《The Sun Dragon》Coronation

Jacaerys stood next to the statue of the Father, garbed in a red and black doublet with black pants and black shoots. His silver-gold hair, typically kept short, had been combed out by the servants.
The Great Sept of Baelor had been named after the septon-king Baelor the Blessed. It was located at the top of Visenya's Hill, surrounded by a white marble plaza.
It featured a statue of Baelor, which stands tall and serene upon his plinth; his face is a study of benevolence. Large gardens, capable of holding hundreds of people, surround the sept.
The sept had an impressive marble dome structure with seven crystal towers, each of which had bells. Only on momentous occasions, such as the death of a king, were all of them rung. The lofty dome was made of glass and gold and crystal.
Around the doors leading into the building was a raised marble pulpit from which a septon could address a gathering crowd.
Past the doors was the entrance hall of the sept, which is known as the Hall of Lamps. Those entering the hall walk beneath suspended globes of colored leaded glass.
From the entrance hall, through the double-doors, was the sept-proper, with seven broad aisles which meet beneath the dome. It had seven large transepts.
Its floors are made of marble, and great windows of leaded, colored glass, and the seven altars were set about with candles. Different altars were used for different ceremonies, depending on their purpose.
For example, marriages were always conducted at the altar between two towering gilded statues of the Father and the Mother. There were several sets of doors leading into the sept-proper; septons use the Father's Doors, septas the Mother's Doors, and silent sisters the Stranger's Steps.
And for all of its beauty, it seemed cold to Jacaerys. He was glad he had married Visenya in the sept of Sunspear

The nobles of Westeros had come to the coronation of Visenya Targaryen. From Dorne to the North, all of the houses had sent representatives to attend the coronation.
"Her Grace, Visenya Targaryen!" a guard barked and everyone stood up. The Black Dragon blinked when he saw his wife.
Visenya wore a gown that was made of black and scarlet silk with a floaty skirt and bellowing sleeves. She wore a great cloak with the Targaryen sigil and her long white-gold hair in one long braid, rubies and diamonds shining in her hair.
The Dragon of the Desert was not one to go over the top, but for this moment she did.
Visenya walked calmly up to the statues of the Mother and the Father, where the High Septon stood and got on her knees.
"You vow to protect Westeros from any harm?" the High Septon asked.
"I vow to protect Westeros from any harm." the Dragon's Mother said calmly.
"You promise to protect the people of Westeros, from the nobility to the smallfolk?"
"I promise to protect the people of Westeros, all of the people of Westeros." Visenya answered.
"Then rise, Queen Visenya." the High Septon said. Visenya rose up and the High Septon picked up the crown of Aegon the Conqueror, brought back from Dorne, and placed crowned her.
He turned to the Black Knight and put a crown of lightweight jet decorated with rubies on him.
"All Hail Visenya Targaryen, the First of Her Name, Queen of the Andals, the Rhoynar, and the First Men, Lady of the Seven Kingdom, Protectress of the Realm! All Hail Jacaerys Targaryen of House Blackfyre, Prince Consort!" he boomed.
The nobility cheered loudly for the new rulers and the Sun Dragon let a small smile on her face.
She had done it.

8 1152Tales of the Legendary Scholar
They meet in the most unlikely moment and turned their life around. Freidrech newly arrived in his own nation's capital city, which is so foreign to him compared to his village's idyllic and nondiscriminatory atmosphere, after he is forced to come. Now, he is facing a royal prince and tells him to bow. This draws out one of his late father's teachings from the deepest recesses in his mind. "The blood of your great ancestors runs in your veins. Don't easily bow down to anyone, or accept suppression by any being, not even from a monarch, unless you pledge your allegiance to him. Also, giving in to oppression is directly telling the oppressor that you're easy prey and open for manipulation." He is uncertain on how to face this oppression right now. Will he bows or not? What will he do to uphold his father's words while keeping his life safe? As for the prince, Theodrech has nothing to do with Freidrech, so he wishes to let this slip, but the boy opens his mouth and proposes the most ludicrous challenge he ever heard and triggers his curiosity. "I, Freidrech Goederf Gerboud, son of the late Village Chief Louvel Gerboud of Wrilon, will challenge you, Your Highness, to a battle of riddles… If you win, I will not only bow but be your servant for the rest of my life." This amuses the prince. It is the first he met a boy of the same age who is not intimidated by the air of authority he projects. Rather, this boy challenges him. "Why are you so headstrong? In fact, bowing to me is an honor. You saw the King's noble Knights. When they saw me, they bowed," says Theodrech, testing Freidrech. "Allow me to be forward, Your Highness. For me, bowing to a monarch does not guarantee loyalty. If I were you, I rather have men who stand straight in my presence but who got my back, than bowing men who are dreaming of my death," replies Freidrech. The prince’s curiosity increases. A huge smile is seen on his face. Prince Theodrech decides to take Freidrech under his wing. Little did they know, this boy who Prince Theodrech takes in as his confidant and friend in the most ridiculous fashion is someone indispensable in his life and the one who can help him succeed the throne when he almost believes he has lost. Thus, the Tales of the Legendary Scholar begins. ------ o ------ Old Synopsis: A famous ancient adage stated, behind a successful man is a woman BUT… In these lands, the monarchs are seeking not a woman to stand behind them but the man hailed as the Legendary Scholar. Jackson was but a normal american just looking to get by in life. unfortunately for him life had other plans as a terrorist bombing took place in the air port in london where he was getting off at. The resulting explosion killed him instantly, and now he has been reincarnated into the world of Rokna. In this new world of magic, monsters, and conflict join him under his new identity Adimir freelancer the adventurer half-elf as he seeks a way to live out an exciting life of researching new and creative ways of combining magic and science. But with a tyrannical empire beginning to prepare for a bloody war the signs of turmoil begin to loom on the horizon. Adimir will face numerous challenges. Both challenges to those native to this world, and against other people have come from earth. Author's comment: I'll be uprfont with you on the entire war thing that the description hints at. Yes it will eventually happen, and many of the strange and out of place things in the beginning will tie into that. Not that it will be explained until much later in the novel. In fact the first 100 or 200 chapters will be spent on the main character growing stronger as an adventurer before the entire war even begins to start rearing its ugly head. So for those eager for the war to kick off sorry, but there won't be a big explosive war so early. At least not with the empire (although if you read carefully you may be able to pick up signs of how close the war is with what happens in the story). But the wait (I hope) will be worth it as it will be diving into some of the stuff a otherworlder in a significant position of power could do with the right knowledge. With that little warning over with I hope you enjoy this novel of mine. Its my first actual attempt at writing a story for people to read so please keep that in mind. If you have any criticism please tell me. I'd love to read them and will be using them to help me in improving my writing quality as time goes on. Experience is the best teacher after all.
