Maya: I'm so sorry guys. I'm sorry for missing last week's update. I-
Readers: *holds up hand* It's too late, to apologize, It's too laaatee.
Maya: *sits in a corner and watches them purposefully silent read* Come on guys, I'll make it up to you. What are your wishes?
"What in God's name is going on here?" Mr. Benson who was standing in the vertical hallway leading to the horizontal one in front of the quiet room where Jayden stood frozen with Lara in his arms, asked again.
He had seen them embrace each other deeply after they had come out of Jayden's former therapy room which had not been in use for several months now.
Lara slowly let herself slip from Jayden's arms and stood beside him, silence filling the air as the awareness of Mr. Benson seeing them in that position had begun to ease itself into their minds.
Jayden nervously placed his hand at the back of his head, "What are you doing here, dad?"
He wondered how on earth he was going to answer his father's questions. And if he did truthfully, how would his father take it?
He wasn't ready to be lectured on what was right and wrong for him.
"What is going on between you two?" Mr. Benson ignored his question with a frown and was met with dead silence from his son and Lara.
Jayden then spoke, "Can we talk about this... privately?"
Mr. Benson's steely gaze was unwaved for a generous amount of seconds, before he walked towards the quiet room door, unlocked it after grabbing the key from the dish and entered the room.
Jayden followed right after but when Lara was about to enter, Mr. Benson told her to wait outside while he talked to his son.
"What in Heaven's name is going on between you two?" Mr. Benson growled at his son, "Are you out of your mind?!"
Jayden sighed whilst holding both his arms as his father went on, "Lara is your personal maid, she shouldn't be anything more. Why her? Of all the girls, why your personal maid? Do you want to go down that road again? Do you not remember everything that happened because of it? You want to see your past repeat itself?"
"Dad, let me explain things to y-"
"How long has this been going on?"
Jayden sighed again. How was he going to get himself out of the situation? How was he going to convince his father that what he and Lara had was completely different from his past experiences with his personal maids?
It was completely different.
"It's not the same as before." Jayden began to explain, "It's different with her."
"Spare me the 'different' talk. I'm not about to see you go down that road again. End whatever you have with her."
Jayden disagreed. "I'm not doing that."
Mr. Benson stared at his son surprisingly.
"Why? I know Lara is young and beautiful, but getting yourself involved with your personal maid might open doors from the past and we don't want that."
"I know, but it won't happen. Lara and I have connected over the past few months and what I feel for her is real. It's growing. I really like her, and she makes me feel.." He hesitated, then rephrased his words, "She makes me want to be serious."
His father was silent as he critically observed Jayden speak,
"She's not just a simple fling, no. What we're having is real and we're willing to take it as far as it goes."

"Till she enters the university?" His father asked. "Till she breaks your heart? Leaves this house? These are dead ends, son. Why start something you know will not last? Something you know isn't even possible to see through to the end?"
"We will work something out when the time comes but for now, this is what we want."
Immense silence filled the room as Mr. Benson mentally replayed his son's words and deliberated what to do concerning the matter.
Lara was his personal maid, and considering his past with his personal maids, things were bound to end badly. Mr. Benson did not want that for his son. He had been through enough already, to indulge in a new potentially scarring experience.
But glancing at his son, the riveting emotion in his deep blue eyes unveiling itself as his words began to reflect in his eyes, he decided to ask,
"Are you sure this is what you want?"
"A hundred per cent." Jayden answered affirmatively.
Mr. Benson sighed, slowly rubbed his temple, then concluded,
"If this is what you really want, I will try to be supportive."
But before Jayden could display his relief to the news, Mr. Benson added, "But if, she in any way, plunges you back into your past, I won't forgive her."
"It won't happen." Jayden assured his father. "And thanks for being supportive, I really appreciate it." It was what he always liked about his father. His support and belief in him, unlike his mother who had always wanted everything to be done according to her will and way.
Jayden added before his dad could speak, "But can you... not mention this to mum? I know you and mum tell each other everything and I'm asking you to keep something from her but, I'll tell her when I feel the time is right. Don't let her know about my relationship with Lara."
Mr. Benson patted his son's shoulder. "I won't tell her."
It wasn't exactly difficult for him because he already had some skeletons in his own closet.
But to him, there was no need to reveal those secrets because he had not 'seen' Brie for several weeks now, after he had suspected she had been involved in the rumors that had been spread about his son.
Their affair was over, and he was glad she had gotten the message. Hopefully, the secret would never be out.
Mr. Benson, upon leaving the quiet room with Jayden said a few words to Lara who had still been anxiously waiting at the door,
"I'm going to be supportive of this."
Lara nearly gaped at him, but kept her happiness hidden and almost suddenly, it had been replaced by an underlying cocky look as she thought, 'You better. If you know what's good for you.'
"But-" Mr. Benson interrupted her cheeky thoughts, "I'm only doing this because Jayden wants this. Lara, you should know better-"
"Okay," Jayden held his father by his upper arms, "That's enough." but his father went on,
"You are aware of his past with his personal maids. Why-"
"That's enough." Jayden stated firmly.
Mr. Benson kept silent for a couple of seconds, nodded, then took his leave.
Lara remained frozen, staring at Mr. Benson as he walked away, till Jayden wrapped his arms around her waist and returned her gaze to his towering one, as he said,
"Consent from the man. This went better than I thought it would."
"Same, but..." She hesitated. "He doesn't really like the idea of us being together."

"Well he can go suck on a-," He carried her bridal style once more, "Let's go sleep."
"Finish that sentence," Lara chuckled as he walked down the dark, narrow hallway, heading towards her room. Her arms were wrapped around his neck as he gripped her back and thighs protectively.
"Finish it, I dare you." Lara chuckled when all he did was to plant a kiss on her head as they reached her room door.
He managed to turn the golden brown knob left, with his wrists supporting her thighs as he pushed the door open.
He approached her bed after locking the door behind him, and tried to drop her on it but she refused to let go of his neck.
He looked down at her face as he tried to put her down, and noticed the smirk on her face with her eyes closed and how her grip around his neck had tightened.
He chuckled, and got on the bed, gradually moving with his knees towards the three pillows at the other end of the bed as she continued to widen her smile, eyes still closed, enjoying the firm, but gentle grip of his arms around her.
He began to put her down in the middle of the bed but her hands had still held onto his neck, which had brought him down with her, his face now a mere inch away from hers, as they stared deeply into each other's eyes, the alluring look in his dark blue eyes transmitting burning sensations down the length of her body, grasping her toes as they curled in response to the demanding, engrossing capture.
Her hands had frozen around his neck, as had her entire body which had been suppressing an overreaction to the closeness of his body, his tantalizing scent, dangerously searing gaze and his long toned legs which had entangled with her feminine ones.
Jayden's gaze landed on her dull pink, slightly parted lips, as memories of him joining lips with her reminded him of how it felt like to kiss her, how it felt like to tongue fight with her and hear her soft little moans.
Aching compelled him to drag his head down to hers slowly, the longing willing to erupt as he guided his lips lower and lower, ready to seize her soft, inviting lips.
When all of a sudden, she turned her head to her right, as Jayden's lips accidentally brushed over her cheek.
She cleared her throat and reminded, "The rules, remember?"
Jayden remained still for a while, then sighed as he fell on his back beside her.
"I'm sorry." He voiced out and ran his fingers through his dark lustrous hair, his muscled arm flexing while he did so, which would have caught her eye if she hadn't been facing the opposite direction after his attempt to kiss her during their 30 day rule.
He glanced at her, and wondered if he had made the wrong move, after all, he had set those rules in the first place. He wondered if he had just sent the wrong message across.
But to his surprise, Lara turned to him and wrapped her arms around his tummy as she rested her head on his warm, manly chest and confessed,
"And I thought for a second you were really turning celibate."
With her eyes closed, she shrugged with a sarcastic smile, "Guess not."
Her words made him grin in surprise, a dimple surfacing in his left cheek as he looked down at her all wrapped up around his body like a koala bear.
She had fixed her leg between his as she snuggled up closer so there was no space between them.
He placed his hand on her dark hair and began to stroke it gently, its soothing feeling planting a smile on her face.
"Good night, Mr. Celibate." She stifled the laughter begging to erupt.
Jayden laughed and lightly pinched her cheek as he teased, "Good night, Miss. V."
"V?" She questioned.
But he immediately began to pretend-snore, which made her shake her head and roll her eyes.
It hadn't even taken ten minutes of listening to his synchronizing heartbeat, for her to drift off into a deep sleep, in the comfort of Jayden's arms as he continued to softly caress her exposed cheek.

Brie watched as Mrs. Benson walked out through the main door in a silky white blouse with a black pencil skirt which was knee-high, and matched her black stiletto heels and black handbag.
"My husband will leave in an hour," She had reminded, "The minute he leaves, clean the bedroom and take out the trash. Is that clear?"
"Yes Ma'am." Brie plastered one of the fakest smiles on the planet as she watched Mrs. Benson leave the house for work.
The minute Mrs. Benson had disappeared, Brie ran up the stairs to the woman's room, where she glanced left and right before slowly sliding in and closing the door behind her.
Mr. Benson was not in the room, but the shower was running which meant that he was taking a shower.
"Even better." Brie muttered to herself as she began to peel off her uniform and placed it near his bedside table then marched towards the bathroom in a black tube bra and a black thong which exposed every inch of her round butt cheeks, with her light brown hair left loose.
Upon entering, she spotted the rectangular glass shower cubicle on her left and made her way towards it as she pulled off her tube bra and thong while staring at how the water ran down his muscular back, straight to his strong long legs as he threw his head back, the water now making contact with his well-sculpted face.
Brie silently opened the shower door and the minute her tongue made contact with his back, he whipped his head around.
"Brie," His eyes were half opened as water continued to trickle down from his jet black locks, "What are you doing here?" He demanded to know.
Brie snaked her arms around his neck saying, "I'm here to remind you of what passion feels like."
"My wife is downstairs," He stated, "And I thought I made it clear to you that our 'little games' are over."
"She left." Brie scowled, "Also, you never made shit clear. You can't possibly throw eleven good months of passion out the window. You think I'll allow it? You can't get rid of me that easily, Jared." There was a hint of resentment in the way his name rolled off her tongue.
He gripped her arm immediately and informed, "When I say this affair is over, it is."
She pulled her arm away from his grip and tilted her head up egoistically, "Oh yeah? We'll see about that."
Then she dropped to her knees, levelling her head with his massive member as she tilted her head up to lock eyes filled with lust with his, "Can daddy resist a good suck?"
But before he could even say anything, she had taken a hold of his member and began to seductively lick her lips as she prepared her mouth for its work.
Mrs. Benson was just about to drive out of the house when she had realized that she had left her phone in the room. All along, she had thought it had been in her purse until she had opened her purse to withdraw a ten dollar note to give to the gardener.
She usually did so as a tip, whereas her husband paid him at the end of every month.
Sighing, she got out of her car and walked back into the grand house.
"Mrs. Benson," Dana called out, "You're back?"
"I'm hitting menopause, Dana." Mrs. Benson shook her head as she ascended the stairs. She was highly fond of Dana and Emma that she could make sarcastic jokes around them, especially with Dana.
"You don't need to climb up again, I could get it for you." Dana genuinely offered. If she had known what the situation at hand was, she would have raced Mrs. Benson to the room to get her phone, just to save Brie.
But aside Lara, no one else knew about Brie's affair with Mr. Benson. And even Brie wasn't aware that Lara knew. Lara had never confronted her about it, as she had had her own problems to deal with.
"Has Jayden come down yet?" Mrs. Benson asked as she neared the top.
"Not yet."
But Dana was very aware of what had been going on between Lara and Jayden, so she could help them out in situations like this, because as she spoke, neither of them had come out of Lara's room since the previous night.
She was aware of their temporary platonic relationship. Just she, Emma, Katy and Brie. They had not wanted to include Ella because that girl had a mouth like that of a parrot's.
Mrs. Benson approached her room door as she scratched the back of her blonde bob with her index finger, then opened her room door.
"Jared?"
