《Life With Creepypastas》25 ⦻ You killed someone, yipee

So the proxies lead me to a house.
An old house.
"I wanna kill a stuck up rich guy so I could feel less bad about it. Why this dump?" I whisper, looking at the rotting wood.
"Slender chose this place for you, not us," Hoodie responded. "Quit complaining," Masky sneered.
I shrugged and sneak with the others through the old fence boards and into the backyard.
The backyard was small and cramped, and only one single poor looking tree was hanging over into the neighbor's yard.
I watch as Masky stalks over to go where the tree was.
The proxies were all going to hide in different places while I did the main work of taking out the victim. Only Kate would be going with me through.
I thought it was a lousy idea for Masky to hide behind a tree, I mean how is he going to see me from there?
Then I notice he had climbed to the top and was looking towards a window that opened to the second floor of the house.
Maybe he knew what he was doing after all. Still seemed stupid.
Me, Hoods, Ticci, and Kate force our way into the house, Hoodie having pick locked open the back door and then we sneak around, scanning the place.
"They're upstairs," I murmur quietly to Hoodie who was make sure the down stairs area was secure.
"I know. Masky already had his sights on the target," Hoodie responded.
"I'll stay down here. If y-you guys need anything, you know wh-who to call!" Toby said, backing up and leaning against a wall with his hatchets.
"Anyone that's not you," Hoodie muttered.
Before T could say anything else, Hoodie and I quickly moved upstairs along with (Cp/N).
There were a few rooms upstairs, one of the doors were closed, the others were open.
"I'll stay in the hallway. You two deal with the task," Hoodie said, nodding to (Cp/n). (Cp/n) nods and motions for me to follow them, heading towards the closed off room.
Seems like they know what they're doing. Expected of (Cp/N), considering that they've been an outstanding proxy in training. In my eyes, at least.
They've come pretty far from when they first came to us, and now making their first kill in the name of SlenderMan... I felt proud.
I wanted to tell them that but I was too embarrassed to, for some reason, thought it would be weird.
I just kept it to myself and felt happy for them quietly.
(Cp/N) approaches the closed door and leans against it, listening inside for a while.
Just from where I was standing next to (Cp/n), I could tell that the human inside of the room was sleeping.
"This'll be quick," (Cp/n) sighed, "will you back me up, Chaser?"
"Ya, of course."
(Cp/n) nodded their head and then gently opened up the door, sneaking into the room.
We see some girl huddle tightly in its covers, sleeping soundly. So calm, so innocent, so unknowing of the dangers lurking nearby.

I wanted to tear it apart.
Bloodlust arising, I start snarling in anticipation of eliminating the prey. I started twitching and growling uncontrollably.
"Calm down Kate, that's my kill," (Cp/n) whispered, slamming their palm into my forehead.
I immediately broke out of my beast-like state and backed off, embarrassed. "Sorry Walker..."
(Cp/n) turned from me and walked to the bed where the human slept.
I was interested in seeing how they were going to go on with this. What were they planning? Did they even have a plan?
I watch quietly as (Cp/N) pulled from their clothes a thin rope and they looked at the sleeping human, taking a deep breath before slowly and carefully working the rope around its neck.
It was so very skilled that the sleeping human didn't wake up, which made me nod in approval.
Once the rope was tight around its neck, (Cp/N) took it's arms and tied those together too. Then the last rope went through it's mouth.
Don't ask me how the hell it slept through all that.
Now that it's neck and arms and mouth were tied, (Cp/n) looked at me and nodded, taking a deep breath. They then tugged harshly on the rope and dragged the human girl off of the bed, immediately waking it from its sleeping state.
The girl started wailing through the rope while (Cp/N) pulled it to the window in the room, and using the strength of a proxy they were able to take the human and hang it from the window, tying the upper part of the rope around the rings.
The human was half hanging from the neck and still half supporting itself from standing. It couldn't move their arms or escape from it's position though.
The girl's crying however was beginning to irritate me. "SHUT UP BEFORE I RIP OUT YOUR FUCKING THROAT!" I hiss, barely keeping myself back from pouncing at them.
The girl squeaked in fear at me and (Cp/n) gave a forced chuckle. They sounded nervous.
(Cp/N) took their knife and stood before their tied up prey, looking at their terrified face in silence. (just use a basic knife for now, choice weapons are actually gonna be hard to write to be fair for all)
Well this is it.
I'm gonna murder someone. For real.
No games. No redos. No take backs.
After this, I'm completely and truly and killer.
Before I was trying to convince myself that I could do it right away and get it over with. But as it being my first time, It was a lot harder for me to do it right away than I expected.
I look the girl in her terrified face as she shakes around in captivity.
Woah. It's alright (Y/n), you could do this. If the others can do it so can you. People's lives don't matter anymore. Just do it.
Ignoring the image of the Nike symbol suddenly appearing my head so I don't burst out laughing, I step up to my victim with my weapon.

I'll try talking to make this easier.
"Alright, I dunno If I'm actually sorry about this or not, but I'll try my best not to be too insensitive," I mutter, training the knife to their chest.
I then frown, "oh who am I kidding, everything about this is insensitive, isn't it? You don't wanna die..."
The girl started screeching. I flinch. "Please, shut up. I get it, you're scared. But you don't really get a choice here."
I take another breather before I stab the knife through the girl and she cried loudly, flopping around like a fish.
My eyes widen. Despite her wild movement I still had my hold on her and she couldn't escape the knife.
"Huh, that wasn't as hard as I thought," I told her, staring at what I'd done. "You're screaming kind of ruins it though."
I decide to drag the knife down their body, beginning to cut open a gap of rushing blood. I could see their organs and intestines beginning to slip out from the incision.
Chilling. Interesting. Surprisingly, I didn't wanna throw up like when LJ first offered me candy.
I had to be under the Influence, otherwise I had no idea how I was keeping it together.
The girl started puking up blood. Was that supposed to happen? I don't know human anatomy.
I pull the knife out from her body and then see her gagging and her head beginning to fall forwards. Looks like she started to choke from the rope still holding her there.
"Looks like you're on your way out. Want a signature to remember me by?" I ask, taking her arm. I use the knife to carve the operator symbol into her flesh.
It was a rule as a proxy anyways to leave the symbol on our prey's body so that it was known they were taken by SlenderMan or a follower of him.
If not, there's another powerful being like SlenderMan that I heard will take the prey for themself.
Once I was done carving the symbol, the leaking corpse hung there, unmoving.
I backed away, admiring my work.
I was unsure of how to feel. Part of me was alright, considering I had trained for this moment and that I was somewhat used to blood n' guts by now.
Part of me...is feeling something I don't want to explain.
God, I hate being human.
Kate stalked up next to me and looked at my dead prey for a bit, then at me. "You did it, Walker!" She exclaimed.
"I did, didn't I? Did I do ok?"
"Honestly, it was kind of a lame kill," Kate replied. "Expected since it's your first time. I like that you put in the effort to make it more tormenting though. The ropes and everything."
I shrug and look down at my bloodied hands. "This is it. I'm officially a killer now."
Just then, Toby and the others came into the room, slowly looking around at what I did.
"What kind of setup is that?" Toby asked, scratching his head while looking at the poorly hung body. "I mean, I k-kinda see what you were trying to do, but y-ya did it wrong."
"Shut up Ticci, it was their first time," Kate defended me.
"At least (Cp/N) went through with it. Great job!" Hoodie exclaimed.
Masky somehow seemed a little uneasy by my method of murder, so he just turned away and faced me with a slight nod, "Yeah uh...great job Walker. We're proud of you..."
"Never thought I'd hear those words from you," I say, grinning at Masky.
"Yeah ok, anyways let's not hang around any longer. Back to the manor," Masky quickly said, already starting to walk out of the room.
Hoodie nodded and followed Masky, then Toby walked behind them and Kate started pulling my arm.
"Come on Walker...." she murmured quietly. I nodded and let her pull me forward, but I before we fully left the room, I turned back to the body.
To my surprise, I saw an actual spirit standing before the murder, looking at me with hollowed out eyes. It looked like a completely mutilated version of the girl.
Makes sense, since I did just run a knife around her like a toy car. Anyways, the fact that I was seeing this kind of stuff bummed me out.
"Hey, don't take it personally , ok? It's just my job." I murmur, trying not to piss the spirit off or something.
"(Cp/n), who are you talking to?" Kate asked me. "You can't see it?" I say, pointing at the girl's spirit.
Kate looked at where I was pointing, and tilted her head. "Yes? I think you did a good job, but we have to leave before someone catches us here with us," Kate said, referring to the dead body.
She can't see the ghost, I suspected as much. Kate turned and ran out of the room, and I eye the spirit once more before following after her.
As I ran from the room with the others, I could hear in the distance the sounds of a girl crying in despair.
If you didn't notice, I got really bored with this chapter. Proxy work is boring in general. Being a regular killer without having to follow someone rule is much more fun. Guess that's why (Y/N)'s kill sounded more like something Jeff or EJ would do. Anyway I half-assed this chapter a long time ago but I was so bored I didn't feel like finishing it. I wanna try to move on to more fun stuff now,, like breaking into insanity and stuff. Thanks to those of you that bothered to read this far, really only getting the motivation from some of you really keep me from trashing it altogether. So, thanks.

Luck Lockyer
Luck Lockyer was the type of man to smirk in the dark, the expression not for anyone but himself. One of perpetual amusement. The bright side of things were hard to find in the shade yet his amber eyes were always searching. The smirk was his default, he knew it, his friends knew it, his family knew it. It was his most natural state. But the death of everyone close to you can affect a downwards curve on the mouths of even the most stoic people. Without purpose, without anyone to do the job for, Luck Lockyer found himself inside an empty forgotten church. The perpetual smirk on his face had slipped to a thin line, his scar more noticeable now than ever before. His amber eyes, the windows to his soul, dull and lifeless. To anyone who knew him, it was the clothing that gave away his mental state, denim pants and a plain black t-shirt. If that wasn't enough, the tears running down his face certainly would, the echoing sobs of a broken man rang across the rundown church. It was on a whim, but Luck Lockyer prayed, he prayed for many things, for death, revenge, friends, but the one prayer dominating his thoughts, a second chance for his family. That was all he wanted. Simple. It was then, on the outskirts of a polluted city, in an abondoned lot, in a forgotten church that Luck Lockyer, the Devil of the Cards, the Bloodless Hand, the Amber Demon, the Broken, was answered by a being from another world and one from his. *found the picture online
