《the unwanted twin》chapter 11

It was almost end of lunch when Lexi decided she couldn't stand to see her sister being acknowledged as a person.
It was too risky to mess with her though, especially with Dante on the other side of the cafeteria.
She had a plan though, a cunning plan. Bianca had explained to her who the people to talk to and who to avoid.
Luca was one of the ones she was told to avoid. He only sticks to his friend group, he hates everyone and Lexi had heard Emilia had a run in with him him first period, so she was already on his bad side.
She got up and walked over to Luca' table. The whole cafeteria stopped and looked.
There was a few unspoken rules in this school.
Rule 1. Under no circumstances mess with the Russo brothers.
Rule 2. Dont approach Luca and his friends.
They weren't considered dangerous like the Russo brothers but they were not friendly.
It caught Dante's eye and he knew he should stop his sister but he wanted to see Luca have a go at her.
Matteo was about to stand to go stop his little sister but Dante pulled him down"she's not a little girl, besides free entertainment" of course Dante wasn't completely heartless, if Luca so much as touched her he would be over there beating the shit out of him.
"Oh I talked to her this morning, she's going around telling everyone she's the Russo brothers sister" Evan said and Emilia and her new friend group watched on.
It then hit Emilia that they didn't know she was their sister either.
It made her smile simply because she knew Dante and Matteo were popular and her new friends weren't using her.
"I would hate to be part of that family" Lucy added.
"God imagine if the rumours are true " Antonio said.

This peeked Emilia's interest as she gave Antonio a confused look.
"Mafia" he whispered.
Emilias eyes widened. Surely not. But then Damon and Dante did have the whole cold hearted serial killer vibe going on.
She looked at them, catching Dantes eye. He didn't smile, instead he glared at her and then turned his attention back to Lexi.
Lexi was busy telling Luca a made up story. Luca listened carefully, knowing the words out of Lexi's mouth were bullshit.
According to Lexi, Emilia had been going around telling people that Luca and Emilia were together.
His friends tried not to laugh as they played along.
Luca knew Lexi had told him this because of the rumours of his supposedly last girlfriend, it was more of a regular hook up for him but thrn she was moving away so she made it out like they were dating and of course she then left, everyone thought he had done something but the truth was, she was living in Spain with her family now.
"Well I guess I better go talk to her" Luca said, he wanted to see what the point to her story was.
"Okay, just don't be too harsh. I thought it best you knew now" Lexi said putting her hand on his shoulder for comfort.
"Surely if you didn't want anything happening you wouldn't have told me" Lucas played along.
"Ugh fine, she needs to know it's not okay to be such a bitch can you please shut her up for me, I'll return the favour"
Now Luca was the third biggest player at the school. It wouldn't take many guesses as to who the top two were. But he was repulsed by Lexi's actions.
"Sureee I'll shut her up" he said and got up.
Everyone watched in anticipation as to what he would do.

"Not that she can be shut up further, the girl is mute" he muttered.
"Why is he coming here" Sophia said in panic.
"I bet she said something about us" Hailey said.
Emilia knew. It was obvious her sister had gotten Luca on her side.
Dante and Matteo were up in seconds when they saw were Luca was headed.
"Why are the Russo brothers staring at us" Lucy said shakely. They were worse than Luca.
Not wanting to cause a scene the brothers didn't go over, they observed from a distance but we're ready if something were to happen.
Luca sat next to Emilia causing whispers to break out. "So apparently we are together or some shit, that's what you have been telling people" Luca started.
"She's mute, she's not told anyone anything" Antonio defended.
"Oh I know, but hey it's fun to mess with people" Luca replied.
"Your sister has it out for you, god she's a bitch" Luca whispered to Emilia, he had a feeling she didn't want her friends to know.
Emilia was suprised by this, no one ever saw what a bitch she was before.
"Anyway she wants me to shut you up and since we are apparently together " Luca said with a grin. He didn't think to much, he simply kissed her cheek. He didn't want her to think it meant anything but he wanted to piss Lexi off.
Dante was having none of that and he stormed over.
"Oh crap he's coming here" Lucy whispered when she saw him.
Dante didn't acknowledge her friends, he just grabbed Luca and threw him across the cafeteria.
Emilia shuddered at how he had grabbed and flung Lucas over halfway across the cafeteria like it was nothing
"Mafiaaa" Antonio whispered.
Emilia shook her head refusing to believe it.
Dante was busy beating the crap out of Luca.
"Osa toccare di nuovo mia sorella e ti ucciderò"
"Sister" Antonio exclaimed.
Emilia quickly wrote please don't hate me.
Sophia glared at her friends "of course not, you're our friend but are your brother's you know...."
Emilia shook her head, she didn't know how wrong she was.
"Dante enough" Matteo said trying to get his brother to stop before he killed him.
Dante didn't stop.
"Damon won't be happy" Matteo tried again.
This got Dante's attention "you know after yesterday I don't think he would mind too much" Dante said refering to the fact that Damon had ruined the boys lives who had grabbed her arm and hit on her at the mall.
They weren't dead of course, but they suffered.
Matteo sighed, he knew Damon would be annoyed at the fight but he would be hell of a lot more pissed at Luca.
He glanced round at everyone watching until he saw Emilia. She was terrified, her friends were trying to comfort her but she wouldn't stop shaking. He looked back at Dante who was beating a now bloody and unconcious Luca.
Matteo wasn't as strong as Dante, he didn't take part in this life so much only when absolutely necessary but he was annoyed and that meant he didn't care.
"Dante stop this now" he said for the last time
Dante didn't like bring told what to do. Matteo didn't give him a chance to anwser though, instead he grabbed Dante and pulled him off Luca who was coming too.
"How dare you" Dante spat
"Oh don't start that shit with me, I'm telling dad and Damon"
"Tell them, they will be on my side" Dante said.
Matteo nodded "we'll see...you mean well but you went too far"
