Hours later...
"Get yo ass out of bed and go get dressed." said Tremani on the phone.
"No, I haven't given you my consent."
"Kasiyah go and get dressed, I ain't asking you I'm telling you." he said ending the call.

"This is nice." cooed Kasiyah as she stared at her figure in her mirror, she wore a green silky dress that crossed in a zig zag motion on her back. She had curves in all the right places her slight hip dips sat on her waist complying to the dress neatly.
"YES BESTFRIEND, WHOSE BESTFRIEND EVER BESTFRIEND LIKE THIS!" gassed Aniyah. "Tamari you see this."
"Turn the camera around."
"Tamari on the call?" asked Kasiyah.
"He called me to bother me as per usual...Tamari look at this." she said showing him all angles.
"if you want to see come over here." Kasiyah said leaning over to end the call.
"Girl you know that nigga can't walk." said Aniyah trying to keep a straight face.
They both burst out laughing, what was even more funnier was the fact that Tamari knew that he wouldn't be bothered to even try to walk, he wasn't motivated at all.
"Girl let me tell you what Pop Joe said about Tamari." she said bursting out laughing mid sentence.
"Everybody found out he got shot, and he was the talk of the salon, Pop Joe went outta his way to say 'that's what his ass deserve for that weak ass cut he gave me a few months back."
As the image of the day formed in Kasiyah's mind she began to laugh, people in her area were so unbothered about what they'd say, they'd say anything and everything with the confidence and no shame.
"Nah he's so bad mind, he tried to tell me that I got a good job because my head big." laughed Kasiyah. "Exactly that was how my face was too, I was like 'Joeeee what the feck?'
"That man crazy." said Aniyah calming down.
"I know das right."
"Aw bestie you look so good, Tremani best keep his eyes glued on you, no steak can match this big booty steak" hyped Aniyah swaying her head.
"Aniyah stop." giggled Kasiyah.
"You heard about that man that got killed in his apartment, ole girl limped her ass to the hospital." said Aniyah.
Kasiyah kept her eyes glue onto the floor, yes she knew all bout it and for now she was glad that it wasn't Tremani.
"Yeah I heard."
"Now don't act like you don't remember what Tremani said at the therapy session, if a nigga dead- bitch you know what he said." she said leading it on.
"Yes I know Aniyah, I don't really want to think about it that much." she said putting her lipgloss in her purse.
"Ok Kasiyah I'm just saying, it's hella suspicious. I'll drop it." she said helping Kasiyah adjust her hair and dress.
Kasiyah's phone pinged.

"Girl is that the come outside text?" asked Aniyah.
Kasiyah nodded, "Bitch go head get out of this bitch, actually wait a few minutes you got to be fashionably late." said Aniyah blocking the door pep talking her.
"A bad girls club episode would do right?"
"Kasiyah that's too long, just go head and get out of here." said Aniyah shooing her

Deciding to leave, she slipped on her clear heels and took one final chance to check herself out in the mirror, then she left. As she walked out of the door, she was abit unsure about who's car was parked out front, it was a black rolls royce with tinted windows so she couldn't even see Tremani inside.
She heard the drivers door unlock and out came Tremani, he sported a white shirt with his chain around his neck, he wore black trousers with black shoes. Kasiyah let out a small smile at the sight, he looked good.
Kasiyah was still on her front pavement so Tremani went over to the passenger side and opened the door ready for her to come in, "Why thank you Tremani." said Kasiyah getting into the car.
"No problem." he chuckled, as his eyes roamed over her figure.
"So where are you taking me?" she asked curiously.
"No questions please." he said concentrating on the road ahead of him.
"Ok." she said deciding to just be quiet she just listened to the music play. Take you there by H.E.R played, this song was one of Kasiyah's favourite so she put the volume higher, "How you know this song?" she asked Tremani.
"You listen to it, maybe I got it from you." he shrugged smiling watching her sing to the song, she had a soft tender voice that was surprisingly good.
"Lying if I said I didn't miss your touch." she sang. "Can I tell you something for what it's worth."
Tremani just chuckled, he admired her so much, her beautiful skin, her aura, she was so beautiful to him. Kasiyah could feel him staring at her as she sang passionately so she sang to him.
"With you heaven is a place on earth." she sang holding onto his chin singing in his face, surely Tremani loved it he licked his lips and stared at her with ludtful eyes.
"And I will take you there." he lowly sung joining her. "I'll take you there."
Kasiyah smirked sitting back into her seat looking at him, then she burst out laughing.
"What."
"Nothing."
After a few minutes, Killing Me Softly by The fugees sounded through the car speakers making Kasiyah get hype. She went straight into it singing Lauryn Hill's part of the song. "Tell my whole life with his words, killing me softly, with his song."
Then the beat dropped and she bopped her head like Kanye west did when producing a bomb beat, Tremani just laughed it was amusing to see her this happy.
"Girl Where my shorts at?" he quizzed.
"As I said, I'll bring me, you don't need them shorts." she said mugging him.
"Ok and you'd need them because?" he retorted. "I'm coming to get them, it's about time I went to see my home."
"Your home?"
"Soon to be baby soon to be." he winked.
"You are hella weird, take me to my destination please." waved off Kasiyah
"Ok big boss Kasiyah." he mocked.
"I like that, address me as big boss only thank you." she said leaning back in her chair.
"How you get this car anyway."
"You know I'm not broke?"
"So you have money?"
"Yes just like 90% of the people in the united states of America." he assured.
"Ok I see you money maker, successful king." she hyped.
"With a successful queen." he smirked placing his arm over her seat as he parked the car.

Kasiyah snickered. "Kasiyah." he asked.
"Mhm." she said turning to face him.
"Nah it ain't nothing."
"No tell me."
"I just wanted to say you look beautiful but you know.."
"But what."
"It was gonna be said out of nowhere so I thought it'd be awkward."
"Aw your so cute, Tremani." cooed Kasiyah. "Thank you I really appreciate it." she smiled trying to avoid eye contact.
"Why you never look at me?" he said getting closer to her face. His strong cologne filled her nose.
"Because.. your making me nervous stop." she said putting her hand up between their faces.
"I be making you nervous huh?" he chuckled using his fingers to lightly turn her face to look at him.
"Stop, I would actually like it if we just went into the rest-." her words were cut shorts when Tremani's soft plump lips crashed into hers. His hand was loosely placed around her neck as she deepened the kiss.
They pulled away from the kiss as Tremani planted pecks over her lips.
"You look like you need to say something." said Kasiyah smirking.
He licked his plump lips that were lightly tinted with the strawberry flavour of Kasiyah's lips. He really forgot that Kasiyah was once his confidant who could practically read his mind.
"I want you to be mine."
"Again, Baby, Ay." she sang in her best fetty wap voice swaying her head and clicking her thumbs.
Tremani smacked his teeth as he watched her be oblivious to anything he said, his hands travelled down his face before he used his hand to turn Kasiyah's face to look at him.
"Kasiyah stop fucking playing around. You heard what I said." he bellowed.
She simply stared at him.
"Kasiyah."
"Mhm."
"Do you want to be my girlfriend?." he asked, he was nervous but very awkward about the whole situation, he never really asked a girl to be his girlfriend it was always fuck and go but Kasiyah was different.
Kasiyah nodded as a smile crept upon her face.
"Use your words Kasiyah." he said in a sleepy tone.
"Yes Tremani." she smiled leaning over to hug him.
"Finally have you all to myself." he sighed kissing her cheek.
"And good you said yes or else I would've had to tell the restaurant to call off all this shit." he said rushing out of the car to open her door.
As he opened her door, Kasiyah's eyes laid upon the rose petals that showered the pavement leading to the restaurant.
"Omg Tremaniiii." she squeeled turning to hug him.
"Damn girl this ain't normal to you?"
"No, because your actually my first official fling." she said nervously.
"And I'll be your last." he said. "Get yo ass in there lil ma." he said leading her in to the restaurant.
They walked into the restaurant hand in hand and awaited a seat at their table, and eventually they were seated.
They talked for some time before a waiter came to get their order. "Do y'all have some burgers?"
"I am not fond of any burgers on our menu but we do have shrimp enveloped in a sauce that can only be served here."
"A burger will do."
"Tremani." she sternly spoke.
"Sir, I am not fond of any-
"We'll get fond with it, I'm sure y'all have beef in there that can be cooked."
The waiter took Kasiyah's order and managed to convince Tremani into buying one of their shrimps after going back and forth for five minutes.
"Now let you ever be picky with food like that in my house." started Kasiyah.
"Pft I have boundaries, I think I know better."
"You got a lot of eyes on you though." she mentioned.
A young lady who wore a suit eyed them but quickly turned around when she spotted them looking at him.

Meanwhile....
Kamiyah sat in her hospital bed blinking as she stared at the room, Sekani, Pablo and Kasiyah's mom had came over to see her a few hours before but they left to go get food so they could eat something other than hospital food.
"Please memaw if you love me. I need to eat a salted fry." pleaded Kamiyah in a sleepy tone.
"I was going to buy it any way Kamiyah enough of the pleading, we'll be back in ten minutes."
"you better thank me." mimed Kamiyah putting her hands together in a praying motion and pointing speaking to the boys.
They wanted to eat fast food so bad they were so tired of Latisha's same old same old.
"Yay thank the living God." thanked Sekani.
"We feel truly blessed memaw." added Pablo.
"Get yo asses up and out of here." she said ushering them out.
Kamiyah waved them off weakly and lay in her bed watching tv, the nurse came in to check on her and left her when she began to doze off into a sleep.
The sound from the tv sounded through her ears but immediately stopped when she heard the door open. A loud creek echoed in the room, she really wanted to wake up but she was too deep in her sleep to even open her eyes.
No movement was detected after the sound but Kamiyah knew when people were around her, and so felt the presence of somebody literally leaning over her. As her eyes flickered open to see a black figure, she felt a pillow being placed over head seeking every hole that could help her breathe.
She was now alert and fighting the air but this hand was putting all their might into it, she kicked and punched and tried to scream but she was getting tired. Her breathing started to get slow.
The hand felt that she was no longer breathing and let their hand off the pillow and placed the pillow on the chair, it was a matter of time before the nurse came in due to an alert on the heart monitor so after fidgeting with the window they left out of it.

"Kasiyah, why you look upset?" he asked her as they sat in his car.
"I don't know, I just feel like something isn't right." she stressed.
"Come here baby, all's good." he said pulling her into his chest.
"Tremani, something just doesn't feel right, let me call my mom."
She pulled out her phone but it began to ring. It was the hospital. "Hello." said Kasiyah.
"Hello is this Kasiyah Reed."
"Yes."
"We are going to need you to make your way to the hospital as soon as possible, we are afraid to tell you that Kamiyah has passed."
"I- wait did you- she was just fine- oh my God!" she cried ending the call as a river of tears fell on her cheeks.
Tremani immediately caught on and hugged her tightly and reassured her, "It's ok, it's ok." In no time he started the car racing to the hospital, he wanted answers as to how she died.
"I can't believe it, there's no way." she sobbed. "My baby."
After a few hours word spread that Kamiyah had sadly passed away, there was a hole in many of their hearts especially Kasiyah's, Keith's, and Sekani. When Latisha told Sekani and Pablo they were in shock, hearing news like that at a young age was so new to them they didn't know how to react.
"Memaw my sister can't be dead tickle her she'll wake up." pleaded Sekani.
"Sekani baby, she'll always be here, ok." cried Kasiyah hugging him.
"Listen here nurse, I know my princess didn't die because her heart just stopped, I need footage of who left and entered this room, and now." said Keith.
The nurse nodded and left the family in the room.
Tremani sat on the chair, his leg continuously shaked, he thought he got rid of the person potentially "out for Kamiyah's life".
"I'll be back." said Tremani leaving the room. He made into the parking lot and opened his car door.
"Tremani Wright." said a voice.
"What the fuck." he mumbled turning around.
"Tremani Wright You're being arrested for suspicion of murder. This is necessary to allow the prompt and effective investigation to prevent you from harming any other people/person." the male said placing handcuffs on this wrists.
Tremani's knew the system all too well, he wanted to call out for Kasiyah so bad but he knew her best interest was to be there for her family as they faced the large loss.
He lost his sister and with the very short time that they spent together he felt like that they knew each other forever, if he'd make it to her funeral, he didn't know but what he did know was that he'd find out who did this.
"You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you. Do you understand the rights I have just read to you? With these rights in mind, do you wish to speak to me?"
He remained silent. Within five minutes they placed him into the police car and drove him to the station. He was arrested but his possessions were not taken off him, his apple watch sat nicely on his wrist and flashed on with a message that was sent to his phone.
