《PRINCESS ANARCHY | Dream SMP》03. Already Making Friends

, Stela explained, were three minor goddesses who each represent one of the three dimensions - the Nether, the Overworld and the End.
Apparently, Sara and Stela overall don't know much about it themselves, and the things that they do know come from dreams, which they suppose are just memories of the time they were gone.
Which means that Nia is going to remember the three years she's been gone at one point. Not all at once, and perhaps not all of it, but some of the things.
Currently, Nia is in Sara's house, where Stela also resides. It's located in a country called Manburg, where they got trough a secret tunnel that leads there from Pogtopia. Which Nia found quite intriguing as she also wondered how nobody found out about the tunnel yet.
The two women who live here have offered Nia a tour of Manburg and the Dream SMP, but Nia refused. She's not sure why, but she wants to look around the SMP herself, if anything.
She'll find her way back later, surely. And if not, she'll just ask someone else.
So, as she watches both Sara and Stela leave, each to visit somebody else from the SMP, Nia takes off to explore the new country and renovated Dream SMP.
She stops by the white house, staring at it with a raised brow. Sara has mentioned she used to spend a lot of time there, helping Wilbur Soot, the past president of this country.
"Do I know you?" someone asks from behind Nia.
She turns around, coming face to face with a boy who's shorter than her. He has brown hair and eyes, small horns poking through his fringe. He's wearing a black tuxedo with a green, and Nia would guess that he works at the white house with the president.
"Uh, no, you don't," she says with a sheepish smile.
The boy seems very sweet, and she'd hate to make a bad impression on him by being rude. Besides, she is actually new to the new Dream SMP that seems to be filled with new factions.
"Oh," the boy says, smiling at Nia. "Well, I'm Tubbo!"
His cheerful tone makes Queenie brightly smile at the boy, and she relaxes, hoping that he doesn't think anything bad of her. She's left her weapons at Sara and Stela's house, borrowing Sara's black jeans and one of Stela's black corsets with purple lining to wear.

"I'm Nia," she introduces herself.
Recently, she's come to the conclusion that, maybe, it's better to go by Nia. Queenie is a name connected to her past. To a version of herself that she's left behind ages ago. The moment she fled her kingdom.
Yeah, she's going to go by Nia from now on.
"Nia?" Tubbo asks with a raised brow, cocking his head to the side. "I think I've heard your name before," he thinks aloud, pursing his lips. "Sara and Stela must've mentioned you yesterday, I'm sure."
"Well, I've heard your name before as well," Nia smiles, vaguely recalling something about Tubbo and a bunch of other people being the only reasons the two women stay in Manburg. "It's so nice to meet you."
Tubbo grins. "You too!"
Despite just having introduced themselves, Tubbo embraces Nia in a hug, wrapping his arms around her waist, acting like they've known each other for years. She hasn't met a person as nice and warm as Tubbo in ages. This boy's childhood must've been a great one.
"Tubbo, what the fuck are you doing?" asks someone else, coming from the white house.
The younger boy pulls away from Nia, glancing at them. "I'm hugging a new friend!" he exclaims giddily. "That's Quackity," Tubbo says to the woman. "He's the Vice President."
Nia looks at the boy named Quackity, nodding. He wears a beanie that lets only a few strands of dark hair escape, sticking to his forehead. Just like Tubbo, he's also in a tuxedo, and Nia guesses it's simply a thing for the people who work in the white house.
"I should go to work," Tubbo comments with a sigh.
Nia furrows an eyebrow at him, catching onto the defeat in his tone, indicating that he doesn't want to, but for some reason is obliged to do it.
Without much thought, Nia puts a hand on his shoulder and squeezes it in support.
"You'll be fine, Tubbo," she tells him quietly, so that Quackity doesn't hear.
"Thank you," Tubbo looks up at her with a small smile. "Will you be here later?"
"Possibly," Nia nods. "I'm currently staying with Sara and Stela."
"Oh, and will you be going to the festival? - No, wait, I have to invite you. - Well, I'm inviting you to the festival. - Will you come to the Manburg festival? I'm planning most of it!"

"Sure, I'd love to come," Nia smiles. "Now go to work, maybe you'll get out faster."
"You are so right! I'm going now! Bye!"
"Bye, Tubbo." Nia waves with a smile, watching Tubbo run toward Quackity, who's shaking his head, both of them disappearing behind the doors of the white house.
"Good to see you're already making friends."
"Dream?"
Nia turns around to face a man in a lime green hoodie and a white mask with a smile covering his face. Like with Techno's mask, only his mouth and hair are visible. His blonde hair looks more brown than she remembers, but that might be because of age. Besides, her hair looks way different than it used to as well.
She used to have long black hair. But now? Well, it's still black, just interwoven with several white strands. She doesn't know when or how it happened, but she guesses it has something to do with the spirit inside of her.
"Hello, Nia," Dream greets mockingly, showing her that he heard her conversation with Tubbo. "I haven't seen you in a while."
"That's one way to put it," Nia says, nodding.
She notices the shield on his back and an axe fastened to his hip the same way she carries hers. Fighting the urge to take a step back as he comes closer, she stares at Dream and that ominous mask of his.
"What are you doing here?"
"What? Do you think that just because the president doesn't like me, I can't be here?"
"I didn't even know the president didn't like you."
Nia furrows an eyebrow at Dream, who smiles bashfully, realizing his mistake.
"I guess you do now."
"You are an idiot," Nia chuckles. "You haven't changed."
"I beg to differ," Dream says defensively, and Nia laughs, finding the combination of Dream's tone and his ominous mask hilarious.
"How long have you been following me?"
Nia looks at the man as he approaches her, still slightly intimidated as he has weapons that he can use against her, but she doesn't.
"A while," Dream admits. "I should probably get away from the white house."
"Probably," Nia chuckles. "I'll just . . . walk to the Dream SMP, and you can show up once it's alright." She starts walking away, realizing something after a while. "Wait, I need to be pointed in the right direction."
But when Nia looks around, Dream's gone. Only in her peripheral vision, she catches a flicker of his lime green hoodie in a tree, and she guesses that's the direction in which she should go.
Following a wooden path, she eventually walks up some stairs and through a tunnel in a hill, coming across a small wheat farm and a house in a hill, made out of stone.
Dream is by her side in no time, a grin on his lips. He throws his arm over Nia's shoulder, acting like she's never been gone and they still were close friends that used to spar together or kill time whenever Eret, Sapnap and George weren't around.
"So, Sara and Stela?"
Nia can imagine Dream slightly raising his brow, looking at her.
"What's up with them?"
"Why are you here with them?" Dream asks, leading Nia through the SMP, letting her marvel at the new buildings that have appeared over the years she was gone.
Like the small hill house they passed, or the tower made out of black stone. They walk down the stairs, many farms placed down, passing a shop called Hut's Pizza and many other buildings.
"I thought you had left forever," Dream comments as Nia takes a long time to reply.
She stops in her tracks, watching Dream walk forward until he realizes the girl isn't following. He turns on his heel, tilting his head to the side as he stares at Nia.
After having left Technoblade and her mom behind, Nia never actually planned to leave the Dream SMP. She never wanted to leave Eret, and even Dream, or Sapnap and George. She didn't know the last two as well as Eret and Dream, but it was something.
They were her friends.
Eret took her in and helped her when he wasn't obliged to. She would have never left without at least saying something.
"I never wanted to leave."
