Jannat looked at him who was was sleeping on the bed. He came back yesterday and was on bed rest and his treatment also had started today. Jannat walked and sat down next to him and looked at him. Then she sighed and got up then walked out. She walked downstairs and entered inside the kitchen then started making food.

'How is Elam?' Mrs Sania asked while entering inside the kitchen and Jannat looked back at her.

'He is sleeping.' Jannat said and she nodded her head when door opened and Mr Farooq Mrs Malika and Ayat entered. They entered inside sitting room and greeted up then sat down on sofa.

'How is he now?' Mr Malika asked

'Fine.' Jannat replied and sat there.

'Well after all research it was his new secretary Maliha. She was giving him drugs on rival party. She confessed all to police.' Mr Farooq said and they looked at him and sighed.

'What about his work?' Mr Ayub asked

'I had put application to higher government for his health. I will be working with him for next two months and will take care of everything but off course he will be working as well. Also I have increase his security and I am trying my best that this news don't reach to media. And don't worry I will take care of everything.' Mr Farooq said and they all nodded their head in understanding then their was silence. After a while Jannat stood up and they looked at her.

'Come everyone and have food.' Jannat said

'It's okay we already have our food.' Mrs Malika said

'Please come and at least some thing maybe little.' Mrs Sania requested and they sighed them they all got up and walked out. They reached at table.

'Where is Cameron?' Mrs Sania asked from Jannat and they looked at her

'Still in his room.' Jannat said and was about to got up when Ayat spoke up.

'I will go and call him.' Ayat said then got up and walked out. She stopped in front his door then slowly knocked on the door and entered. She stepped inside and he looked back at her from his wardrobe.

'Hello.' Ayat said

'Wow... what a surpsie, what are you doing here?' Cameron asked while smiling then walked towards her.

'I come here to call you downstairs. But I want to ask something from you as well.' Ayat said while looking done and he was intensely looking at her

'Off course you can share anything. What is it?' Cameron said while she smiled then walked and sat down on bed. He walked and also sat down on bed next to her while she nervously fiddle with her fingers. He looked at her and waited.

'Ayat, I am waiting.' Cameron said and she fake smiled then took in deep breath.

'Mahadaskmeoutwithhim.' Ayat said quickly and he confused looked at her.

'What did you say? Say it clearly Ayat.' Cameron asked patiently and she sighed.

'Mahad ask me out with him.' Ayat said slowly this time and he shocked stared at her.

'What?' Cameron screamed while standing up and Ayat looked at him while confused on his esteem reaction.

'Who the hell is he now?' Cameron asked annoyed

'Same guy I like, he said he got jealous when he saw me with you. So when I tell everyone I was only joking with you and me being together he straight came to me and ask me out. But what should I do?' Ayat said and he looked at her then sighed and sat back down

'Tell me Cameron what should I do? You are my only friend.' Ayat said when she saw him all quiet and he looked at her.

'So you will listen what I will say.' Cameron asked and she nodded her head in yes .

'Then say no to him.' Cameron said and she shocked looked at him.

'B..but why?' Ayat asked and he looked at her

'Why? You want to be his girlfriend.' Cameron asked while intensely looking at her while she blushed then nodded her head in yes.

'Okay but you still is saying no to him.' Cameron said and she looked at him then frowned

'But why?' Ayat asked and he looked at her then sighed and stood up.

'Because you deserve to be someone wife instead of girlfriend.' Cameron said and she was surprised sitting looking at him.

'Really.' Ayat asked and he looked back at her then nodded her head in yes

'Girlfriend and boyfriend don't exist in our religion. If you will be girl friend with him then you will lose your value. And if your relation didn't work out with him then you will be like being unfaithful to your future husband.' Cameron said softly

'But I will stay in my limit with him. We will be boyfriend and girlfriend to understand each other.' Ayat said and he looked at her.

'I am sure your intention will be good but still you would not want or believe if your husband would had affairs and he say that nothing happened with his ex girlfriend except they tried understand each other. You will not believe him, isn't? Also Satan can provoke anyone. Afterall in the end of day he is our biggest enemy.' Cameron said and she nodded her head in understanding.

'Then what should I do?' Ayat asked

'Say no to him and if he really like you then tell him to come to your house with alliance.' Cameron said and Ayat stood up then smiled

'How you alway have solution to my every problem.' Ayat said while smiling and he smiled back to her.

'You are best.' Ayat said while they stood looking at each other

'Now come on everyone is waiting for you.' Ayat said then turned over to walked out while he sighed and walked out behind her as well.

Elam was sitting on the sofa while working on laptop. He just had send his first hospital sketch to everyone for approval. After making basic schools in small villages, he decided to make hospital now. He closed his laptop then sighed and got up. He walked out of house for long walk. He reached at park and started running while looking at nature. He felt fresh as he was out for walk after a week. He was smiling running enjoying his time when he stopped and sat down on bench tiredly. He sighed then took our water bottle and started drinking when someone sat next to him.

'Here what you need the most?' Someone said and he snapped head towards a persons who was smiling to him. Then looked at packet he was giving to Elam which was laying in middle of bench.

'Mr Elam have it, that is your need at a moment.' The man said and Elam picked up the packet then opened it while man got up and start walking away and took out his phone.

'Work done.' The man said and walked away while Elam took the thing out from packet and looked at it. It was injection with a bottle. Elam looked at it was realised it was drug. Elam started at it then put it away and got up. He walked back to home and walked inside the door. He was about to went upstairs when Jannat called out to him.

'Elam.' Jannat called out and he stopped then looked at her and tried to hide packed on his side

'Do you want to eat?' Jannat asked

'No.' Elam said then quickly turned over to walk but Jannat got hold of his hand.

'What's in your hand?' Jannat asked and he turned over then looked at her

'N..nothing.' Elam said but Jannat looked at him then moved his hand and took out packet from it then opened it and took out injection. She shocked looked back at him.

'It's not that way it look like, someone gave me in the park.' Elam said nervously and she was looking at him.

'Really, then why you didn't throw it away. Why you was hiding?' Jannat screamed asked and he looked at her

'No it's nothing like that. I only bring it because I can't throw it in bin just randomly in park what if someone misuse it. I will give it to police as soon I could.' Elam said

'Then why you was hiding?' Jannat asked and he sighed

'For your reaction, which you just have given me. You will not believe me.' Elam said and Jannat looked at him then sighed

'No I believe you Elam, it's just no body is your friend at a moment, you are in danger.' Jannat said

'I know that Jannat.' Elam said and they looked at each other.

'And I am worried for you.' Jannat said and he surprised looked at her while tears started forming in her eyes.

'And why you worried for me?' Elam asked

'Why I have to say it? Why can't you just understand it.' Jannat said annoyed

'But I am not understanding you.' Elam said and she looked at him

'Then go to hell Elam.' Jannat screamed then angrily turned over and walked out while Elam sighed and walked back to his room.

They were sleeping when in middle of night Jannat felt him moving then he started hissing in pain. Jannat eyes flew opened when he moved away the dovet and sat up. Jannat quickly got up and turned on the lights and looked at him who was sitting. He was shaking while she quickly got off the bed and walked towards his sight.

'Elam what happen?' Jannat asked but he hissed in pain.

'Are you okay?' Jannat asked again and he looked at her and he was sweating really badly as well.

'It's hurting Jannat.' Elam said and stood up.

'I need it.' Elam screamed and started looking thought drawer. Jannat was worried looking at him when he took out a packet from a drawer. Jannat looked at it and it was same packet which he got in the morning from park. While Elam took out the injection when Jannat came back in her senses then quickly ran towards him.

'What the hell you are doing?' Jannat screamed asked but he kept quite and took our drug to put inside injection. Jannat quickly hand on his hand to stopped and he looked at her.

'Leave Jannat.' Elam said and she stayed still looking dead in his eyes

'No I will not.' Jannat said

'Please Janant I need it, I will die without it.' Elam said then moved away her hand. Jannat again tries took out from his hand and he snatched back while they started fighting.

'Jannat I said leave it.' Elam screamed

'No, you are not taking that.' Jannat said back while they were fighting.

'Jannat stop being heartless.' Elam screamed and snatched it out from her hand then moved towards his arm to put when Jannat angrily walked towards him and slapped him across the face. He was already shaking so lose his balance and fell down on the ground while injection fell down and got broken.

'I said you are not putting it.' Jannat screamed back angrily while he sat still on floor in a helpless position but stayed quite. Jannat looked at him then ran towards him and sat down next to him then took his shaky body in her arms.

'Elam I am not brave enough to lose you, I can't lose you.' Jannat said while pat on his back to clam him down.

'But I am in so much pain Jannat. I can't tolerant that much pain. Please have mercy on me.' Elam said helplessly begging to her when she started crying.

'I know Elam you are in pain but it only for while, please be brave.' Jannat said while crying and hugging him tightly.

'I am so worthless now even for you. I won't be able to control my urges and will hurt you and everyone around me.' Elam confessed his fear while still shaking

'No you can't be worthless Elam for me. You never can. You are best thing of my life.' Jannat whispered while crying and then there was silence and they sat there hugging each other.

'I am scared Jannat.' Elam whispered said breaking a silence and she sighed.

'Don't worry, Everything will be fine. I will not let my Elam to lost in darkness. Not today not ever. You are my light Elam, you are my strength, you are my happiness, you are my warmth, you are my patience fruit, you are my everything to me. Jannat is nothing with Elam and Jannat will be nothing without Elam. I will take you out from here....I will take your out from this pain.' Jannat said while crying and they sat there. Then she moved him away then make him stood up and gave him support from shoulder and walked towards bed. She made him sat down on the bed then walked towards her side and laid down. Then she turned off the light and then laid down next to him and hugged him again. Then she read Aytal Kursi (Quran's Ayats)and blow on him and closed her eyes while hugging each other they fell into deep sleep.

She slowly opened her eyes and stared then she moved but something was stopping. She looked and Elam's face came in her view and she looked at him. He was sleeping while holding her in his arms. She looked at him then she remembered last night. She remembered his pain and helplessness and sadness took place over her face. She stared at him then moved her hand and touched his face. She stared at his face for few seconds then she slowly moved towards him and started kissing him on his face madly while crying. Tears were flowing from her eyes while few fell on his face but she kept kissing him because only thing matter to her was him. She wanted to make sure he was fine and he was actually laying down next to her. Then she moved away and stared at him when he slowly opened his eyes and looked at her whereas her heart skip a beat. She quickly wanted to moved away but he still was holding her. She panicked and nervously looked down while he kept staring at her. She tired to came out from his grip but it was too hard when she felt his hand moving then he pulled her face up to looked at him. Their eyes met when with his warm hands cleaned away her tears. He cleaned away her tears then looked at her when she quickly moved away finally breaking his gold and ran towards restroom. She locked the restroom' s door while breathing heavily then closed her eyes.

'Oh god, Was he awake when I was kissing him?' Jannat whispered asked then slide down and sat down on floor with the door. Meanwhile Elam was stayed laid in shock while his face was still burning and he still can felt his lips all over his face.
