Beatrix's scheme backfired miserably as it was Prince Andrew who benefit in the end. She lost her purity to him and rolled in sheets with him from night to dawn to remove the effect of the aphrodisiac and continue living! It was truly an epic failure and a great disadvantage on her part. After the effect of the aphrodisiac wears off completely and she is sure that she will continue living, she made him leave her room immediately!

"Go now. Please make sure that nobody sees you." Beatrix immediately told him after she is sure that she is finally safe but what is this? Why gave her that pitiful, sad, and wronged expression as if he is the one who ate severe losses here?!

"You are an evil woman! You cast me away after I am no longer useful!" He told her, surprised that she wants to kick him out after their heated and intimate moments.

"Oh, come on! As if that was your first time! Go now before someone sees you!" She insisted as she is very uncomfortable with the situation.

"But it is my first time. You are my only woman, Beatrix..." He sincerely confessed.

First time, my ass! The hell I would believe a great pervert and womanizer like you!!!

She angrily thought and just did not want to argue with a big liar anymore!

"Fine! But you need to go now. Be quiet and make sure no one sees you." She insisted with obvious annoyance now.

"Can I stay a little longer?" He requested while giving her his cute face.

"No." She coldly refused.

"What are you afraid of? We are going to marry anyway." He wants to reassure her that he is not going to run away from his responsibility.

"Just go now..." She said impatiently.

Who says I am going to marry you, especially that you schemed against me too?

She thought at that time.

"Can I visit you again tonight?" He asked her since she does not want him to stay with her longer.

"No!" She refused with clear anger in her voice.

"When can I visit you again?" He chose to ignore her anger and cold treatment.

"You cannot! Whatever happened between us... Just forget it and consider it as you punished me! Do not tell anyone about it!" She told him angrily as her plan is truly an epic failure.

"We should tell Imperial Father and Imperial Mother then ask their blessing to marry us earlier!" He suggested excitedly but it only made her angrier.

"Read my lips... No!" She loudly screamed as she wants to kill him now!!!

Beatrix is extremely annoyed while her maids are changing her bedsheets in the morning. Their faces are so red and they are giving her strange, worried, and uncomfortable looks. She knew that they heard embarrassing sounds last night! Even an idiot will be able to figure out what is happening inside her bedroom!

She remembered that she gritted her teeth to prevent herself from creating embarrassing noises but someone was so loud as if he is trying to announce to the whole imperial palace what he is doing! She lost count of how many times she tried to cover his loud mouth and muffled his lewd grunts and groans.

"Quiet! Are you trying to get me into trouble?" She angrily hissed to him.

"I cannot help it... Beatrix... Beatrix..." He said in between panting, grunting, and groaning as he moved on top of her.

She encircled her arms to his neck and kissed him deeply and intimately, effectively muffling him and preventing him from creating too many and too loud scandalous noises. She, on the other hand, does not need to bite her lip or grit her teeth to prevent herself from moaning with him!

Beatrix shook her head to clear the memory of last night and focused on the present.

"Make sure that what happened last night will not come out." She indifferently told her maids. "Clean this room thoroughly and burn the bedsheets!" She commanded after seeing the evidence of their vigorous activity last night.

"Yes, my Lady!" They chorused but they still give her a worried look.

Of course, she is aware why they are worried. She lost her purity before marriage, what if the prince changed his mind and run away from his responsibility after he already tasted the forbidden fruit and broke the betrothal saying that she was impure. Can they prove otherwise? Who would not worry if this is exposed? But Beatrix is not worried now. She thought that it will be better and easier if he broke their betrothal. Even if he destroys her reputation, she will not fight anymore and just go far away if she has to. Her family will be humiliated because of her but she is very confident that they will still accept her... Even if her family disown her, she can still survive. That is why she amassed her own wealth, people, and resources all these years because she already knew a long time ago that the success of her scheme is fifty-fifty. She did not entirely know the extent of her former husband's power, wealth, people, and connections but she knew that it could never be underestimated and he is totally dangerous!
