Jannat walked out from the restroom and stood in front of mirror, she brush her hair then looked back at him who was sleeping. She smiled then walked towards him then sat down on bed next to him. She looked at him then smiled and called out his name but nothing.

'Elam.' She called out again while shaking from his shoulder but nothing, then she realized he was shaking as well. She quickly worried looked at him then moved her hand and touched his forehead. He was burning like a fire. She quickly moved away then walked out from the room and ran downstairs then into sitting room where Mrs Sania, Mr Ayub and Mrs Sultana were sitting. She opened the door and they all looked up towards her worried face.

'Elam is unconscious .' Jannat said and they all quickly stood up their place then ran towards their room. They entered and looked at him tried to woke him up but nothing. Mr Ayub called the Ambulance and after some time Ambulance came. They put him in the car and started the journey towards hospital.

They worried entered in the hospital then ran towards reception. After finding where Elam was they walked towards his room. They reached and saw everyone standing outside of his room. They called out while everyone looked at them.

'What happen to Elam brother?' Ayat asked worried

'He have catch fever and not well. But doctors will let us know soon.' Mrs Malika said and Ayat sighed then sat down on chair while Cameron and Aryan was standing in corner with Mr Farooq and Mr Ayub. They all were worried standing while he was still unconscious inside the room when the door opened and the doctor came out from the room and they all looked at him.

'That's normal because his body is asking for drugs. But as I have ask you before I think it will be better if you will send him off to rehab centre for two months. That will be best for him.' Doctor said and they looked at him.

'It is not easy to have his cure easily at home specially in early stages. It's all up to you to decide but I will say rehab centre is best for him. You all may think and let me know by tomorrow.' Doctor said and walked off while they looked at each other.

'I think he is right, we need to do what is best for him. He is already in alot of pain.' Mr Farooq said while sat down and they all nodded their head and sadly sighed.

'I agree, I will talk to doctor over it.' Mr Ayub Said

'No, He can't go.' Jannat said while standing up and they looked at her while she looked down

'I mean..two months is a long period.' Jannat said while playing with her fingers and tears were flowing from her eyes.

'We know Jannat and we understand your condition as well but it is best for him. It will hard for you but we have to do for him.' Mrs Sania said while walled and stood next to her

'Yeah, Jannat do it for him.' Mrs Malika said and looked towards everyone

'Do it for him.' Mr Farooq said while put hand over her head and she slowly nodded her head.

'Okay the I will go and talk to the doctor.' Mr Ayub said and started walking towards the doctor's office.

Ayat walked out from the collage and looked around for her car but saw nothing. She was looking when a car door opened and he came out from it. Her eyes met with his who smiled to her and her heart started beating rapidly. He smiled then walled towards her. He stopped in front of her and she quickly looked away.

'Come on, I am here to pick you up.' Cameron said while stopping in front of her while she kept looking around not meeting her eyes

'W...why did you come to pick me up?' Ayat said and he confused looked towards her

'I tell your father that I will pick you up. It's not the end of world. They are all preparing for Elam to go rehab centre.' Cameron asked while he was confused over her weird behaviour.

'Don't you have any work to do?' Ayat asked while looking up towards him.

'What is wrong with you Ayat? Why you are being difficult. I have come to get you so just come on.' Cameron said and she looked away

'No...I will go by myself. I will take taxi.' Ayat said while looking away while her hand were shaking and her heart was still beating rapidly inside her chest. She was about to walk when he stopped her by holding her hand

'Do you think I will let you go in taxi?' Cameron asked softly and she looked back towards him the angrily took out her hand from his.

'And who are hell are you to stop me?' Ayat asked and he was all shocked looking at her on her this behaviour.

'What is wrong with you Ayat. You always use to get happy when I use to come to pick you up so what is wrong now?' Cameron said while confused looking at her and she sighed.

'Just don't come to pick me up again.' Ayat said and he looked towards her then sighed

'Okay, fine come for now. I won't come after today.' Cameron said and she nodded her head then started walking. They sat down in the car while he started driving it. Their was silence everywhere.

'Ayat are you alright? Something is wrong with you.' Cameron asked

'When are you going back?' Ayat asked while ignoring his question and he shocked looked towards her.

'Do you want me go away?' Cameron asked

'Yeah......badly.' Ayat answered while her legs were shaking and she was looking out of window. He hurtfully looked towards her.

'Well then sorry to disappoint you. I am not going back anymore.' Cameron said and she snapped her head towards him

'Why?' Ayat asked

'What is wrong with you Ayat? Why you want me to go away. I am your friend and with your behaviour you are hurting me.' Cameron said while looking up towards her but she quickly looked away but did not say anything

'If somethings is bothering you then let me know. I will help you.' Cameron said when he did not received any answer from her and she shook her head

'Nothing is bothering me and what is bothering me you can't help me with it.' Ayat said whereas he looked towards her then stopped the car on the side road.

'Tell me what happen? Just tell me what is wrong with you? I will do anything for you.' Cameron asked softly while looking towards her and she looked up towards him then suddenly started crying. He got panicked and worried when she start crying.

'Ayat, what happen? Did Madan did something? You two have a fight?' Cameron asked worried and she shook her head while crying.

'Then what happen?' Cameron asked while she looked up towards him.

'Are you getting married?' Ayat asked and he surprised looked towards her.

'What?' Cameron asked confused

'Please you can't get married with anyone.' Ayat said and he was just looking towards her

'Are you crying because I am getting married?' Cameron asked

'So you are getting married?' Ayat said while crying then angrily turned over and came out from the car. Cameron quickly also came out from the car while she cleaned off her tears then walked towards a road. Without looking at a road she started walking. She had took few steps when a car came towards her with a high speed when he pulled her back and car speedily passed off from them.

'What the heck on earth you are doing? Can't you see the road and then walk off.' Cameron screamed while holding her from her arms and she looked up towards him while crying

'You are not going back because you are getting married.' Ayat asked totally ignoring what he was saying while he sighed

'No, I am not getting married. Who told you? I already have reject getting married with Yussar. What is wrong with you.' Cameron said while sighing

'Then why you are not going back?' Ayat asked still crying

'Their is different reason for it.' Cameron said while looking towards her while she slowly stopped crying

'What reason?' Ayat asked

'Just I want to stay here.' Cameron said while not meeting her eyes and she nodded her head

'Happy now? Come and sit down in the car. You are such a stupid women.' Cameron said while looking at her angrily while she started smiling with teary eyes. He was annoyed and angry but when he saw her smiling he started smiling as well.

'Now, come on. We will get late.' Ayat said then walk passed him and sat down in the car. He sighed then also walked towards the car. He started driving the car when he looked towards her who was looking out of window while smiling.

'The reason is you Ayat for which I am not going back. I can't live without seeing you everyday. I am staying behind just to see you, just to talk to you, just to make you smile. I just want to stay with you. I am even ready to share you with someone else, a person you will love or a person you wants to be but I just want to be with you. You have no idea how much I love you.' Cameron thought while looking towards her then looked away while she was on cloud nine when she looked towards him.

'Something was happening and changing in her and she was not getting what was it or maybe she still don't want to accept it but something was changing inside her for him.' Ayat thought but then quickly not shook away her head to not think about it.

'I don't know why I am so happy to hear that you are not getting married and you are not going back. I don't know but I am really really happy. I am so happy you will stay with me now. I want to see you always with me. I don't want to share you with anyone does not matter you love that person or want that person. I will not share you. You can't love anyone ever. You can't be with anyone else other then me. You have no idea how much you means to me.' Ayat thought while looking at him then sighed and looked away.

Elam walked inside the room and saw her sitting on the bed. As soon he entered she put away the book she was reading while he walked and next down next to her. He looked towards her then got hold of her face while her eyes were all red.

'Thanks for letting me go Jannat. Don't worry too much. Everything will be fine.' Elam said and she nodded her head while he smiled.

'You know I really love you, right?' Elam next next and she nodded her head while started smiling. He pat on her head lovingly then stood up and walked away. He entered inside while Jannat started pacing around the room. She was pacing while every few seconds she would nervously looked towards the restroom then away. She was going to take biggest decision of her life and she was ready for it but she was still too shy and nervous to talk about it with him. She sighed while kept pacing.

'Jannat don't think too much. Just do it....you need to do it....' Jannat said while encouraging herself when the restroom door opened. She turned over and saw him coming out while her heart jumped in her stomach. He looked toward her then smiled. He walk passed her towards the wardrobe. Her gaze followed him while he turned over and walked towards his study table. She sighed then slowly took step towards the bed and sat down on the other side which had the study table right in front of it. She gulped in then spoke up.

'Elam, Do you like kids?' Jannat asked while starting the conversation and he looked up towards her while her heart was beating.

'Yeah of course. Who don't like kids?' Elam said back normally and turned over to her while smiling. Jannat slowly stood up and took few steps towards him then stopped in front of him. She looked at her then gulped in nervously while Elam was confused staring at her waiting for her to say something.

'Jannat, Do you want to say something?' Elam asked while breaking the silence and she nodded his head . Elam smiled then waited for her to spoke up but then again nothing. Elam even more confused looked towards her when she looked up while meeting his gaze.

'It's okay.....it's....it's nothing.' Jannat said and as soon words were out from his mouth she cursed himself. She was too nervous. She sighed while Elam nodded his head in understanding then moved to walk passed her when she suddenly got hold of his hand stopping him on his place. Elam stopped on his place when he heard him.

'S....Shall we start our family?' Jannat finally said it letting the words came out from her mouth and Elam freeze on his place while his heart started beating rapidly. He slowly turned over towards her and she quickly looked down. She was too shy to look towards him. Her whole was all red due to blushing. She would had never said that but she knew he gave her choice to tell him when she will be ready so she had to do it. He surprised looked towards her red face then he moved and hugged her.

'You want to start a family with me?' Elam asked surprised while hugging her. Then he moved her away and looked towards her.

'You want kids with me?' Elam asked again still surprised while their was happiness dripping in his tone. She looked towards him the shyly looked away while nodded her head but not meeting his eyes.

'T...then shall we make one?' Elam asked next and she felt her heart will leaped out from her chest while she felt butterflies in her stomach. Elam waited for her to say something but nothing when he heard her crying. He surprised looked towards her.

'Jannat, what happen?' Elam asked getting worried

'Are you sure you want family with me? Do you think I am capable and worth enough?' Jannat whispered asked while tears were flowing from her eyes.

'Of course Jannat you are. I am hundred and ten percent sure. Why you even ask that?' Elam said while cleaning away her tears then took her face in his firm hands.

'If you are not ready then it's perfectly fine. Take your time but don't think negatives thoughts about yourself.' Elam said softly and she nodded her head while he cleaned away her tears. Elam smiled the let go her face and moved away from her. He was about to walk passed her when she spoke up.

'I....I am ready.' Jannat said and he looked up at her and stared at her puzzled. Jannat looked up and met his confused eyes.

'I am saying I am ready to start a family with you, Elam. I don't want yo make you wait anymore. I want to start a life with you forgetting my past. I want you to heal my wounds. I want you to heal everything which I go though....Will you do it for me?' Jannat asked while looking in his eyes and without wasting a second he nodded his head.

'I will heal your every wound you suffer. I will heal it....I will make sure you will have happy life with me.' Elam said while smiling and she nodded her head while they both were looking at each other and smiled.

'But Are you Sure? I am asking you again if you double minded just say no. But if you said yes then there is no turning back. You are going to be struck with me forever.' Elam asked teasingly while making the atmosphere light and Jannat looked up towards him.

'Y....Yeah you are right I should think again. I should double think maybe I could find a better option then you.' Jannat said back teasingly while acting of thinking when Elam got serious. She smirked to him because she was liking that he was getting annoyed when Elam pulled her towards him and moved her closer to her. She looked up at him who was lovingly looking at her.

'But I don't think I can find some one better then you.' Elam said then moved her face closer while holding her from her hair softly and then contacted their lips. As soon their lips contacted they closed their eyes and moved their lips in prefect sync with passion, love and desire. His hand tighten around her waist and she put her hands around his neck. They broke away the kissed and looked at each other breathlessly while smiling when Elam picked her up in bridal styles , and started walking towards bed. She put arms around his neck and looked at her beautiful breathtaking husband and smiled whereas their hearts were beating rapidly inside their chests, passion in their eyes, desire in their lips , and love in their heart.
