Prince Anders explored another island but like the previous islands that he visited, this one is also empty and has no sign of being inhabited by anyone. He spent two days thoroughly checking the island but it still ended as another failure.

He sighed sadly as he prepared himself to spend the night on this deserted island since it is about to get dark and he did not eat yet for the whole day! He will just wake up very early tomorrow and continue checking another island.

Nowadays, it is not unusual for him to eat once a day. He knew that he will only be able to eat twice or thrice a day if he is lucky to find food on the island that he will visit but sadly, it is not always like that.

He did not spend too much on food supplies even though he did not know how long his search will need to last because he wants to save money so after he successfully found Beatrix he can buy a place where they could peacefully settle in Solaris Empire. He will immediately ask her to marry him. He truly hopes that Beatrix will still marry him even though he will not be able to provide a grand wedding ceremony and banquet...

When he ran away with her, he already accepted that he will never be Prince Anders anymore and their life together will be very hard and challenging... In the future, he might not be able to provide the same luxurious life to her and their future children but he will do his best to be a good husband, provider, protector, and father to their future children!

He wants to marry Beatrix and build a happy family with her. He dreams of becoming the father of her children. The child's gender does not matter as long as Beatrix is the mother! He will love their children truly and equally just as he loves their mother truly and endlessly!

Prince Anders spent the night on that secluded island. At the first sign of light, he immediately left the island to embark on another journey to look for his beloved Beatrix. He hopes that he will be able to find her on the next island...

Beatrix woke up early to prepare for the first day of her work. She happily took a bath and dressed simply and did not wear any jewelry. Just like usual, she is not wearing any make-up and prefers to present her natural and flawless appearance. She could always remember what her mother told her when she was so young and about to enter a more mature stage:

"Beatrix, make-up is not needed especially when a girl is naturally blessed. It is always better to present what is natural to appear more attractive and confident. You will not feel discomfort and everyone will be able to see the truth..."

Her mother is right! Even dressed up as a commoner, her beauty and charm remain peerless and evident! Wearing simple clothing cannot dampen her innate charisma, noble bearing, and commanding aura. It stayed like usual but wearing luxurious and exquisite clothing and pieces of jewelry help in amplifying her innate strengths multiple times.

Emperor Valentine also woke up early to prepare for the court meeting and to eat breakfast with her before she goes out again.

He wants to personally drop her off at her workplace but Beatrix declined thinking it is very inappropriate to bother a very busy person like him! Plus, bringing someone on her first day of work will only kill the sense of freedom and independence! She is also concerned that someone might recognized him and it will send a wrong message! She does not want to abuse her friendship with him by using him as her armor, sword, and shield to gain special treatment and ward off her enemies. In short, she should do it on her own and she should never drag another poor unfortunate souls to her personal life struggles!

Beatrix arrived in front of her workplace so early. She waited for someone to open the jewelry shop. She did not wait for a long time when Young Master Aurelius, the rude girl, other employees, and some of his guards arrived at the jewelry shop.

Beatrix greeted everyone, especially her employer. Young Master Aurelius smiled at her and immediately forwent the formalities. He formally introduced Beatrix to the others. On the other hand, Beatrix memorized the identities of the people in front of her. She found out that the rude girl's name is Agatha Woode. Beatrix gave her a friendly smile but the other girl sneered haughtily so Beatrix ignored her.

The jewelry shop is selling rare and expensive items so it is not so rowdy like the other shops nearby. When the first visitor, a wealthy young maiden with her maid, finally came in. It was Agatha who enthusiastically approached and entertained the customer just to show off or more likely to rub in Beatrix's face that she is still the most valuable employee!

Beatrix secretly shook her head and calmly composed herself until the next visitor came in. It is a wealthy and lofty young master! She calmly approached him and greeted him...
