They had all gathered around Ranbutler's grave, Techno, Phil, Ranboo, Karl, Ghostbur and even Sapnap.

"Would you like to say a few words Techno?" Phil asked.

Techno looked up at Phil.

"If I'm being honest I didn't really know Ranbutler that well but something told me I had to save him, he was only young and had already suffered so much."

Tears were streaming from Techno's eyes once again.

"He had so much left to live for, I will always remember him and I hope he has now found t he freedom he was looking for and deserves, goodbye my friend, goodbye Ranbutler," Techno finished as he placed a beautiful blue flower that Ghostbur had given him on Ranbutler's grave.

"Anyone else want to say a couple of words?" Phil said looking around.

"I do," Karl said, letting go of Sapnap's arm.

They all looked at Karl in surprise (apart from Ghostbur who was standing there completely oblivious to what was going on.)

"I saw how Sir Billiam treated Ranbutler and I felt so bad, I wanted to help but I couldn't, I was forced to do nothing like he was forced to kill me," Karl took a deep breath, "I forgave him as soon as he killed me because I knew he had no choice, he isn't someone who you can easily forget about and I hope he has found happiness."

Karl placed a red mushroom on Ranbutlers grave.

Phil put his arm over Techno's shoulders.

"You saved him Techno even if it doesn't look like it, I'm proud of you," Phil said.

Techno had no words, but he just looked at Phil who was looking at him understandingly.

Techno had saved him just not soon enough.

*5 YEARS LATER*

"OI TECHNO! WHO's RANBUTLER?" Tommy shouted at Techno.

"A good friend who I lost," Techno said.

"Ranbutlers a stupid name," Tommy exclaimed.

"I gave him it."

"Why?"

"He was a butler and didn't have a name and he looked like Ranboo."

Tommy knelt next to the grave and said "he sounds like he would've been a pretty cool guy."

"He was, you two would've got on well," Techno said looking down at the grave.

Tommy stood up and walked next to Techno who put his arm around Tommy.

"He's happy now," Techno said, more to himself then to Tommy.

"What was that?" Tommy asked, he clearly hadn't heard what Techno said.

Techno smiled down at Tommy as they walked through the snow back to Techno's house.

"Nothing."
