Goddess Isis looks at the woman sleeping peacefully in the bed. Princess Anya, her most cherished daughter who resembles her image was the most adored celestial being in the heavens. Being able to see her in flesh after a long time, made her heart full of emotions.

As the goddess Isis examines her inner physical body, she confirms that her core is set to retire. The core of her daughter's vessel can no longer be repaired; hence the body can no longer support it.

'At her circumstance, she has only one week left.'

The time has come for her to abandon her human vessel and ascend into the celestial realm to reunite with her original body.

The Rachel vessel is simply a copy of the original belonging to Princess Anya. Her original body is currently in a delta sleep and will awaken when her soul and core are reconnected.

As she tenderly strokes her daughter's face, the goddess Isis cannot hold back her emotions as she recalls the day, she had to give up her most cherished child....

The Helios light dragon clan is considered to be one of the most powerful beings in the higher dimension. With their technology and magic, they are capable of recreating the world into a habitable one. These magical beings originated from another world, but their realm was destroyed during the war with the Eos clan of dark dragons. Both clans destroyed their respective world, but their descendants escaped and made a pact to reconcile and find a new world on which to live together in peace.

Luckily, they discovered a dimension similar to their own that generates mana capable of hosting their physical bodies. However, there was one issue: the world they discovered was infested with dark mana energy, and the only inhabitants were monsters, evil creatures, and dark mages. This realm was ruled by the Dark Mages Clan, who grew their power by feeding on darkness.

The Helios and Eos Dragon Clans can no longer search for another plane because the mana fuel on their ship has run out. Both clans agreed to create a Guardian warrior and dispatch it to the mortal realm to annihilate the evil inhabitants. After the clean-up, the clans of light and dark dragons agreed to build their kingdom in the sky. Then, they release the mortal seeds to populate the lands they've invaded. The more widespread their mortal species, the more stable their positions in the sky.

The Guardians were renowned as the Dragon God's most fearsome warriors. They had unlimited access to the heavenly realm before the rebellion. However, the dragons were threatened by the Guardian's physical ability to ascend and descend between the celestial and mortal realms. They came to the realization that if a Guardian chose to turn against his creators, he can control both realms and destroy them.

After the Guardian's rebellion, the Dragon Gods were concerned that their most valued warrior might cease guarding the realm. They have already dispatched a great number of healers, but each one has been intercepted by the Dark Mages. The Dark Mages abducted the healers, stole their light, and infused it into their own kind so that they could mate with the guardians. Their goal in mating with the Guardian is to produce a descendant capable of defeating the Dragon Gods clan and reclaiming their world.

The Dragon Gods were alarmed by the growing power of the Guardian's descendant because they anticipate that one day a perfect creation of darkness will be born from a Guardian's offspring and wage a war against them once again.

So, the tenth council of Helios and Eos clan resolved to dispatch a royal offspring of their kind, a being with a perfect creation of light, to combat the Guardian's clan's growing darkness.

Princess Anya Helios was born into the perfect light, making her the ideal instrument for the mission. Her light provides life to the sky and strengthens the mana of the realm. She is a very important creation in heaven due to the fact that her light could restore a habitable plane.

The council voted but was unable to obtain the necessary number of votes to send Anya to the mortal realm, as the second-highest position of the Atlas clan voted against it. However, everyone in the council was stunned when the Queen Light Goddess Freya Helios overrode the vote and opted to send her beloved granddaughter to the realm of mortals.

(Excerpt: The Atlas Clan are the Dragon's most elite warriors in heaven. Anya's betrothed, the Crown Prince Argon Atlas, was born into this family.)

When Goddess Isis learned her mother's decision, she stormed into her palace and destroyed her mother's treasured art collection. Isis was furious that her mother had turned against her family.

"Are you even aware of your actions, Queen Mother? How dare you decide the fate of my daughter! I am her mother and the only person who can make decisions on her behalf."

Freya, the Queen Light Goddess, shapeshifted into a dragon. This indicates that the Queen Mother Helios has exercised her royal authority and will not reconsider her decision.

"Goddess Isis, watch your language. Being born a privileged deity, it's our duty to manage our realm before our families. We enjoy a comfortable existence on this realm because the Guardian defended us from evil monsters. Would you desire for our clan to once more venture into the unknown? Oh, we will certainly find a new plane, but who will defend us?"

"Ha ha ha ha ha! Yes, absolutely Queen Mother. How could I forget that your family is always on your last priority list? You can send Aris or Aryana but not my Anya. Please, not her, I love that child so much."

"Aris and Aryana can never accomplish the mission. Their light isn't strong enough to counteract the power of the Dark mages. Anya is the only one who can do that. I'll pretend that you didn't come in and ruin my art collection."

The Light Goddess warned her daughter not to cross her line.

"You are a cold-blooded ruler. I won't forget how you destroyed our family out of your desire for power and used my Anya. I no longer want to be part of this privileged family."

Goddess Isis removed the Helios ring and toss it in the ground. She then walked away and promise not to return to her mother's palace ever again.

Anya was in the Ila Garden playing with her dragon friends when Goddess Isis called for her.

"Anya! My child. Come and greet your mother."

Little Anya greeted her mother with a radiant smile and rush to her side. She then gave her mother a warm embrace and a kiss on the cheek. Goddess Isis nearly chokes back tears as she cuddles her daughter.

"Mother, are you crying again? Don't be sad. Your daughter will complete the mission and return. I will make you proud." Anya wipes her mother's tears away and pats her on the back.

Goddess Isis could no longer hold back her tears and broke down. Her precious daughter, who is only a child, has put the weight of saving their kind and realm on her shoulders. Putting her through this is so unfair.

"Hic'...hic' Haaah... Promise me you'll return to us soon. I will always be there for you, in your dreams. Don't forget about me."

"Mother, I'll never forget you. I love you so much." Anya hugs her again.

"My sweet Anya. My baby."

After recalling the past, Isi's pain and anger returned. It was a traumatic event when the Dark Mage banished her daughter's soul to the lowest dimension. Being able to expel a descendant of Helios was also a mockery to the celestial beings.

"How dare you, Queen Mother! Without my desperate attempt to negotiate a deal with the Eos Clan, Anya would be trapped in the lowest dimension eternally. Now that her mission is complete, I will ensure that you'll never see her again."

While Goddess Isis was reminiscing, she felt a tap on her hand.

"Hello? Do I know you? May I know why you're inside my chamber?"

Goddess Isis turns to face her daughter, who has just woken up, even though her heart is beating so fast.

"Madam?"

Rachel observes the woman before her. If it weren't for the silver hair, she would have thought she was her twin. She had a feeling that this woman was her heavenly mother. She awoke from her sleep when she felt a familiar touch on her face. She originally thought it was her mother, Lily. The warmth of her touch reminded her of being back in the Monchy manor.

"I am the Goddess Isis..." the goddess exclaims with a trembling voice as she grasps her daughter's hand, "I am your... your... heavenly mother."

Rachel's eyes widened in astonishment. "Oh! So, it's true then that I came from the heavenly realm."

She continues to stare at her heavenly mother as if she were enchanted. "I remember you from my dreams. And you were there from my deep sleep. I saw you in the garden."

"Yes, I always visited you in your dreams, but when your soul moved to another world, I could no longer do so." The goddess exhaled deeply and stroked her head.

"But you're here now, you were saved again from the dark mage. I wouldn't allow them to hurt you anymore. Your mother is here now to protect you."

"Thank you for saving me, Goddess Isis. Please forgive me if I didn't remember that you were called... my mother."

Goddess Isis's heart was pierced by pain. She anticipated her daughter's response to be this way, but the actual situation reopens the wound and causes her sorrow.

"I didn't expect you to. You shouldn't worry about not being able to call me mother. Just address me however you feel most comfortable."

"Oh. Your too kind." Rachel thanked her with an apologetic look.

"Then I let you to continue your sleep. I'll come back to see you in the morning. Your brother and your friend are also here. They're looking forward to seeing you."

Rachel nods before returning to her slumber.
