As I woke up I felt Xavier trying to pry me off of him.

"Nooo..." I whined gripping tighter to his neck.

He chuckled. "Come on babygirl we've got to get up and get ready."

I grunted, refusing to let go.

"Alright you asked for it." He said picking me up and taking me with him.

We were both still naked from the night before so when he stepped into the shower and turned the warm water on, I still didn't move. He started washing his hair as I clung to him like a koala. She walked up to him and placed her hand over his chest. "You are not worthy to be Beta or have any title in this pack. I hear by strip you of your title and declare you and your family Omega's and I sentence you to death." She said shocking everyone around us as a blue glow of power exited him and went up her arm.

He fell to his knees.

"You haven't done anything King Xavier ordered you too. You were just going to put up a front until we left. You put fear into every one not to say a word while we were here. Your worse than Oliver. At least he didn't rape females when they found their mates using some moronic claim that it was your right as their superior to take her first!" Alex screamed.

She turned to two guards standing by, "Take him to the cells." she ordered her voice like steel.

As he was lead away I was shocked to say the least. I had no idea. The reports I got was that the pack was doing better, I was planning on making Thomas Alpha. I'm glad I didn't. I wouldn't want my people in this pack to suffer anymore. But I don't understand how she knew.

"James step forward, I know what you've been through. Trying to hide newly mates wolves from him and trying to reach out for help." She said

"Make him Alpha." She said to me. "Pick 4 men you trust as candidate's for the Beta and Gamma position and we will pick from your choices." She said with a tone that was not to be questioned.

I didn't waste any time. I placed my hand on his chest. "I give you the power of an Alpha and declare you the rightful Alpha of the Red Moon Pack." I said watching the red power run down my arm and into his chest.

I watched as Lilly ran to James clinging on to him for dear life. "Mate" They both whispered nuzzling each other.

"Come on boys we've got work to do." Alex said stepping inside.

After a few days of pouring over everything and getting the truth of what had been happening. I was appalled and disgusted on how Oliver and Thomas were running the pack.

Alex chose James' Beta and Gamma from the 4 men he had chosen. Watching her work and going over her ideas you could clearly see she was born to do this.

We also found out that Oliver, Charlotte and his mate had run off and become Rogues. No surprise there as he was always a coward.

Alex implemented at pack network. Every member would be photographed and their information, including medical records and their DNA added to a digital network that was only accessible to The Alpha, Beta, and Gamma of the pack, as well as myself and Alex. As a way to keep track of everyone so that nothing and no one fell through the cracks again.

She also said she was going to implement this new network with every pack.

I still had questions for Alex and when we took a break to eat dinner that night I decided it was time for answers.

How did you know? I asked her through the mind-link, knowing she knew what I meant.

You know how you can't keep me out. Well apparently no one else can either. When we got out I knew Lilly and James were mates, but the fear on his face made me curious so, I rummaged though his head. I saw what Thomas had been doing, so I looked into his mind. He saw the small change in James and was already imaging raping Lilly.

Alex, James, Lilly & I stood on the stage in front of the entire Red Moon Pack. Lilly with a James' mark on her neck. The doors opened again and Thomas and Gina were led in, in chains.

"Your King and I are so sorry for what has happened to you, but let me make a few things clear. Nothing like what you've been through will ever happen again." Alex said handing a box to one of the guards and he starting handing out small cards.

"This is my personal royal e-mail. If you ever feel unsafe or question anything happening in this pack please do not hesitate to contact me personally.

James is officially the new Alpha of the Red Moon Pack." Alex said with a smile as people started cheering and applauding.

After the cheering calmed down Alex continued "No one is a slave. No one. There wasn't suppose to be any in the first place. What the former Beta told you about it being his right to bed newly mated females is not true. No one has that right. We have a new pack structure and there will be a lot of changes. The new list of guidelines will be posted throughout the pack house for you to view.

Another piece of news, Alpha James has found his mate, your Luna. Ms. Lilly Cartwright." Alex said motioning to Lilly with a smile.

Alex stepped back to my side as James and Lilly took center stage. "Thank you! I think I can speak for both Lilly and myself when I say things will be 1,000 times better. We will never go through this again. We will stand strong together and overcome anything that comes our way." James said causing people to cheer once again.

"One last thing," Alex said stepping forward, "Thomas Burkheart you have been sentenced to death for your crimes against the females of this pack an-" Thomas tried to interrupt her.- "I think they've heard enough from you!" Alex said her voice as cold as steel.

"What about me." His mate Gina piped up.

"I wouldn't if I were you." Said Alex glaring at the she-wolf.

"I'm also aware that you liked to watch what he did to those girls, you held them down and enjoyed their screams. That's why you never marked each other!" Alex said her voice bombing over the crowed.

Realization dawned on some of the pack member's faces. If Thomas and Gina had marked each other, then anytime he was with someone other than his mate they would both feel the unbearable burn of the mate bond.

She hopped off the stage and walked over to Thomas. She suddenly shoved her hand in his chest pulling out his heart as he fell in a heap to the floor. A few seconds later she shoved her hand into Gina's chest as she screamed and fell over her eyes going void.

Everyone in the pack looked at my mate in awe. I was proud. While I didn't like that she wanted to be the one to deliver his sentence, as I didn't want her that close to a man like him, as I wanted to keep her protected, I knew she needed too. As their Queen they needed to take her seriously and respect her.

She was strong, smart and she had a new perception that really helped in setting up the new guidelines and policy's, all aimed at keeping people safe. She truly cared about people. I was so lucky to have her for a mate.
