Jannat stepped out from the car then looked up at his work building. It was huge black building amazing structure and designed. Then she looked back at driver and ask him go away whereas he drive away then she sighed and slowly walked inside the building. She walked towards reception and a man standing there looked up at her.

'Can I meet to Elam Farooq.' Jannat said and he nodded his head in yes

'Do you have appointment with him Madam.' He asked

'I am his wife.' Jannat said

'Oh...sure I will ask him.' Receptionist said then picked up the phone and talk to him. Then he put away the phone and show the Jannat director to go. Jannat muttered thank you then start walking. She walked inside the lift then pressed his floor button while lift started going up. It stopped on his office floor and she came out then start walking. She stopped in front of glass door of his office then sighed. Then she looked at a beautiful young women sitting on table which was next to his office door. Jannat smiled to her whereas she stood up.

'I am Milaha. Do you need any help?' Milaha asked politely

'Is Elam free inside?' Janant asked to double check

'Yes Ma'am, he is. That is reason he call you but I can double check for you if you want me to.' Milaha said smiling

'Yeah please just ask for me once more. Tell him Jannat here.' Jannat said and she nodded her head in yes then picked up the phone.

'Hello Sir. There is Miss Jannat for you to meet with you. Are you free?' Milaha asked and then next second she heard the phone shut off without any answer. Milaha confused put away the phone then looked at Jannat who was also confused.

'He cut off the phone.' Milaha said and Jannat was about to say something when the office door opened and they both looked at him.

'How many times you are going to ask Jannat to meet me. I am your husband why you acting you are meeting some stranger.' Elam said and she surprised and embarrassed looked down because he was right when he got hold of her hand and pulled her inside.

'Milaha please send two cup of coffee for us.' Elam said and Milaha who was also surprised came back in her senses then nodded her head in yes meanwhile Elam closed the door behind and they both entered inside. Elam walked towards the table whereas she was dragged behind him slowly but she was looking at her hand in his warm hands so softly and carefully. Her all attention was on her hand in his hand while she felt butterflies in her stomach. He stopped in front of table then looked back at her and she quickly looked up at him looking away from their hands when he looked at her from top to bottom. She was wearing black dress with heels, headscarf and light makeup. Janant looked at him checking her out and she started feeling nervous. They were going on some dinner party again today for Elam's political party event and she wants to look best while standing with him today. She was standing thinking when he moved her closer to her still holding her hand and her eyes widen with shock while she can felt his warm breath on her face.

'Don't make any stupid mistake like last time and hide away yourself.' Elam said and she slowly looked up meet with his eyes.

'You will not make any stupid mistake this time, Right Jannat.' Elam asked and she slowly nodded her head in yes whereas they both were looking deep in each other eyes when she felt his other hand under her chin made her looked up. She was standing looking at him when he slowly leaned towards her. Her heart started beating rapidly and without wasting a second she slowly closed her eyes whereas he stared at her. Then he slightly smiled then leaned more forwards while she can felt his hot breath really near her lips and her breath stopped. Her legs started shaking slightly but with feeling of nervousness the feeling of excitement were greater. She was waiting for him when the door opened and her eyes flew up while they looked at door. Milaha was standing there with two cup of coffee in her hands. She looked at her then awkwardly stood there whereas Jannat was about to moved away from him to create distance between them when he got hold of her from her waist leaving her hands and moved her closer to him. She shocked looked at him who was so calm looking at Milaha.

'Please Miss Milaha come in. Leave the coffee on table.' Elam order and Milaha came back in the senses then slowly walked inside and leave the coffee on table then walked off. As soon she was out Elam looked back at her then smiled while she was so shocked looking at him with his actions today. He was acting different today. She was shocked standing when he leaned forwards towards her and stopped next to her ear.

'Just few seconds before when you close your eyes, were you want me to kiss you?' Elam whispered asked and she felt her whole world stopped around her. Because of closeness between them she felt her body start shaking and she quickly got hold of him from his shirt around his waist tightly to balance herself. She stood still without a word on her place when he moved away and looked at her in eyes.

'You are not going to answer me.' Elam asked while looking at her while she gulped in nervously but still was unable to say anything.

'Do...Do I ....have to answer.' Jannat let the words slowly come out when he moved his hand and softly got hold her from the back of her head and moved her face even more closer to him while she felt now any minute will fall down on ground if she would not be holding him. Their lips were only few inches away from each other and she felt her whole body getting out of controlled.

'Yeah. If you want me to kiss you then you have to say it. You have to use words for me to understand it because I want to heard from your mouth.' Elam said softly while looking dead in her eyes and she gulped in nervously. She opened and closed her mouth and She tired to say something but nothing came out because he was too close . She was feeling so nervous and under pressure but before she could say anything his phone started ringing. They both looked at phone and she quickly came out from his grip. He looked at her then

loudly annoyed sighed and picked up the phone. Meanwhile Jannat sighed in relived and tired to controlled her shaky legs when he turned over to her.

'Come on, we are getting late.' Elam said then again got hold of her hands and walked out while she also came out surprised behind him.

Jannat was making food in the kitchen while Mrs Sania was sitting watching television with Mr Ayub and Mrs Sultana while Cameron was standing next to Jannat in Kitchen.

'So Did you like living here?' Jannat asked and Cameron nodded his head in yes while sitting on counter.

'Very much.' Cameron replied and Jannat smiled and then their was silence between them.

'What Ayat is studying?' Cameron asked after a while and Jannat surprised looked at him.

'She is looking forwards to studying English in University.' Jannat replied and he nodded his head as Okay.

'What is her hobbies?' Cameron asked while Jannat looked at him.

'Why you are so interested?' Jannat asked while narrowing his eyes and he nervously looked at her.

'No...Nothing like this, she have become my friend so just tying getting to know her.' Cameron said and Jannat started at him.

'I swear.' Cameron added and she nodded her head in yes and got back to her food while they sat in silence. She was cooking when house phone start ringing. She walked out of kitchen then walked and picked up the phone.

'Salam.' Jannat said

'Wasalam, it's me Ibrahim.' Ibrahim said

'Actually Elam is in hospital. Please come to City hospital.' Ibrahim said and Jannat felt whole world stopped around her.

'W...What? W..Why? Why?....What happen to him?' Jannat shutter panicked asked.

'I went to his office and found him unconious. Pleas come as soon as possible .' Ibrahim said

'Okay.' Jannat said and put away the phone then ran towards sitting room and opened the door while they all looked at her pale face.

'What happen to you Jannat?' Mrs Sania asked

'Elam is in hospital.' Jannat said and they all shocked stood up.

'Why? What happen?' Mr Ayub asked

'I don't know we need to reach there.' Jannat said and start crying while they quickly walked out of room and got inside the car. Then within half an hour they reached there while waiting out side of ICU. They were pacing outside worried while waiting when Mr Farooq came there with the family as well.

'What happen?' Mr Farooq asked

'They find him unconscious in his office but what happen to him doctor still need to tell us.' Mr Ayub said while Mrs Malika walked and hugged Jannat. Mr Farooq nodded his head in yes while they all waiting. Within half an hour Doctor walked out and they looked at him.

'Mr Elam's family?' Doctor asked and they nodded their head in yes.

'Well, he soon will be in conscious.' Doctor said and sighed in relived.

'But what happen to him?' Mrs Sania asked worried

'Well we have found drugs in his body. He have been taking 'Ishwpolu' A really dangerous drugs.' Doctor said and they all shocked looked at him.

'What do you mean? Elam don't take drugs.' Mr Farooq said in his defend.

'Indeed we think that as well because nobody take this dangerously drug in heavy potion. Also it look like someone have been giving him with something, as in his coffee or drink. Nevertheless we have called the rehabilitation physician for now. He just had reached and is looking to him and will tell you in more detail.' Doctor said and walked away while they all stood shocked on their places

'Ibrahim, it was your duty to keep him safe. You know he have alot of enemies. I ask you to tell me anything you find different and suspicious.' Mr Farooq angrily asked from Ibrahim who embarrassed looked down.

'Sir, I am sorry but I didn't find anything different and suspicious at all.' Ibrahim said

'Then how all this happen? No body normally can give him drug in his drink or coffee.' Mr Farooq yelled this time and Ibrahim stayed quite

'Any new employer in the office?'Mr Farooq asked

'Not really except his new secretary came two months ago.' Ibrahim said

'Go and find her, now.' Mr Farooq said and Ibrahim walked off while Mr Ayub walked and put hand over his shoulder

'Farooq relax, everything will be fine.'Mr Ayub said and he sighed then nodded his head while again there was silence and they all were waiting. After an hour another doctor came out and they looked at him.

'Well I have check him and in deed there is high amount of drugs in his blood, at least about two month.' Doctor said

'But we never see anything wrong in him?' Mrs Sania asked

'Yeah it is drug which have minor symptoms at a start as in he must have felt dizzy, commonly headache and felt tried but nothing serious .' Doctor said and they just looked at him.

'But what will happen now?' Mrs Malika asked worried while controlling her tears.

'Yeah for the detail please come with me to office.' Doctor said and they nodded their head in yes.

'I will go.' Mrs Malika said quickly

'No you will not. Only me, Mr Ayub will go inside. You all will stay here.' Mr Farooq said and Mr Ayub nodded his head in agreement.

'Please I will come in as well.' Jannat said and they looked at her

'Please.' She said while crying

'Just take her.' Mrs Sania and Mrs Malika also nodded her head in agreement whereas other two sighed, and then they all walked towards doctor and entered in the doctor room.

'Okay, bad thing Ishwpolu is just like any other drug -additive. So he also is addictive to drugs now. His body need drug to survive now as well just like any other drug.' Doctor said and they shocked looking at him while sitting but did not say a word so doctor continued.

'Any...cure?' Mr Ayub slowly asked

'Yes off course, just like any other drug which is addictive. There will be medicine to give him but it will take alot of controlling for him on urge for drugs.' Doctor said then stopped and continued.

'We will start his processor from today. He will feel pain in his whole body, sweating, shaking for not getting drugs. It will be process of mostly for two month as he only have been two months since his body start getting drug but only if he will be able to control.' Doctor said and they nodded their head in yes

'You all need to help him, make sure he don't get drug from anywhere. It's not impossible for him to cure but take alot of patience and pain for him and you as well .' Doctor said and they nodded their head while tears flow out from Jannat's eyes.

'Great, he have transferred to room and you all can meet him and here is medicine you need.' Doctor said while passing the precepsion to them.

'I will come once in every week to check on him. You all be careful and give his medicine on time and take care of him.' Doctor said and they nodded their head then walked out. They reached and everyone looked at them while Mr Farooq told them his condition. They all shocked sat there while crying and worried

Cameron entered inside the hospital while walking towards his room . He was passing from the corridor when she saw Ayat. He stopped and she was standing in front of water tank while waiting in line.

'Ayat.' He called out to her from far and she looked at him. He was looking at her when she quickly ran towards him. She stopped in front of him and start crying while he shocked stood on his place.

'Cameron, Elam brother is not fine. I am scared.' She said while crying and he stood still not moving.

'Ayat, relax. Everything will be fine. You please stop crying.' Cameron said while she looked up at him with teary eyes.

'You Promise me you will make everything fine.' Ayat asked innocently and he nodded his head in yes even he knew his promise will not help Elam to get well soon but it will to Ayat. He thought then spoke up.

'I Promise.' Cameron said while she start smiling with red nose and eyes.

'You are best. Will you always be there for me?' Ayat asked innocent next question and he again slowly nodded his head in yes

'Promise, always with me.' Ayat asked like a child while smiling.

'Yeah Promise. always with you.' Cameron whispered said softly whereas she start smiling . and he start smiling as well.

'Now lets Go. Where is everyone else?' Cameron asked and she nodded her head in yes. Then she filled in glass of water and they start walking towards Elam's room.
