'Time passes by so quickly when you're happy or enjoying yourself and yet you're able to feel every second, as the clock tick and tocks when you're life's not going well enough.
But you know one thing...every second, every minute, every hour, every day, every week, every month, and every year...they don't always remain the same. Time does pass, slowly or quickly, but it does, and things go up and down too...and so, never lose hope in any of the times.'
Jungkook had no idea how much time had passed by. No idea, whether it was evening or morning. No idea whether he was alive or dead. All he knew, was that he would soon be sold off.
However, there was a tiny spark, somewhere deep inside his scarred heart, a tiny spark that carried hope, that he'd be saved. Right now, if you'd ask him, what he wants, happiness or safety? He'd choose the latter, cause the first will be directly achieved once he'd be safe.
His arms and legs were numb and even his neck felt like it was broken. His clothes were still wet, his head clouded with what seemed like an endless train of muddled-up thoughts and emotions. His heart no longer felt that it once beat against the walls, rather, it felt suffocated and numb.
He knew nothing, nothing at all except that he had now begun to hear some faint noises, voices, laced with excitement? Yeah, sure, he was being sold off, for maybe lump some amount of money or maybe for drugs.
He tried, tried to open his eyes and look, but he could gain no energy. Not having eaten anything for 2 days straight, not even a single drop of water passed through his throat, it was all like a real nightmare, one happening with open eyes. Oh boy, how bad he wanted this to end.

The general police officer and a troop of soldiers stood in front of BTS. The plan was ready, none of the six boys had slept the last night, for they were too busy making up, forming, and recreating a plan, a solid plan, that had a 99% chance of success. Forget the rest 1%, for it didn't matter, at least right now, when their eyes shone with the burning rage wanting nothing but vengeance.
GENERAL- We'll surely do our best, V, don't worry.
V or Tae simply smirked and nodded, the evil smirk perfectly hidden under his mask. Dressed in black, top to bottom, with aviator black glasses held on his pointy nose, he looked over to his Hyungs, who were all set, waiting by their bulletproof black van.
V- Thanks, general. Just remember to follow the plan, and nothing would go wrong.- His tone was no longer cold, but like a combination of ice and fire. His eyes were bloodshot, no, not cause he was afraid or sad but because of the fire within his heart.
Fire, can turn everything and everyone into ash if not controlled.
The general simply nodded and headed to the troop's van. While V headed to the rest of the boys.
JM- Ready, are you?
V- As of course. Come on, let's go, we need to hide on time too.
The others nodded and sat inside, as Jimin began to drive.

Yugyeom was standing, a few feets away from the basement's door. He stood there, on guard, but oh, only if they knew, that there was soon going to be a blast. Boom! And everything would change. He smiled slightly under his mask and looked over to his right, where another 2 feet away, his boyfriend stood. They had eye contact for about 2 seconds before they looked straight in the direction where the big gate opened, and there came the fat ass, his belt stuck on the front inside his pant, wearing a yellow shirt, matching his teeth. He walked, more like trotted, his heavy footsteps making their way towards the basement's door, where Jungkook was, in darkness, two of his men following from behind, holding flashlights.

???- HELLLOOOO JEONN!!! HOW ARE YOU DOING? -That's what Yugyeom heard, before the basement's door closed. His nerves twitched as he prayed, for the boss not to do anything more to the already suffering poor boy in there.
...
The ones who were guarding stood aside and the boss went closer, chuckling to himself and muttering a few words that weren't clear enough. However, soon, he held the boy by his hair.
He said something and then let Jungkook's head loll down.

It was 9 around the night, and darkness engulfed the area. Dark, was all the others would see but not for the boys as BTS watched with their laser glasses, everything that was happening around the warehouse. There were no windows, no sign of any light, but there was an orangish-yellow glow, inside, the lamps. It was all like an abandoned building in the late 1900s except it was the present. BTS watched like hawks waiting for their prey, mics, and earpieces attached.
SUGA- That's the car, right. Follow it. -he said as soon as he saw a vehicle approaching.
V pointed his gun, aiming straight at the army green SUV, and 'boom' as the tracker attached itself to the back of the SUV.
V- Track it.
HOSEOK- Right on it.
...
HOSEOK- Okay, here it goes.
They shifted their eyes to the computer screen, as the SUV made its way through the warehouse gates and inside it. There was a camera attached to the tracker, which helped them to see the area as well as the way security is being managed. Three big doors, and then came the main inside of the warehouse in view. There were guards all around, three tunnels going straight into darkness, in all different directions, just like a maze. And so, BTS formulated a plan as soon as the SUV stopped and the people got off.
Alright.
V- On the count of three. *into the mic* 3! 2! 1! NOW!
It took them just a minute, as they dashed in separate directions, all running so fast yet being able to hide from being caught, it seemed like a tiger searching for prey, except this time it was a whole group of hungry animals. (SOUNDS FAR-FETCHED, BUT OKAY, KEKE~)
V- Wait for the signal, hide!
All of them hid, in their own locations.
That's when the red dot appeared on their wristbands.
V- Now! *into the mic*
Silent gunshots(guns with silencers), a few kicks, cracked up bones and slow groans were all it took before the guards in their own separate areas were on the ground.
Another blue dot appeared on their wristbands, the sign from none other than Yugyeom's boyfriend who had his place in the control rooms, checking the cameras and keeping up with BTS.
NAMJOON- *into the mic* I'm entering.
SUGA- Carefu-shit!
Sirens began as Namjoon touched the gates. He hid immediately, but...siren meant alert for everyone who was in the meeting, inside.
Alert.

Palus Somni
It is the final days after the end of the world and you only have one month left before the last sanctuary erupts into chaos. There's a dead body hanging from a tree and cadaverous giants watch you sleep at night. The end is already here, you just don't know it yet. Now rated in the top 3% of all novels on Royal Road! Palus Somni (‘Marsh of Sleep’) is a worldbuilding webnovel about what happens when your God forsakes you. Inspired by gothic horror and mingled with British myth and folklore, join the Alucinari nuns as they struggle with day-to-day life after the world has ended. Every night when the sun sets the monstrous Gol, colossal beings with too many teeth, awaken and roam the marshlands. Only those with a faithful heart will be spared. Young acolyte Wille has never seen the walls fail, but when a fellow nun is murdered within their sanctum the very safety of the monastery is thrown into question. Did the Gol find a way to breach their defences, or is there a human traitor amongst them? The answer lies both far in the past and deep beneath the earth, through the maze of ancient catacombs. With a cast of over thirty different characters, watch as your friends and enemies spiral into inevitable madness at the hands of a callous and unforgiving world. Discover the secrets of Palus Somni through letters, diary entries and notes found scattered across the monastery. Uncover the mystery of the grotesque giants that stalk the night and bring your challenge to the Gods themselves. Each character has their own handmade pixel art, and every update includes a music recommendation for a dark atmospheric dungeon synth album that you can listen to while you read. Slice of life meets cosmic abomination: Palus Somni is a collection of intertwining stories, some chapters are stand-alone tales while others feed into the overarching narrative. It is an exploration into a community, and rather than focusing on any one character the story meanders through the convent, exposing the hopes and fears of its inhabitants. Story updates every full moon.
8 54The Desecrator's Tomb - A Numbers Lit-aRPG
A man appears in a dungeon full of undead. He tries to leave. This is my attempt at writing a litrpg where the system is more formalized. This means that there will be a fair amount of min-maxing and we will hopefully be able to calculate the dps of every ability by the time I am done. Expect math. The main character will become a Drain Tank. This story uses an aRPG item and stat system. Oh and one last thing. Beware the penguins. update 1/8/22: I am trying to simulate things as faithfully as is reasonable. As of chapter 17 there are animated gifs depicting Chilly's life throughout encounters. update 1/11/22: Kreksyte drew me a cover! All hail our artist overlords! update 5/25/22: Going on hiatus for a bit. The second arc is complete. Will come back for the 3rd and final arc soon. update 7/15/22: ayy...I've returned. Starting the third and final arc. [was once a participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge]

Foreign Thorn: Book 1 For eight centuries, the people of Isla have wanted for nothing. The Creator, Maere, uses Her power not only to keep them healthy and fed, but also to map the direction of each person's future Path - their vocation, role in society, and even the partner they'll spend their life with. In a world where infighting once threatened the very survival of humankind, the old texts say that Maere personally stepped in to help guide Her creations to harmony. All is not well among the people of the northern lands, however, as Jian discovers when she receives her own long-awaited Path. The Creator has chosen to favour some towns, but not others, leading to anarchy and unrest in the east, and fierce distrust between the neighbours who enjoy Her protection and those who don't. After many nights of disturbing premonitions, visions of a face uncannily familiar to her, and a voice beckoning her to "Homeland," Jian decides she needs to find answers for herself. She hires Madrigal, a surly young traveller hailing from an "unblessed" village, to take her to the southern lands. The swordsman is on the run from something, or someone, but Jian has no choice but to trust him. When the two leave the safety of the familiar and meet Quinn, a mysterious boy who seems to know more about Jian than she does about herself, it becomes clear that there are forces besides the old magics, forces completely unknown to the people of Isla, in play. Madrigal and Jian aren't sure if Quinn can be trusted, but they're certain he knows more than he's letting on...
