"I can love things by watching her love them,
That's how I know I love her."
-
"So, are you ready?" Zach asked, as she barged out of the door, her black hoodie over her head.
Why was she going once again?
Before an hour, she had thought that River deserved his privacy. But when Zach mentioned a girl, her state of mind totally changed and she switched to her Godzilla mood.
That was not supposed to mean that she did not know whether she is doing the right thing or not, she does, hell, she knows its wrong, that she should not invade in his personal matters, but at that moment, there was something more powerful blending on her mind, a certain anger and sadness.
Does that mean River is dating someone? Even the thought made her stomach feel sick.
She let out a shaky breath, her color turning pale.
Why was she feeling like this? In a corner of her mind, she knew exactly why she was agreeing to Zach, she knew that she loved River, loved him like the way she never loved someone else, but the other part said that she just wanted to help Zach and look out for her best friend.
"Faye, hey, do not over think. We do not really know what happened, do we?" Zach wrapped his arm around her shoulder, leading her to his mustang.
Zach did not know what to tell Faye. Zach did not know what can make her feel better. She was pale, her eyes wandering around. He knew she was miserable.
He shook his head.
She is so naive. He thought.
"Zach?" He heard her timid voice as they both got in the car.
"Yah?" He asked, starting the ignition.
"Do you think, ah, River, is, you know, dating whoever this Thompson girl is?" And Zach looked at her with a small smile.

"I do not think so. Plus, we know him better than anyone. Do you think he will keep it from us?" Zach asked, his eyebrows raised.
"So, you are not sure?" She frowned.
"I am not. But something in my mind says that their is something more into it. Pretty sure it involves dad." Zach mumbled, driving to their destination.

"Looks like we will have to walk." And Faye looked up to see a flood of people in front of the hotel's entrance.
"Paparazzi." She whispered, a glare fixed on her facial expressions.
"So, they know, River is here." Zach grumbled, rubbing his face.
"How will we go in, then?" Faye asked.
"Who said something about going in, ha?" And she looked at him suspiciously, waiting for him to explain further.
"You see the garden." And Faye found herself looking at the entrance. There was indeed a garden with tall bushes that were trimmed in an elegant and artificial way. Fairy lights and beautiful lamp posts were gracing the grounds.
The bushes hide the indoors completely, not giving a chance to anyone to look what's inside.
Not a single soul was roaming around, and the green carpet along with every single thing that was there was maintained perfectly.
"Restricted area, last year someone peed in the bushes, do not even know how father got to know that, anyways, since then, no one is allowed to go in there, not a single soul, without dad's permission, that is." He explained, smirking devilishly.
"What's in your mind?"
"Its already dark, we are gonna go through that area, according to the mail, River's table number is 243, that is, at the corner, we will keep an eye on him through the window that is covered by the bushes. We find out who he is with and we go away." Zach ended.

"Its Blake enterprises we are talking about, Zach. You got security cameras hidden somewhere in the bushes, what about those?" She asked, drumming her fingers on the dashboard.
"I asked Max to hack into the security cameras. The cameras around the area will stop working around seven forty five, that's, five minutes from now, and then we go in, find out, come back in exactly ten minutes and run away from here."
"When was the last time we did something like this?" Faye snorted, a devilish glint on her features.
"Sophomore year, we broke into Max's girlfriend house to find if she is cheating on him." And they both chuckled.
"Anyways, its almost forty five, ready to break into Blake property?" And Faye nodded, walking out of the car with Zach.
They had kept the car a little away from the hotel, just so that they do not grab any attention. Cause honestly, if they get caught, well, Faye don't even want to think about the consequences.
"Act natural." Zach said as they walked by the building, smiles plastered on their faces.
They kept on laughing and talking animetedly as they reached the lamp post that separated the sidewalk from the garden.
That's when a message popped in Zach's phone.
"Max did his work. Its our turn." And after looking at the screen, he shoved it into his pockets.
"We got ten minutes. Ready?" And when she nodded, they started walking towards the tall bushes, actually not walking, crawling to be exact.
Soon they passed the bushes. And that's when they found themselves looking at the inside of the famous French hotel of Blake enterprises.
"Great interior you got there." Faye said, impressed. Lockwood industry and Blake enterprises has always been rivals in business. Even if they were great friends with each other, the companies never stopped fighting their way to the top.
And if a compliment is coming from the Lockwood heir, the interior, indeed is very fine.
"Thank you Ms. Lockwood." Zach grinned.
They were hiding in the corner, bending over the sill. Their heads were popped up and they both had the perfect view of whatever was happening inside.
And that's when Faye found herself looking at River Blake.
"There he is." Faye pointed him to Zach.
Faye watched as they both laughed at something that River said, enjoying their meals.
"They are enjoying it." Faye whispered to Zach, making him nod, unbelievably.
"I think we should go. He seems to enjoy the date. Their is no need to spy on him anymore." She sounded hurt.
"I need to see the girl. I know River, there is something that we are missing." Zach insisted, not believing.
"Fine, two more minutes." Faye grumbled, watching them.
That's when Zach's phone buzzed and he turned around to take a look at it.
The girl stood up from the table. Faye pointed out that her figure was perfect, and a pang of jealousy hit her.
Just as she was about to tell Zach, the girl started to turn around and Faye found herself looking at her.
"Sorry, it was just Isabella." Zach muttered, looking at Faye. That is when he saw Faye's pale face.
"Zach, we need to leave." Faye whispered, looking like she had just seen a ghost.
"But–" He was just about to protest.
"We. Need. To. Go. Now." And she ran away, followed by a startled Zach.
Faye kept on running until she reached the car, shaking.
"Faye, we need to go back." Zach sounded irritated.
"Andrea Blue. The girl was Andrea Blue."

Choosing His Luna (bxb)
This is a story I have published on Inkitt and I thought I'd post it on here too since I've started to update it again. 😅 I hope to continue to do so although the updates will probably be only once or twice a month. The chapters are a little shorter than what I normally post on Wattpad but I hope you enjoy them all the same.‐-----------------------------The fateful day had finally arrived, the one which I had been preparing for since birth, one which my parents had been preparing for since I'd been conceived. Well, that wasn't exactly true, my parents had been preparing, and I on the other hand had been mostly unwilling with the whole affair. See I was a werewolf, my whole family was, or pack if you will. It was tradition for all those of marriageable age to gather on the strongest werewolf pack in the world, to try and impress the next Alpha to be, the most powerful werewolf in the world. It was a major honour to be chosen by the Alpha, for the individual and their whole pack. So here I was, packing a bag for the journey and time I would be spending at the strongest pack in the world, which was called the Stentorian Pack and was located deep in the mountains surrounded by forest. My parents thought I had a chance, they'd told me what to eat, how to act, and how to look all my life, needless to say, it had gotten old pretty quick. All the lack of control I'd had over my life had boiled down to this day, it had all been for this day. I had to be the most attractive, smartest, and likeable... you get the idea, and I couldn't help but feel inadequate.
