Hello, dear reader!

You may have noticed that the author name on this book cover isn't mine.

Well, it is mine, but it's not the one you're used to seeing. ;)

It's a long story, but the short version is that this book was previously published by Penguin USA. After getting my rights back last year, I decided to relaunch the entire series with new covers... and a pen name.

Why the pen name?

It's because I write a lot of romance under the name Linda Poitevin, and while my urban fantasy books do have a love thread running through them, they are most definitely not romance stories. They are way, way darker (you've been warned), and they don't have the requisite HEA (happy ever after) that romance stories need.

But regardless of the name on the cover, if you like my writing and television shows like Supernatural, you will love these books. So I hope you'll give them a try, starting with this one.
