Emperor Valentine asked Beatrix to eat their breakfast together before he will tour Beatrix inside his Imperial Palace. He made her eat a variety of food and drink some of their well-known beverages in Solaris Empire. She nodded her head in approval. All of it from appetizers, main dishes, and desserts are all delicious! She grew up eating different delicious meals but the foods and drinks in Solaris Imperial Palace that were prepared for the Emperor are superb!

He is busy filling her plate with food while explaining how to properly eat it to obtain the most delicious taste... She is busy too! Busy eating the food on her plate while listening and following his tips on how to properly taste those delicacies...

After they finished eating, Emperor Valentine summoned all the eunuchs, servants, and guards inside the palace and introduced her to all of them so that they will be able to recognize her, serve her well, and protect her properly. He ordered them to give their utmost respect to her and follow all her commands diligently like they are following his commands!

Beatrix was very surprised by his order! It was too excessive in her own opinion...

"That was not necessary..." She said to him after all the eunuchs, servants, and guards are dismissed.

"I just do not want my most important and valued guest to be improperly treated." He grinned like a cheshire cat.

"That was very unnecessary because I do not intend to stay long." She explained.

"Why? Are you still mad at me?" He replied worriedly. "I thought we are close..."

"It is not like that. I do not want to be a burden to you or anyone else. I just want to know if the person who traveled with me... He is Prince Anders, you probably remember him... I want to know if he is safe before I live on my own..." She declared as she remembered her dreams.

If her dreams were real then she is the main reason why the twin brothers hate each other to death! Unintentionally, she became the wall that separates them! She brings misery and misfortune to them so it is better to stay away from both of them!

It is better if I disappear forever from their lives! If I am not around then probably, they will reconcile. I just need to make sure that Anders is okay without showing myself to either of them... After that, I will live peacefully, far away, and alone...

"It is very difficult and dangerous for a woman like you to live alone. You are not a burden! Beatrix, you do not need to go... The palace has so many empty rooms! Please stay... I did not risk my life to save yours so you could face danger alone outside..." He immediately and strongly refused her plan.

Why do I feel like he is begging me?

She thought and sighed seriously.

"Okay, but if you bully me, I will immediately leave! Forgive my audacity but I won't be polite and leave without permission..." She joke and smiled.

He happily smiled too after hearing that she will no longer leave.

"Then I will just have to build higher walls and hire more reliable guards so you cannot leave without my permission!" He playfully responded but this reply made Beatrix's smile instantly fade as she suddenly remember someone...

His face suddenly appeared in her mind and her heart beats so fast as she suddenly remember him and his words...

"Beatrix, you know how much I love you! You are my only wife! My only woman in this lifetime and the next! I will never love or accept another woman!!!"

Beatrix shook her head as she wants to forget the memory and the emotion... That feeling frightens her more than the memories!

"Are you okay?" Emperor Valentine worriedly asked. "I am only kidding... You do not have to be afraid."

She just nodded and wants to immediately change the topic.

"Can we tour around the palace now?" She immediately nudged him.

"Sure! Where do you want to start?" He excitedly grabbed the opportunity to lighten the mood.

"Up to you! You are the tour guide..." She flashed him with an excited smile this time.

They toured the palace. Beatrix realized that Solaris Imperial Palace is grander and larger than Sky Imperial Palace. Its size is almost five times bigger than the Sky Imperial Palace and its architectural ingenuity is very apparent. All of its parts from floor to ceiling are imposing, massive, and a pure mixture of art and perfection! He took her to see every part of the magnificent palace.
