Emilia and Antonio got their food like normal but headed back to their table a different way, this time past Britney, when Emilia reached her she 'tripped' and unfortunately her food went all over Britneys top.

Antonio then pretended to trip over Emilia and his water landed on Britneys hair.

Unfortunately for Emilia she got hit by some of the water too.

The whole cafeteria were either laughing, whispering or had their phones out. Antonio had messaged Sophia beforehand and got her to record it all.

Dante and Matteo were watching from their table and laughed to themselves. "Do you think she did that on purpose" Matteo asked.

"I genuinely don't know, it looked it but it's Emilia but then again she is around Mason more these days" Dante said.

"Either way that was amazing" Matteo replied.

Britney was annoyed, she stood "why you little bitch"

"I really don't think you're in a position to call anyone a bitch" Antonio said.

Britney snickered "still defending her even though she slept with god knows how many people"

"One I know that's utter bullshit and two even if it was true I'd still defend her because I couldn't care less, I suppose it must be hard though knowing Emilia is liked more than you" Antonio said coldly.

"Fine. I know it's not bullshit that your mum didn't love you and that your dad is keeping you around because of pity, I bet even your oldest brother doesn't want you"

Emilia didnt like this one bit, she didn't even think, instead she punched Britney, she was alot more confident now Lexi was gone.

"Holyshit Em" Antonio commented.

Dante was up in an instant. He wanted to know exactly what that bitch had said.

"Why you little...." She started but Antonio cut her off.

"Are you sure you want to finish that sentance, I mean your little crush is behind you"

At this Britney turned around and gulped "hi Dante"

Dante looked at her with annoyance "what happened Em" he asked.

"Nothing. I don't want to talk about it"

"Well one of you is going to tell me" he said.

Emilia shook her head to Antonio. He respected her wishes and said "sorry but if she doesn't want to tell you "

Before anything else could be said, a teacher walked in. Someone had gone and got a teacher.

She had Britney, Antonio and Emilia follow much to Dante's annoyance.

In the principals office, they had to talk about how violence wasn't accepted, which Antonio countered that she was bullying Emilia.

In the end after watching the CCTV back it saw Emilia throwing the first punch and only punch so the principal decided that to make things fair all three would be suspended the rest of the day and the next two days, then they would have two weeks detention.

So he called their parents, Britneys came first, they weren't happy that their daughter had been punched and wanted to sue until the principal had slyly mentioned how 'he would need to make her father, Alesandro Russo aware'. Hearing his name they quickly shut up.

Antonio left after his dad gave him permission to walk home as he was at work.

Only minutes later did Damon walk in, looking very pissed.

"My father couldn't make it so tell me, what has my sister done that warrents a 2 and a half day suspension and a 2 week detention" he said.

"Well she punched another student" the principal said.

"And what did this other student do" Damon asked.

"There was a bit of bullying going on but as you know we don't accept violent behaviour and we take it seriously, we would have done more about the incident the other week but as requested we left you to handle it" the principal spoke.

"Very well, I am aware of the school policies. We will talk at home Emilia, let's go"

Emilia silently followed him. She needed stuff from her locker but she was scared to ask. She decided she had all her essential books and items in her bag already.

She hadn't spoken to Damon since Saturday. Since she had said his name after Lexi had told everyone that Emilia was mentally unstable, violent and dangerous.

He definitely thought it was true now. She had proven her sister right.

The car journey home was tense, Damon was in a crap mood due to his hangover and needing to work, unfortunately Alesandro couldn't pick Emilia i up as he had taken Lexi to the meeting at the psych hospital.

So he sent Damon, in attempts to finally get them talking.

When they reached home, Damon stopped her before she could go to her room

"Before you go to your room I want an explanation" he said.

Emilia didn't reply. She wasn't going to get all deep with Damon.

"Cut the bullshit Emilia, I know you're talking now so anwser me when I ask you a question "

She didn't say a thing, instead she walked off.

"Don't you dare walk away from me Emilia, Im not messing about"

She left anyway.

He followed "I'm being serious Emilia, if you were being bullied then get your brothers, you can't go around punching people, now get back here and explain yourself or you will be in trouble for hitting her regardless of whether she deserved it"

Emilia turned around "just leave me alone Damon"

"Not until you tell me what that bitch did to you, I can have her removed from the school if she's causing you problems"

"She did nothing, I punched her, I went up to her, I purposely spilled me food on her, she got defensive so I punched her" Emilia said harshly.

"Did she bully you, you need to be honest with me here"

"No. She only snapped at me because I dumped my food on her"

"Very well, you are grounded"

She honestly didn't expect him to be this lenient with her. "How long for"

"Until I see fit. And don't even try ask dad to unground you because it isn't going to work. I understand you're going through a lot but you are responsible for your own actions and so you will be punished for them" he told her with no emotion

"What are you going to do" Emilia causiously asked.

"I've already told you, you are grounded"

She couldn't help sigh in relief, she thought he was building up to something painful.

She wasn't sure what a grounding actually was though because whenever Henry said it he would lock her up for a week.

She didn't think Damon would do that because Alesandro wouldn't allow him to do that.

"If you want your grounding to end I suggest you come and talk to me about it, otherwise I suggest you go do your homework or something" he said, he knew there was more to the story but he wasn't going to let her off especially when she said she had thrown her food on her and punched her, it was quite plausible that the girl was only angry because she was covered in food.

"Where are you going" she dared to ask when he walked off past her.

"Well since I've got to stay home now you're here, I'm going back to bed" his head was killing, he had a hangover still.

"Ok" she didn't say anything else, she headed to her room to do her homework.

Damon sighed as he entered his room, his head hurt, the lights were to bright and he just couldn't with today. He decided he would let her do her homework then he would take her electronics away after that. Of course if she needed them for school work he would give them back.

His head hurt so bad that he simply took of his jacket, tie and shoes and collapsed onto the bed, his shirt was slightly unbuttoned now, he just didn't have it in him to take off his clothes off.

Emilia spent the next few hours doing her homework. She saw a bunch of messages from her friends asking if she was okay and everything.

She quickly sent a reply

I'm okay, just suspended but grounded at home

She then switched it off not wanting to anwser questions.

After a few hours past there was a knock at her door, she hesitantly anwsered. Damon was there.

"So once you have done with your homework, you are not to use your electronic devices" he said letting himself into her room. He didn't see the point removing them since he knew she wouldn't use them if he said not to.

"You can still watch TV I suppose but at 9 you will go to bed"

"What are you doing "

"Well since I couldn't get anymore sleep I decided to come tell you what is expected when grounded" he said, he was calmer now but his voice still lacked emotion.

"Okay" she was beyond nervous.

"So as I was saying extra chores, no electronics, you will be in bed by 9 from now on, no messing about like the prank you pulled on Dante. No going out unless it's out in the garden. Oh and no argueing, if I tell you to do something you will do it " he explained.

Emilia was fine until the last sentence.

"What are you going to tell me to do " she dared ask.

"Chores. I don't want to hear you complain or argue about doing them"

"Oh okay I won't"

"Good"

"Why the grounding though " Emilia regretted asking instantly. She would probably have to explain.

"Because you hit someone, you claim she wasn't bullying you and it was all you, which I don't believe as I know you don't just go around punching people but since you're saying it was all you I have no choice but to discipline you" he told her harshly not liking that he had been questioned.

"Discipline me?"

"Yes god are you slow, you are being disiplined in the form of a grounding"

"You don't need to call me slow " she said a little offended by that.

"Really because I've had to tell you that you're grounded several times now. Would you like me to repeat it one more time" he said then there was a short pause before he continued "you are being disiplined in the form of being grounded for your actions" he said darkly.

"Sorry" she whispered realizing he was right.

"Yes well whilst I am aware of your past I will be treating you just the same because I do not believe you should get away with harming something without any consequences, of course if you told me what happened there would be no grounding and I'd sort that girl out"

"I did it, it was me not her"

She wasn't prepared to tell him what had happened. She already thought he believed Lexi so of course he wouldnt believe her.

"Ok then you will remain grounded"

He didn't believe it was her because he knew she would have to be worked up to hit someone but he grounded her because she had admitted to doing it without being bullied. He would definitely be looking into that girl though and probably sueing her parents.

He may not have known what had happened but he wasn't going to let it go and completely blame Emilia like she wanted. No, he would make that family pay, he would sue their parents business or whoever it is they do and they will be forced to pull their daughter out of that school.
