be back when he had dealt with you" she growls out, shooting another glare at Leo, who is stood laughing at her, but stopped when he saw how genuinely upset she was.
"Hey, Viri i'm sorry, it was a joke, we promised you we wouldn't hurt them and I couldn't help but tease you" he paused and glared back at her "In fact i'm insulted you don't trust me"
Dom steps between them, smacking Leo on the back of the head, whilst shaking his head at Viri "Both of you enough"
Viri settled against me and I felt my body react to her softness. Pulling back as her stomach growled loud enough to be heard, making her blush as we all laughed. "Come on, let's get breakfast sorted and make some plans about today." I said lifting her up into my arms and swinging her round.
She laughed as I carried her to the kitchen, everyone following us, Jett heading to make coffee, as Ash started pulling out pans, while Grey had opened the fridge pulling out Bacon and eggs.
The mood was jovial Viri's cousins teasing her out of her worry and seeming to go out of their way to include us. I hoped that meant we had their support but everything was so new, I knew if anything went wrong we would not get a second chance.
We all sat round the table as Ash passed out plates of food and there was silence as we ate, until a low moan filled the room "This is so good"

I felt my whole body stiffen at the sound and matching groans from my brothers.
"Viri!" Leo barks at her and I see her widen her eyes in confusion.
"What?' she asks innocently, looking between us all, all of us have our eyes locked on her, "Have I got something on my face?" she lifts a delicate finger to her mouth and swipes the side of her lips, her tongue coming out to lick the pad.
"Viri, for gods sake stop before we have to kill them all!" Dom tells her with a grin, enjoying our discomfort.
Her eyes search ours and I see the realisation dawn... "Oh...Ooh, god I am so sorry. I didn't, I won't" she stutters our her face flaming red.
I laugh reaching across the table to take her hand "Don't ever be embarrassed to enjoy anything, and don't ever stifle your reactions, I love hearing you"
"Oh Raven" she replies breathlessly.
"Definitely going to have to kill them all" Leo mutters breaking the tension and we all laugh as Viri smacks his arm.
"Okay, Safe subject, classes today" Grey starts with a grin as we start reviewing who is where. there is only one class she has today without one of us but its nearly next door to Jett class so he will walk her there and meet her after.
"You'll wait for me" he tells her and she nods before turning to Leo and Dom.
"What are you two doing?"
"Leo spoke first "I have a meeting with the Dean regarding security, I have to tell him something, with the amount of security here now it will be noticed by campus police and I want them to stay out of our way" he told her.
"I'm going to the library with Raven and accessing the schools systems" Dom said and I looked at him, this was the first I had heard of it.
He looked at me questioningly and I nodded "Of course"
"Dom, you keep them out of anything illegal, especially if you are hacking the system" Viri hissed and we all grinned at her being protective of us.
"Viri, i promise, but you make sure you stay safe too, no going anywhere without an escort" he counters and she grins.
"Yes Sir" she tells him and we all groan again.
"No baby, just no" Jett tells her pulling her into his side for a hug, as we all laugh and Leo mutters under his breath.
"Yep, going to kill em"
