When Beatrix arrived in Prince Andrew's Mansion, she asked where she will be staying.

"You will stay in my courtyard." He said seriously.

"If I stay in your courtyard, where will you be staying, Your Highness?" She probed wanting to dispel the idea forming in her head.

"We will both stay in the same courtyard." He said holding her hands.

"What?! I do not like your architectural designs and your black and white color preference!" She complained as she remembered that she has her own courtyard in her four lifetimes with him but now, he is making her stay under the same dwelling with him!

Why is he making things more difficult for me in this lifetime?! He is very petty!!!

Beatrix remembered her courtyard in her previous lifetimes and all the things inside it are based on her preferences but the main issue here is... She does not want to share the same place with him!!!

"You will get used to it and will learn to love it eventually... Just like you will get used to my company and eventually learn to love me too..."

"Hmph! You wish!" She declared but he just ignored her statement.

"I prepared several feminine clothing and things. I do not know which one do you want to use so you could see for yourself. Just tell me if you need anything." He seriously told her.

In the end, she was forced to stay in the same courtyard with him because she does not have authority inside his territory! That night, she trembled when he lay beside her.

"Relax... I will not do anything. Just let me hold you..." He said as he hugged her tightly. He happily inhaled her scent and then went to sleep.

He is probably very tired because of the community service...

She thought as she observes his sleeping form. Soon, she also went to sleep. Surprisingly, she slept too well that night. He did not disturb her and let her rest peacefully!

Beatrix does not like everything in his courtyard so every night she will have different complaints.

"Your Highness, I hate the black curtains, can we change it to royal blue?" She complained.

"Okay, we will change it to royal blue tomorrow. Sleep now..." He said then he slept peacefully after hugging her tight so she also slept peacefully.

"Your Highness, I hate the white canopy bed, can we change it to bright pink?" She complained the next night.

"Hmmm...we will change it tomorrow..." He approved.

After getting what she wants, she complained again.

"Your Highness, the wall looks creepy, can we change it to floral designs?" She made another request.

"As you like... Sleep now..." He approved again.

Every night, she complains and wants to change this and that! She did not mean to make it difficult for him, she just likes bright and colorful surroundings!

He always grants her requests so she begins to rarely talk about transferring into another courtyard until one day she stopped complaining when all of the things in his courtyard were changed according to her preference. Now his courtyard looks more like a garden than a courtyard. Everything looks bright and colorful!

He hates bright colors but he could not say "No" to her especially when she smiles brightly while seeing the changes in her surroundings. He could not help but smile while seeing her sleep peacefully in his arms. He protectively and softly rubs her belly... He abstained from sex and chose to only sleep beside her every night because she is already pregnant and he wants to ensure the safety of their baby inside her...

She is almost two months pregnant now but she did not know yet. The wedding night produced a wonderful result! My Beatrix is now carrying our baby...

He did not know at first but the night after he picked up Beatrix in the General's Mansion, he felt the presence of another person nearby! He scanned the surroundings using his inner ability, worried that there is a dangerous assassin or a spy nearby... He was extremely surprised when he discovered two things. First, the new presence is living inside Beatrix's belly! Second, the new presence has a very strong signature that is also very similar to his signature! These two facts only mean one thing... She is pregnant with his baby!

My Beatrix is pregnant with my child! We will become parents! Soon, we will become a happy family!

He happily thought as he recalled how he found out about her pregnancy. His happy mood and smile faded when he also remember one of the details provided to him by General Ardor. He remembered that Beatrix died after she gave birth in one of those lifetimes! He will not let it happen in this lifetime! He thought of every possible solution that could ensure her safety before, during, and after giving birth. He finally remembered someone! He gave her a light peck and hugged her protectively...

Beatrix, My Love, I will do anything and everything so you could safely give birth to our babies!

He closed his eyes and slept peacefully beside her...
