"So Adrian and Zach will be touring your school today" Alesandro told his children at breakfast.

"Yes about that I'll probably be going with them" Damon said.

"Why" Dante asked not pleased his brother would be about.

"For the drama" he replied like it meant nothing.

"Drama? What have you done now" Dante asked eager for some drama, despite his cold nature, Damon really did have a thing for the dramatics. Some of his best work being when they bullied Lexi, especially when he emailed as Henry saying he wasn't her father.

"Oh you will see" Damon smirked.

Alesandro rolled his eyes, knowing his son had gotten a girls parents bankrupt yesterday, he knew Damon was going in to see her reaction.

"I can't wait" Dante said.

"Don't expect anything to spectacular, there might not be any drama at all" Damon said finishing his coffee.

"I need to get ready for the day" he declared standing up. He wasn't about to skip work to visit the school. Instead he had decided to work earlier and get everything important done by the time he met with Adrian. He also had to get an update on the situation with Zach's mother.

His own mother was in jail, so Zach's would have to do, at least until he could get his hands on her.

At school.

Emilia was feeling better about everything today. Her and Damon were getting along, there was no fights, no one seemed to be angry with her, the new kids weren't at school. She was feeling confident in talking to all her friends, maybe she would do that outside of school though because it was still very crowded.

"You okay" Antonio asked when they met by Sophia's locker. Sophia had a few more signitures to get for her mock debate, she was in the debate team at school.

I'm ok, what about you, your hand

Antonio read what she had put and smiled "I'm fine, it didn't hurt that much. Besides he deserved it. I also didn't know whether I should apologize or not. I didn't want to come across as not thinking you can handle yourself because I know you can but I didn't want to just stand there and let it happen"

Emilia smiled and have him a quick hug

"Thank you for the help" she whispered so quietly and quickly only Antonio saw and heard her.

Sophia joined them after that, explaining her debate topic and how she needed one more signiture.

"It's a nightmare, if I don't get this signiture, I can't argue that the majority of the public or in this case the students are against it" she ranted.

Antonio snickered when he saw how frustrated she was getting "just sign it as someone who hasn't signed yet" he suggested.

"I can't do that. That would be forging a signature and that is illegal"

"Oh right, how about you ask the next person you see who hasn't signed it yet" he suggested.

At that very moment, Dante came up to them.

He had his usual smirk that he reserved for everyone at school. He however dropped it when he reached Emilia and a genuine expression appeared "I have some tragic news" he said.

"So you know how Damon wanted to come, well he will be about during lunch, anyway I just got asked to ask you if you would consider helping out" Dante asked. Since Zach was going to be in Emilia's year and bring cousins, the school thought Emilia would like to help show them around.

Emilia didn't want that though. Damon was going to be there and it was too much pressure for her.

She shook her head slowly.

"Good choice, Damon would only give you a test or something. I'll go tell them now"

He was about to leave again when Antonio pushed Sophia forwards slightly.

"What do you want" Dante asked not wanting to start a long conversation.

"Would you sign this for me" Sophia asked, her voice trembling slightly as she spoke.

Dante glared at her but took the paper, he read threw it and when he saw it was a meaningless school thing he signed it and handed it her back. He walked off without a word.

"Why is your brother coming here doesn't he have more important matters" Sophia asked once Dante left.

"Like the Mafia" Antonio mumbled earning him a glare from Emilia.

"I'm sorry, it's obviously not true, it's just a joke, but rumours are rumours" Antonio explained not wanting to upset Emilia.

I'm going to class

She left not wanting to talk to her friends.

She kept mostly to herself however she had a ton of stuff on her mind.

Damon and the mafia rumours, sure he was scary but the rumours were about a man who carried a stuffed toy, who held her and told her he was always there, a man who jumped into a lake to save her, a man who played video games and arcade games at her request. He couldn't be a part of the Mafia, but she wouldn't let herself be fooled because he showed her the nice parts, he was also a man who had serious anger issues, he even scared Dante when he really got going, a man who owned a gun, a man who was sinical and lacked emotion.

She decided she wouldn't believe it until she had proof and not just a rumour.

Her mind also wandered to the tattoo. It was more than just a gun and snake. Now that she had her phone back she could research it but what if it was all a trap. She couldn't afford to search it. She decided to ask Antonio when she could. He might know.

Her friends weren't in the last class before lunch however Luca was and as soon as the bell rang he came to her "sorry about the other day, you wasn't meant to get caught inn the cross fire" he said.

She nodded in acceptance wanting to go to lunch.

"Let me walk you to the cafeteria" he offered.

He seemed genuine so Emilia let him. They were walking down a hallway when Zach came up to them, almost running. He was excited to start a new school. Adrian and Damon were in the distance talking to the principal.

"Isn't it great Emilia, I'll be in your year" Zach said happily.

"Let's go Emilia, you don't need to be talking to someone like him" Luca said a hint of disgust in his tone.

"And what's that suppose to mean" Zach said crossing his arms but Luca rolled his eyes and pulled her off to the cafeteria.

He tried to lead her to his table but Sophia was stood near the door waiting for Emilia.

"There you are, come on. We got you food" she said staring down at Luca's hand that was holding Emilia's arm.

Not wanting to cause a scene especially with her brothers sat across the cafeteria watching he let go and went off to his friends.

"Come on Emmy let's get lunch" Sophia led her to their table.

Zach stood watching where the boy had taken Emilia too. He turned back, his father and cousin were to far away to see clearly or here it but Zach wasn't happy with how the boy spoke.

He realised it was lunch time so she most likely went to the cafeteria.

"The school seems great and it's really my dad's decision, is it okay if I go see my cousins " Zach asked the principal.

"It's fine by me, it's up to your father" the principal replied.

"Yeah go ahead Zach"

"Why don't I show him the way after all Im not really needed at the current moment " Damon offered.

The principal agreed and soon Damon was leading Zach to the cafeteria, he stood in the entrance way, no one noticed him, no one cared enough as they were all eating and talking to friends.

Zach went into the cafeteria. Looking around he spotted Dante and Matteo with their friends, mainly the jocks of the school, Dante even had a cheerleader sat on his lap. He rolled his eyes and scanned the room for Emilia. Thankfully she wasn't sat with that boy. But she was sat awfully close to another one.

He walked over. He decided to test out how the boy sat next to her would react. Would he be the same as the other boy.

"I'm going to be in your year Emilia,, isn't that great"

The group looked up at him. Emilia nodded in agreement to his question.

"What's your name" Hailey asked.

"Zach"

"Pizza or burgers" Evan asked.

"Pizza?"

"Hot weather or cold weather" Lucy asked.

"Hot?"

"Favourite subject" Sophia asked

"English literature"

"He had me at pizza" Evan jumped in.

"How do you guys know each other" Antonio asked.

Emilia wrote down a reply

Cousins, he's joining the school, he will be in our year, is it okay if he sits with us

"Take a seat" Sophia said.

"Want me to move, so you can sit next to each other" Antonio asked.

Before a reply could be given, Brittney came storming over with her minions close behind.

"You don't want to be sitting with them, you want to be with someone of similar stature" she said putting her arm on his shoulder.

"Oh please, if I want a std I'll come and find you" he said waving her off.

Emilia couldn't help snicker. She knew then there would be no boring day with Zach around.

"You! You stupid whore, is there nothing else you can do apart from run to your brother. He made my parents loose their job, we are practically bankrupt. You know he only did it for his image, he doesn't love you" she snapped.

Big mistake.

Emilia wasn't going to let her get away with it.however she was terrified.

"Don't just sit there you stupid bitch" and she slapped her at that.

That caused chaos.

Only Dante and Matteo never got up as they saw a fuming Damon. They decided to sit back and watch.

"How fucking dare you" Zach said walking towards Brittney, only Emilia grabbed his arm stopping him. She took his place and walked forward. This also stopped Damon as he wanted to see what was done. He leaned against a wall watching what his little sister would do. His slleves rolled up and his arms crossed, his pristine hair had fallen into a mess making him look even more dangerous as he watched on.

Emilia slapped Brittney, not caring she had just been freed from the grounding she got at start of the week.

"You fucking bitch"

A small fight broke out, Damon's first priority was helping his sister so he quickly split the fight up pulling Emilia away from behind. Unfortunately she never saw him so she struggled on his grip not liking bring touched. He didn't feel a thing when she struggled but it was rather annoying so he spoke up "I presume you're pissed at my sister because I put your parents out of business. Hm I wonder how they will feel when I tell them it was your fault. I understand it must be frustrating not being able to attend this school but if your parents had of done the job in the first place this wouldn't have happened " he spoke in a cold tone. Emilia instantly relaxed and Damon let go.

He took several steps closer to the girl, he leaned down and whispered "i hope you learnt your lesson.....never fuck with me or my family" his voice was dark and deadly, it held so much authority that it had Brittney complying and the audience in shock.
