It's been 20 minutes since Hiro got to the hospital. They've been doing tests and asking questions to Hiro to figure out what might’ve been happening.

“How long have you had these symptoms?”

“I've had them since I was 15”

“Did you or someone you were around a lot smoke?”

“Yeah, my older brother smokes. He still lives with my parents, so I've lived with him up until this year.”

“Alright, so I've got a bit of bad news.”

“What is it?”

“You've got lung cancer. We're pretty sure that it's already in stage 4. There isn't much that we can do to cure it with how far it's come. I'm sorry to say, but you don't have much time left.”

“Wait, how much time?”

“With what we gathered, around 2-3 weeks.”

“Alright, enough to be able to say goodbye to everyone. Thank you for taking your time to figure all of this out.”

“No problem. I'll fill your friend in on what we found out, and then he can come in.”

“Alright.”

After Clarence was filled in on Hiros condition, he called Robin and told him what was happening. Robin was really distressed and blamed himself for not seeing Hiro's condition. Robin called Hiro's parents and told them what was happening to Hiro and all of them decided to go meet Hiro in 4 days.

Meanwhile, Clarence and Hiro were talking to each other to distract Hiro.
