Tremani stared at Keith in disgust, he not only abandoned his supposed younger siblings he also abandoned him.
"Leave now please."
"That's my biological child in there." pointed out Keith.
"She said leave." sized up Tremani.
"I didn't need any help with that he'd have to listen to me anyway." sighed Kasiyah.
"Ok you do you lil ma."
"So you gon let yo son talk to you like that?" instigated Uncle Keem.
"He's not my father. He put in no effort to find me and the only time he ever sees me it's because it's a coincidence." spoke Tremani.
"Son, there's a lot to unpack here, your mama know it all. By the way, is she still single?" asked Keith.
Tremani heavily mugged him, "Do they have any other siblings."
"Yeah he got a lil one and a new boo thang so ion know why he asking about your mother, but that's just me." said Keem raising his hands up still instigating the situation.
"And you are? I didn't quite catch your name." asked Kasiyah, he too was doing a little too much talking. That's probably where Tremani got that from.
"Daddy Keem." he grumbled in his best pop smoke voice.
"Oh-
"I'm just playing with you damn, Im their uncle." he said. "And Tremani's." he added wriggling his eyebrows.
"Mahn ion even know the fuck you are."
"Well son, you gon find out today." replied his uncle.
After Tremani and his so called "father" exchanged a few words, Kasiyah went to join Aniyah.
"How's Tamari."
"The doctor says he might not be able to walk again but they need to first see the results from the surgery." Aniyah said clearly tired. "Are you ok bestfriend?"
"I'm just tired, it's like ever since I have Tremani around a lot of stuff has been going on and I'm starting to think that it's my fault that all of this is happening."
"Kasiyah don't even think for one minute that it's all you, you know I'm always here." said Aniyah hugging her tightly as Kasiyah shivered- the hospital was quite cold.

They hugged in a comfortable silence as they waited for some news from the doctors. Kasiyah's eyes were raised when she heard a familiar voice.
"Where is she?" spoke Sincere.
"What are you doing here?" Kasiyah said rushing over to him trying to push him out. They hadn't spoke for nearly a month but they were still friends.
"I called him here, I panicked sorry bestfriend." said Aniyah with her puppy eyes on show making Kasiyah roll her eyes.
Kasiyah felt a heavy presence behind her as she stood facing Sincere. He was wearing a black tee with black joggers. "And you are? You that nigga that picked me up?" spoke Tremani.
"And I have to answer to you because?" replied Sincere.
"Tremani go away." ushered Kasiyah, she was growing irritated by him.
"So this the nigga that had you akekeing on text." realised Tremani. "Nice to meet you again Sincere."
"Ugh Tremani go sit down please." said Kasiyah turning to face him.
"Ok." he said. "Cool imma wait for yo fine ass tho." he continued wrapping his fingers around her jaw, bringing her lips to his and kissing her lips.
Kasiyah held a startled expression as butterflies formed in her stomach. That was a bold move for sure and she liked bold guys.
Sincere just stood in front of them staring at his invisible watch in awe at the scene in front of him.
"You do way too much." commented Kasiyah with a little smile on her face. "I'm still mad at you" she said wiping her lips.
"So I see this is like a family gathering or some shit. I'm the uncle? or the cousin? because y'all acting like you married." he said pointing between the two.
"You jealous." hollered Aniyah with her magazine upside down covering her face but her eyes.
"Put that magazine down I'm tryna see sum." he said.
"I came for Tamari too, how'd he get shot." asked Sincere.
Kasiyah let out a huge sigh and turned to face Tremani who was slouched in his seat watching netflix.

"You mean to say that he shot our friend, and your kid."
"Woah woah, Kamiyah we don't know." mumbled Kasiyah.
"Speak up Kasiyah, I can't hear shit you saying." he said.
"Lower your tone lil man." said Tremani from his seat.
"I'm gonna go take a seat." said Sincere walking off.
"You best not sit nowhere near me." said Tremani.
"Come sit next to me." smiled Aniyah placing a toothpick on the chair beside her.
"Nah I'm going to the bathroom first." he said.
"The family of Kamiyah Wright." said the doctor.
"Yes." they all said in unison.
All of them rose from their seats. Tremani joined the circle standing far from his "father" and "uncle". His uncle Keem saw that he was far from them and went over to him and nudged his shoulder, attempting to hug him to piss him off.
"Given that the surgical procedure started hours ago it is mandatory that we update you about her progress however the progress report won't be possible because we have seen little to no activity within her brain cells or limbs."
"One of y'all want to translate this into english for me?"
"Yall need to start giving quick ass information, I don't know what that means Mr D." said Uncle Keem. "D meaning doctor yall best not call me out." he eyed them.
Kasiyah automatically broke down crying, she knew exactly what it meant, Kamiyah was in a coma.
As she broke down, Tremani pulled her into his arms rubbing her back trying to comfort her. Her little baby was gone and she didn't even know how long for.
"It's ok baby, I got you." he whispered into her ear as she cried.
"So what does that mean?" continued to ask Uncle Keem.
"She's in a coma." he said with his head down.
"Fuck you mean she's in a coma, I got connections, imma sue this hospital, that's my daughter yall probably using as some shitty experiment." voiced Keith.
"Your going to need to calm down pops." said Aniyah.
"You mean to tell me you my daughter, I done heard it all, who's your mama I just might remember-
"Ew no, it's out of respect you wouldn't want me calling you out of your name." she said smiling tightly.
Tremani continued to comfort Kasiyah as they sat down, she was distraught, she didn't know how she would tell Sekani and Pablo or her mother. "Imma call whichever nigga did this, I'm gonna kill em." affirmed Tremani playing with Kasiyah's hair as she rested on him.
"Please be practical." she huffed. "You make irrational decisions that put everyone in danger, look where Kamiyah is?"
"And you think all of that was me?" he asked.
"Not literally but..." she muttered.
"But what Kasiyah, if you saying it's me then I need to know how."
"You know how! i'm tired of this." she said positioning herself into her seat cornering from Tremani.
Tremani smacked his teeth, "Ion care if you think it's because of me you sleeping here, don't want to have yo ass in hospital because yo neck stuck."
"Tremani im being serious, in the most politest way, you have connections that are connecting with me and I don't like it it's putting us in danger." she said.
"I'll get it sorted, whoever shot Kamiyah is going to go through hell." he warned.
"That man ain't gon sort shit out, he my blood we don't do shit until we connect the dots and the dots don't start connecting until last minute." added Uncle Keem.
"Yo your uncle funny as hell" laughed Aniyah who quickly stopped when she spotted Tremani staring her down.
"How many times do I have to say I don't fucking know you, the only blood we share is the blood of Jesus Christ get it right bruh." repeated Tremani clearly frustrated.
"These DNA test results say different son." said Keith holding them up to his face.

James was in his 30's when his death came suddenly, not that he minded much, as life was seeming to drag on. His story, however, did not end with his death. As a point of fact, it had only just begun. This will be my first work, so please by all means comment with any errors I may have made. Suggestions for the story (which may or may not be used). This is a litrpg and a bit of a power fantasy, so be warned the protagonist will be pretty OP eventually.
